*Reinstatement*? My God, if this was deliberate—as his chalking up his infecting patients with hepatitis to "anti-Muslim sentiment" surely indicates—then he should not only lose his medical license and be up on malpractice charges, but he should be facing criminal charges, as well. And those criminal charges would not be of negligence, but of *murder*.

This is crap. While the most common reasons for infections in hospitals and clinics *is* inattention to sanitary procedure, that clearly—from the not-so-good doctor's own vile words—is *not* what happened here.

We wouldn't want him back in the country practicing even had there been no malice-this would indicate widespread neglect or incompetence. But unless he is claiming that unsanitary conditions are intrinsically Islamic, then his claim of the outbreaks being due to "anti-Muslim bias" makes no sense.

This doctor's conduct doesn't surprise me. In 1991, I was working as a nurse, in a doctor's office, in Houston, Texas. The doctor was an Iranian and of course a Muslim, as were most of his friends. The doctor I worked for was totally unprofessial. He treated his patients with indifference and substandard care. The care of his patients became so low, that he eventually was santioned by one of the hospitals; he lost admitting privileges. He was fined and cited by, OSHA, for refusing to comply with OSHA's regulations, concerning the mandatory Hep C injections for all staff. The doctor had the vaccine, he just refused to give it to his office staff.

I found out from a nurse that, one of his friends,a doctor, who was also a Muslim, used unsafe office practices; he made it mandatory that his office staff re-use the needles for all office injections. This doctor had kidney diesae, of which he eventually died from, he also, had Hepatitis C, and he gave himself injections. He had already died before the new OSHA regulations had been instituted, but I often wonder how many people were infected because of him.

Needless to say I don't advise either working for a Muslim doctor, or being one of their patients. During my employment there I met many of this doctor's freinds. I had an up-front view of how they respect and treat their patients and office staff. Muslim doctor's do not hold human life with the same reguard and respect as American doctors do. This was true for both the Muslim and non-muslim patients; but I did find it worse toward the non-muslim patients. Basicly, Muslim doctor's are here for one thing, MONEY!

And I've often said don't trust ANY muslim, so that would include doctors, as well. Wow and to think that this monster has the nerve to even BE a doctor makes me sooo angry.

I always avoid Muslim doctors now, or even Muslim medical “professionals” of any kind – nurses, assistants, etc. If I see a Muslim name, I walk right out. I don’t hesitate for a second. The Quran explicitly tells Muslims to kill non-Muslims. (E.g., 9:5.) Why on earth would a sane non-Muslim trust them with your health? The scary thing is when you go under the knife – under anesthesia, even if your primary doctor is a non-Muslim, who knows who else is going to be in that operating room?

So, Hepatitis germs are " Islamophobic " now ?

Does the American Medical Association know about this phenomenon ?

Someone could probably make quite a lot of money by offering “guaranteed Muslim-free” health care.

DONT LET A MUSLIM DOCTOR TREAT YOU. EVER. PERIOD. THIS STORY PROVES THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED ...

Also, be aware that muslims living in America (or elsewhere) like to change at least their first name so it sounds more western, just to avoid detection that they're muslim; perhaps even their last name for added deception. Keep this in mind when looking for a good and decent doctor.

I wish this comments system allowed for multiple replies in one comment. I find that three commenters, while they are appropriately condemning the Muslim doctor, may not be taking one additional factor into consideration. Before I get to that factor, there's another point I'd like to make, about one of gravenimage's remarks:

Actually, if it was deliberate (and that will be my next subject after this), it should not be deemed merely criminal, but an act of war. He would be doing jihad against us -- jihad of the scalpel, so to speak. Jihad is a many-splendored thing, as we all know. However you can harm or kill infidels, or ruin their lives or society, even if only in part, serves the jihad. It doesn't necessarily require a "terror cell" or even any concerted planning. If a Muslim is in the right place and time, or if he feels like going postal, then Islam offers him a glowing -- indeed sacred -- sanction to perpetrate anything in the interest of attacking the "enemy" around Muslims in order to "defend" Islam. So jihad can range all the way from the "Sudden Jihad Syndrome" all the way up to organized terror cells, and all shades in between.

In this regard, there have also been cases reported here on Jihad Watch of individual Muslims working in various aspects of the food industry purposefully contaminating (with their own feces in one story) food to be served or eaten by infidels.

And jihad is the ongoing war Muslims are waging against us, literally, and have been waging for 1400 years. Indeed, jihad is the "Longest War" of all history.

The additional element it seems to me not fully grasped by Aprilyn, Figh, and even gravenimage is that both the impulse to wage jihad, and the style in which it is deployed, can be amorphous, or ill-organized, or seem casually improvised -- but the point is, it is -- and we should deem it to be -- still the intent of enemy combatants waging violence against us.

This Muslim doctor was no less a mujaheed than any jihadist caught on the battlefield.

After he did it to repay anti-islamic sentiments in the west, he is accused of being unprofessional, instead of murder.

This country has become a good laughing stock.

Since this is not the only such case, which is the more probable explanation:

(a) Muslim doctors - despite their training - do not really believe germs cause disease (jinns, maybe) and so don't believe reusing contaminated syringes is a problem? Or

(b) they do believe it but were just doing what they could to weaken the enemy without gunning down their patients?

I ask because NO doctor on earth has had SO bad of training that he/she is unaware you do NOT reuse syringes. They ALL know that.

It is, of course, a complete coincidence that the rise in the number of mohammedan doctors and nurses in UK hospitals happened at the same time as a drastic drop in cleanliness in those hospitals.

Obviously, a civilized Western nurse, who grew up in a house with 24/7 running hot water, and was raised to wash her hands after visiting the toilet, is no more habitually hygienic than a mohammedan nurse who grew up in a one-room hut in a backward country where clean water was a rare luxury.

And of course a mohammedan doctor who refuses to use the supplied hand cleanser because it has alcohol in it is just as clean as anyone else, really.

No doctor that I have ever known or worked with would reuse needles and syringes ...Years ago when syringes were glass they were sterilized in an autoclave, and then reused...But in modern times they are one time use plastic disposables...A used needle and syringe are considered hazardous waste...The only reason for reusing (other than jihad) or just plain apathy about sanitation, is to save money...This guy is incompetent, his medicine is bad...He should get no license to resume...

If you have received an injection at some point, you might have noticed that the nurse/doctor pulls back some on the plunger right after inserting the needle...This is to see if the needle is in a vain...If some blood is sucked out into the syringe the nurse will re-position the needle outside the vain...Regardless, a small amount of body fluid is drawn up into the syringe...Usually a fresh needle is used, but the syringe may be used multiple times, compounding infectious material that get injected into everyone in the line...The last guy in line gets it all...I have seen this happen in the distant past on a Navy ship, but not since then...

Hard to imagine that such an evil man lurks behind that seemingly sincere smile and those kind eyes ...

But the false facade that he's portraying becomes easier to see once you understand that muslims lie. Their unholy quran instructs them to lie in order to advance their evil cause: islam. Be aware of this fact and be sure to warn others.

I would be putting my life in my own hands if I went to a Muslim doctor.

Anyone goes to a muslim doctor for a treatment, other than a Muslim, is a fool.

Yes. I'm sure that Javed smiled, and joked, and was altogether charming...all the while he *knew* he was exposing Byron to a potentially deadly virus that might give him liver cancer and kill him.

And speaking of 'jihad of the needle', I recall that Wafa Sultan, in her book about Islam, 'A God Who Hates', recounted seeing a Muslim woman, in a supermarket in the USA, surreptitiously poking holes in the packaging of food items, so as to breach the seal and render the food inside more liable of contamination. So that kuffar who bought the products might - so this malevolent Muslimah devoutly hoped - be harmed in some way.

Actually, why was Dr Javed allowed back into the US in the first place? Or not arrested on re-entry? Re-instating his license is secondary - if he lost his medical license, he should be behind bars if he's back, since he had originally fled to avoid criminal prosecution. I'm guessing the reason he left in the first place was that he lost his license.

If he became a public health official in Fuckistan, let him do his wonders there. If it was deliberate, then they have nothing to fear, and if he was simply an incompetent doctor, let him practice it in a place where Islamophobia wouldn't be a factor.

In the UK many Muslims are dentists as well as clinicians and these should be checked out on websites where patients leave comments about their work. The government are planning a similar reporting system for GP's. Surely it's the responsibility of the colleagues and staff of medical jihadists to expose them. Our only defence is to avoid using Muslim medics which is practically impossible if you're taken into any UK hospital in an emergency. Treatment of hospital patients in the UK, particular of the aged, are already life threatening without the added dimension of being infected by some crazed Muslim.

We all need to email the committee and demand that his license never be reinstated!

Some readers may be interested, in a plus ça change sort of way, to read an older blog essay of mine which reproduced a lot of the text of a Western doctor (and missionary) and his first-hand observations in the Middle East about Islamic medicine, written in 1849. Already in 1849, Western medicine was light years ahead of Muslim barbarity, and no doubt most of what he describes persists in Muslim hellholes (only relatively diminished to the extent that Western ways have been imposed and/or have insinuated therein).

It's jihad all right, but they are naturally filthy people anyway, in Pakistan.

Where I used to live, in Leeds, taken over by pakis, is now an absolute cesspit of filth. They throw burnt rice and animal bits into their front gardens, used nappies etc. Ugh. The result of course, is rats and other vermin becoming rampant.

When one of my old neighbours complained to the Council, and tried to get up a petition to stop the pakis doing this, she was accused of racism and bigotry by the jobsworths on the council.

I agree with Champ that that question from the Muslim dentist could not have been more inappropriate—especially with your having a drill in your mouth at the time!

We're very lucky—we have a fine dentist, and he has a wonderful dental assistant who does all the teeth cleanings, etc. We've been going to the same dentist for over twenty years now.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist every six months.
