Pretty safe bet to put your money that Obama is the liar. Petraeus, a political general if ever there was one (as opposed to being military general), does have a shred or two of MacArther's "duty, honor, country." He regrets his many indiscretions and is trying to set matters straight. He knows his career and his reputation are shot, but is trying to salvage as best he can. Wonder how the little lady, a political hack in her own right, is taking all this.
