500 Muslim youths riot in Gothenburg, Sweden, to protect honour against sexual rumours

An enraged mob of young immigrants wanted to beat up a 17-year-old girl for spreading sexual rumors on the Internet. This led to violence and vandalism, and police are now looking for a gunman, who was seen in connection with the riots.

It should have been the beginning of a peaceful Christmas Holiday at a Swedish high school in Gothenburg.

Instead, the school is now guarded by riot police.

Yesterday a furious mob consisting of 500 young immigrants wanted to beat up a 17-year-old girl who had spread sex rumors and photos of hundreds of underage girls and boys on the Internet.

"The one who started this wants chaos. I think it will end with violence," a 22-year-old man in Gothenburg told a newspaper.

And he was right.

Should be caught and beaten

The images and texts that the girl had uploaded triggered rage and a cry for vengeance.

On Facebook, people were urged to gather at the high school, Plusgymnasiet, where the 17-year-old is a student. Here they wanted to beat her up.

The call was heard, and before authorities had time to do anything, there were hundreds of aggressive youths gathered in front of the school.

When the police finally arrived, they had stones and bottles thrown at them, and they had to withdraw. Finally, at the second attempt, the police managed to get through the crowd.

After that the school was barricaded, and the 17-year-old hidden in the school's basement.

Police looking for gunman

Frustration over not getting to the girl led the lynch mob to vandalize the surroundings. Cars, light poles and other public fixtures were destroyed.

Two people, including a young girl, have also been attacked. The girl was chased in the street until she fell and then was kicked by a large group of outraged people.

Witnesses also explained to the police that they saw a gunman during the riots.

In Sweden, where weapons are flooding the streets, the police take this kind of information seriously.

The police had to use horses and dogs to get the group away from the high school.

When they finally succeeded, the group went off to a nearby shopping mall.

Here they threatened shopkeepers and customers, who fled into different shops. Shortly afterward, the police arrived and shut down the whole mall.

New calls for violence

A total of 27 people were arrested during Tuesday's riots.

But it may be just the beginning.

The people who want to get hold of the 17-year-old have not given up. They created a new Facebook group, in which people are encouraged to gather at the school again on Wednesday.

The police are now strongly present in the center of Gothenburg. Plusgymnasiet, which was about to prepare for Christmas, remains closed. The same goes for at least one other of the city's high schools.

Everything indicates that the hostilities are an internal migrant showdown. The 17-year-old girl has, according to the information available, a Bosnian background.

She created a profile on the Internet where she uploaded more than 200 photos of underage girls and boys, which she, among other things, called 'whores'. She also wrote that they had had sex with other named individuals.

Additionally she called for others to post pictures of individuals, who in their opinion deserved to be exposed as ”whores”.

The 17-year-old has subsequently written that the exposure made some of the girls threaten to take their own lives.

When the girl’s identity was revealed, she chose to disclose the names of those who had sent pictures to her.

But her attempt to deflect attention away from herself failed.

Instead, it made everybody turn against her. The girl is now under arrest and in the custody of Swedish police."

You non-believers never get anything right. Here is a clear case of the constabulary violating the rights of the best people on the planet to do whatever they please. And thereby denying them completion of their duty to God! Don’t the Swedes understand religious freedom?! Their God, numbnuts, yours doesn’t count!! Are all these people so stupid they can’t read? It says everything with complete clarity in The Book. I know. I underlined all the important parts in bright crayon.

There's that passive voice again. When this sort of thing happens to Infidels, they get angry and call for school discipline, or possible consider legal action if the cyber crime was particularly egregious. They *don't* get up 500-strong rioting mobs that necessitate bringing in riot police.

This isn't a "showdown between immigrants"—this is Muslims "enjoining the right and forbidding the wrong" (al-amr bi 'l-maʿruf wa 'n-nahy ʿan
al-munkar), which is straight out of the Qur'an.

Another factor is that Muslims like to have their "sins hidden"—and that was the very thing this teenager was exposing.

The odd thing is that under just slightly different circumstances, this girl's behavior would be considered very Islamic—and the Muslim mob would have gone after the "whores", rather than the 'messenger'.

But what does it matter? As long as there is violence, everything is perfectly Islamic...

When are the Swedes going to grow a pair? Evidently the epidemic of rapes of Swedish women by muslims wasn't enough. What will it take?

Rioting, mayhem and murder are typical and common behaviour by muslims - they can't help themselves. In another few years, incidents such as this will become commonplace in every country where the muslim population is growing, including the USA and Canada.

The BBC (which is politically empathetic towards Islam, hoping for an alliance between it and the political 'left') has a long report on these Gothenburg events today, and manages to avoid using the word 'Muslim' even once.

A link to that BBC report is unworthy of putting up on the 'Jihadwatch' site.

I was suspicious about non-muslim europeans behaving like this, trying to lynch-massacre- someone on the streets and using that kind of "honor"-killing verbiage to justify the unjustifiable... so now it's confirmed, those are henchmen/women of Pedohammed & Co, they're the only ones who get boners thinking about spilling the blood of someone else.

You cannot trust western media anymore, they're as honest as Der Schwarze Kanal and Rodong Sinmun.

I had noticed that something was going on over in Sweden, and I looked through a few of the main Danish news web sites to deciper what they had to say. That didn't help much ...except for some very vague references to "sexism" and "racism" near the end. That was all. "Youths" were offended by something written on Facebook, resulting in general mayhem for some unexplained reasons. End of story.

Right. On to two Danish web sites making it their business to explore what the MSM do not consider to be our business, and the penny dropped.

Actually, do we know she isn't a Muslima herself? She could very well be one and, in a combination of juvenile delinquency and Islamic values, have wanted to do damage to a lot of people -- even fellow Muslims. As we know, Muslim-on-Muslim violence and hatred is common. Additionally, many of the Muslim teens, boy and girls, may be indulging in all sorts of illicit and halal activities, such as sex and drugs etc., and so in an indignant rage, the Muslim mob lashes back at her, simultaneously avenging their subcommunity's honor and just out of anger at being insulted, no matter that the accusations against them may be true. If so, then it would simply be a manifestation of typical Muslim schizophrenia (on both the mob's part, and the (potential) victim's part).

I can't help but link this article with the polio article. As I have said before, we Westerners have interfered with Third-World cultures by all types of life-saving programmes: malaria projects, polio projects, maternal and infant mortality projects, you name it.
Here is the fruit of our efforts. Massive numbers of young immigrants who otherwise would not be born or have remained alive, invading our countries, largely unemployed, resentful, of totally alien beliefs and practices.
And we Westerners limited our children to numbers we could afford to raise.
Our reward is to be told we must financially support, to our level, the masses of extra children coming from Third-World countries.
I was explaining this last issue to a Sudanese friend. He was very surprised. He had wondered why we have so few children, and thought we were a bit pathetic. Why not have six, as he did? But who is supporting his kids?
Well, yes...we are.

Well, the Christian missionaries of the first, second, third and fourth centuries - and later - interfered with the culture of *our* pagan ancestors, too.

One of the first and most obvious results of the spread of Christianity within the pagan Greco-Roman world was an abandonment of wholesale infanticide, especially of girls, and a much stronger practice of monogamy.

Result: populations that had been steadily collapsing began to grow.

Christians, right from the beginning, cared for the sick and the poor, gathered up and raised foundlings, looked after widows and orphans, and buried the indigent dead. Would you rather that none of that had ever been done?

Wherever Christians have gone, they have confronted polygyny, infanticide (which is usually *female* infanticide), human sacrifice, and slavery. And wherever they have gone, they have cared for the sick, and encouraged care for the sick. The hospital, like the university, in the form that in broad terms we know in the modern world, is at bottom a Christian invention.

Would you prefer that our Christian predecessors had done none of this? Neither in the first through fifth through eleventh centuries, nor in the seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth centuries?

Would you argue that Catherine and Reg Hamlin's 'Hospital by the River' should never have been built; that Ethiopian women and girls - many of them *Christian* women and girls - should have been left to suffer and, often, die, from horrific childbirth injuries? Even when women and girls who have been healed there, go home literate and...strengthened in their Christian faith and, some of them, *converts* to Christianity? Would you rather that they were left to perish?

Would you prefer that, today, the Mothers' Union simply...stopped everything it is doing in Africa; stopped promoting chastity, fidelity, monogamy, female literacy, good childbirth hygiene, etc? (That it stopped all such work among, say, the Christian Karen and Chin of Myanmar? That all Christian hospitals in the third world - and in India - shut down?)

That CMS, ABM, TEAR fund and other reputable and long-running Christian charities, and groups like the Barnabas Fund, ought to stop giving *any* help at all to anybody - whether **Christian** or non-Christian - in a Third World Country...?

I'm assuming that the girl is a Muslim of Bosnian background.

The question is: where did she get those pictures from, and were they all pictures of fellow Muslims? Or were there pictures of non-Muslim underage youngsters, among them?

I would like to know whether these two people who were attacked, were Muslim or non-Muslim.

I would like to know how old this 'young girl' was, and specifically whether she was Muslim or...non-Muslim.

No, I would not prefer that Westerners, Christians, had not and do not help Third-World people. But surely no-one can deny that over-population and under-employment are a problem - and not just for them, but for us in our immigrant-inviting, come-one-come-all countries.
I might prefer, though, an adjustment in attitude on each side. Less "white guilt" on our part and less deadly resentment on the side of not just Muslims but other non-Western people. My dealings with non-Western people over the years has revealed to me that many think my friendliness towards them is accompanied by a distaste for my own people. So they say things to me which shock me, and I am quick to tell them I will not put up with anti-white diatribes - (and I don't mind telling them I'm not a fan of Obama, either!).

A website has pointed out that the word for "whore" used to describe the young women on the Facebook site is one used in Turkey and Iran.

The Danish media are being very obliging and turning everything into a protest against harassment on the social media.

The protesters are "youths" still. The few published photos allow us to describe them a bit more: I see mainly near and Middle East, Somalis, North Africans, hijabbed girls.

This is the Swedes fault. Just like Germany. They've allowed the immigration of people with the same "aryan" ideology. In other words people who hate Jews just like they do. Now it's backfireing on them. That's what I believe anyway. Has anybody ever studied how little all the countrys did when it came to prosecuting war criminals. The US actually HELPED Nazis and their collaborators and members of the SS and Nazi party went back to places like Norway and Sweden and Germany and were never prosecuted. Not all the war criminals went to Argentina.

I read this article yesterday, linked from Drudge. I remember thinking, "Wow...this is unusual." I had no idea from the article that these were Muslim youths until reading it here on JH. Now it all makes sense! The media overall is simply not trustworthy anymore.
