Hatred and Violence in the Qur'an Awareness Month: "Who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie or denies His verses?"

In my country it is customary for people to celebrate this day of Hatred and Violence in the Qur'an Awareness Month by exchanging gifts, having a big Hatred and Violence in the Qur'an Awareness dinner, and spending the day with loved ones. I am not sure where or how this quaint and intriguing custom originated, but I wish you all the happiest of days.

In any case, today's installment again inculcates hatred of Jews and Christians by emphasizing their dishonesty and perversity:

Say, "What thing is greatest in testimony?" Say, " Allah is witness between me and you. And this Qur'an was revealed to me that I may warn you thereby and whomever it reaches. Do you [truly] testify that with Allah there are other deities?" Say, "I will not testify [with you]." Say, "Indeed, He is but one God, and indeed, I am free of what you associate [with Him]."
Those to whom We have given the Scripture recognize it as they recognize their [own] sons. Those who will lose themselves [in the Hereafter] do not believe.

And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie or denies His verses? Indeed, the wrongdoers will not succeed.

And [mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will gather them all together; then We will say to those who associated others with Allah , "Where are your 'partners' that you used to claim [with Him]?" Then there will be no [excuse upon] examination except they will say, "By Allah , our Lord, we were not those who associated." See how they will lie about themselves. And lost from them will be what they used to invent. (Qur'an 6:19-24)

This passage emphasizes the oneness of Allah, and claims that “those to whom We have given the Scripture ” – that is, the Jews and Christians – “recognize it” – that is, the truth of Muhammad’s message – “as they recognize their sons” (v. 20). That is, the Jews and Christians know that Islam is true. This is because, says Ibn Kathir, “they received good news from the previous Messengers and Prophets about the coming of Muhammad, his attributes, homeland, his migration, and the description of his Ummah.” That is, their unbelief in Islam is not a sincere rejection based on honest conviction, but sheer perversity: they “lie about themselves” (v. 24).

This is because, says Ibn Kathir, “they received good news from the previous Messengers and Prophets about the coming of Muhammad, his attributes, homeland, his migration, and the description of his Ummah.”

You mean like when Jesus said: "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits."

I think a man called Muhammad who was poisoned to death by a simple Jewish lady, who married a 9 year old girl when he was 54, & who once beheaded 800 of his captives ticks all the boxes of being a false prophet Jesus warned about.

Is there anything anywhere in Islamic writings that lays out logical arguments in a reasonably straight line, as the inspired apostle Paul does throughout his writings? Everything I've ever read written by Muslims - ancient and modern - is so disjointed.

Naturally, I suppose the reason is that I'm blinded by jinns infesting my tear ducts or something.

I'll probably regret asking this but I really don't know - where exactly are we supposed to find these reports from the previous messengers and prophets that we're to expect and accept Mohammed? Somewhere in the Bible, presumably?

Re. best logical Islamic Discourse: I would start with the Writings of the Caliph/Imam Ali. I have not studied his writings indepth but what I have looked at has been good counsel.

We already know that, the creator is not Allah...All he ever did was write a book of fiction...An adult fairy tale of dark and evil mysteries...It is popular though, a best seller...The biggest problem is that the Quran is not a book to believe, but to be understood...Because Mahoundians admit that only Allah actually understands it, all Mahoundians misunderstand it...A lack of apprehension, leads to mis-apprehension, which leads to confusion, frustration, anger and often violence...

But don't worry, this is Christmas and on this day, you can let Jesus into your heart...It's ok, Allah won't mind just this once...

The teachings of "allah" are sent, forced apon the human race, by a third person. It is allah who has never spoke to any human, only said to be forced into man through a angel, and this would be a lie, if it were not true.

To understand this calls into question the entire "faith" of islam, the basis of it all is forced into this world, and humans, not by free will and understanding, or love.

It was by threat, attack, and submission.

Taking the name of God in vain does not mean the guy who blurts out "Oh, God!" when he hammers his thumb instead of the nail. The Third Commandment is mostly concerned with those who pretend to be prophets.

Muhammad, in the Qur'an, accuses the Christians of setting up "partners" for God, when our doctrine of the Trinity sees the Son and Spirit as partakers of the one divine essence with the Father. Yet Muhammad sets up a "partner" for God in the uncreated Qur'an, which yet is not God. Thus, @truthseeker, how can Islam be logical?

Remember that most moslems do not read the Bible to know that it doesn't foretell Mohammed in a good manner. They just listen like zombie robots to their imams/clerics and what they say. Bibles are forbidden in most of their areas.

When most moslems do get the Bible plastered to their faces (we quote to them what the Bible says) they will tell us that the Bible is corrupted.

Basically, the whole thing in islam is to dehumanize us, denigrate us, and make it easy for them to be more uncaring when their violent jihadists torture and kill us, and for them to treat us like dirt... or kufar.

That is, in fact, what the story above is about. The whole idea of "telling a lie about Allah" is either Jews "claiming that his hand is fettered"—i.e., that God is anything other than arbitrary and cruel—or claiming the Trinity, which Muslims believe is "associating partners with God".

Implies that Jews and Christians who are true to their own (supposedly) Qur'an-friendly Scripture will read the Qur'an and immediately become Muslim.
