Spain mulling deportation of Pakistani ex-Muslim for criticizing Islam

Pre-emptive capitulation to Sharia. Message: please don't bomb us again as you did in Madrid in 2004 -- in other words, terrorism works. "Spanish Government Tries to Remove Refugee Status From Maker of Anti-Islam Film," by Cheradenine Zakalwe for Islam Versus Europe, December 8 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):

I've written a few articles about Imran Firasat, the Pakistani refugee resident in Spain who runs the "World Without Islam" website (click on the tags at the bottom to see them), including one yesterday about the increased terror alert level in Belgium due to the imminent release of his film, The Innocent Prophet.

Now, it seems, the Spanish government has been so panicked by the "Muslim rage" reactions to previous anti-Islam films that they are seeking to distance themselves from Firasat before his film has even been released, even to the extent of examining whether his refugee status can be withdrawn from him.

Firasat has published a trailer of the film in which he appears speaking in the Plaza de Colón in Madrid with the Spanish flag in the background, and in which he asks, among other things, is the prophet of Islam was "a holy man sent by Allah or a rapist of children and a murderer". In the last year he issued a series of caricatures of Mohammed. [The Ministry of] Interior has initiated an inquiry to see if the status of refugee can be withdrawn from him, according to sources within the ministry, although the legal grounds for this decision have not been specified - indicating that an order for search and capture may be issued against him, a point which has not been confirmed.

No low is too low for dhimmi Eurabia, be it Spain, or England, or Norway, or Sweden, or Finland.

Ruslan Tokhchukov, EnragedSince1999.

By trying to make a big deal out of every little criticism of Islam, the voyeur in every person is titillated and attention is drawn to the forbidden subject.
If Islam has nothing to be ashamed of, then why not welcome criticism with aplomb?
Prohibition of Islam-critical thought will work about as well as the Volstead Act did against booze.

Spain mulling deportation of Pakistani ex-Muslim for criticizing Islam
...........................

Terrifying, if apostates cannot speak candidly about Islam *in the free West*. Also, while EU countries fret about what would happen to violent Jihadists if they are deported to unfree countries in Dar-al-Islam, what do they think would happen to an apostate who dared to criticize Islam if sent back to *Pakistan*?

Pakistan has blasphemy laws and the *death penalty* for such people.

They would be sending this man *to his death*, for daring to speak about the savagery of Islam.

It *already* worked in Spain—just look at the election right after the train bombing. That act of Jihad terror did just what the Jihadists' intended it to do. And like so much Jihad terror, it is the "gift that keeps on giving", in terms of fear and cringing dhimmi behavior.

This reminds me so much of what has happened to Ayaan Hirsi Ali, who was—*shamefully*—stripped of her Dutch citizenship for the "crime" of pointing out the savagery of Islam.

She was, I'm proud to say, welcomed into the United States.

But would this happen now, under the baleful influence of Obama, and with the film maker of he "Innocence of Muslims" movie trailer back in prison on the slimmest of charges? I'm not sure it would...

Firasat is more of a true Spaniard than many people who just happe4ned to ber born on the Iberian peninsula...

*Shameful*. When did Spain become a Shari'ah state?

Spain, thy name is mud.

Unfortunately, since we re-elected the O over here, we'll probably be seeing more caving and fawning over Jihadis here, too.

long over due time for spain to be like their ancestors and crank up the crusades again and beat the waring pirates back south....and it is total pitful norway and sweden opened the doors to moslems. pitiful.

What ???

Imran got in trouble because of his Film ????

I am shocked !! … he is such nice and good young man ?! … why would they do that to him ??

Just last month, he wrote in IW, that he needs a translator for his film to Arabic language and I told him I will be happy to translate it for him so he send me an introduction for his film '' innocence of Muslims'' ..

The next day I translated it and E mailed to him .. then he wrote me back saying he is almost finished the film and I told him I will translate the whole film, when he sends the transcript for the film and he said he will …

so up to now I was thinking he was just late and I did not hear from him because he must have been busy …

I did not know he is being questioned and there is a chance that this film will never see the light of day !!!

WOW …

I feel sorry for him so much for all his hard work … he is very talented fearless humen being .and he is using his talent to help humanity to know the truth about islam .

it is amazing what happen to him ..

I am trying to E mail him again …

What else going to happen ? … WOW

Appalling, and an outrage to all good people of Western humanity!

Perhaps Spain ought to sell no more wine, at all, because it is un-islamic?

So, a nice guy with good intentions who simply wants to portray the truth about Mohammed may be deported to Pakistan to face certain death, but if he was a 'real' terrorist it would be virtually impossible to deport him due to misguided EU human rights directives.
Does anyone else here want to vomit or is it just me?

The Ministry of] Interior has initiated an inquiry to see if the status of refugee can be withdrawn from him, according to sources within the ministry, although the legal grounds for this decision have not been specified - indicating that an order for search and capture may be issued against him, a point which has not been confirmed.

So who says that his refugee status could be withdrawn because of this film.

Firasat is not keen to go any where outside of Spain as he is reflagged on Interpol.

http://www.interpol.go.id/en/wanted-person/red-notice/336-imran-firasat-sulaeman

Previously the Spanish High Court Refused to extradite him because Indonesia has the death penalty.

Indonesia wants him to face charges for murder. His mistress is serving nine years for her part in the crime, and his wife has served nine months of a 20 month sentence.

"Spanish Police have detained a Pakistani man accused of stabbing a man to death in Indonesia and then chopping his body into pieces, the interior ministry said on Thursday.

Police arrested the 32-year-old father of two as he was about to enter a metro station in central Madrid, it said in a statement.

They identified him only by his initials but Spanish media gave his name as Imran Firasat Sulaeman, who in 2006 was given permission to live in Spain on humanitarian grounds after claiming he faced the death penalty in Pakistan for marrying a non-Muslim and criticising Islam."

@ Softly Bob,

'Does anyone else here want to vomit or is it just me?'

I am in the Que.wont you see behind?

Funny how they weren't "looking for him" until news of the film came out. He has been using his real name openly and even submitted paperwork to the Spanish government with regard to banning the kkk-oran. All these years later they have suddenly *discovered* him?

The Spanish are becoming the pansies that the French have always been!

Looks like the Spanish are becoming the pansies that the French have always been....

There's a link to an article about his acquittal at the above.

This is not the guy who did Innocence of Muslims. The guy who did the latter is in the U.S.

Spain's leftist government is full of cowards. I guess they have historical experience with dhimmitude given how long Spain was under Islamic thumb.

It's strange how both Nakoula and now Firasat are accused of being criminals. Here are two people who have done a very noble thing and exposed Islam. They must be good people.

Treah

I made a mistake in posting the name of the film .. I think you will understand the cause of the mistake when you see the similarity between the two names of the two films …

The name of Imran's film is '' The innocent prophet '' and not '' the innocence of Muslims ''

And the film that was made in LA, named '' the innocence of Muslims ''

The word '' innocence '' is what made me confuse the two names … it was silly mistake …

I remember thinking '' why would Imran, name his film a similar name that of the other film'' ….especially when it did not have good reviews .

If you look through in IW, you would see Imran's Article talking about his film '' the innocence of the prophet ''.

I am sorry about this Mistake …. it has been a month and I was in little bit of shock and I should have done back and checked the name before I posted about it .

Good people, rubbish,

One dealing with fraud and narcotic,s. The other leaving his wife and three kids in indonesia to face the music, after getting involved with another woman.

You're not being honest.

He was DEPORTED from Indonesia and was not allowed to bring his wife and children with him. He has been trying to bring them to Spain ever since.

The Spanish gov't. even determined that all the charges against him were trumped up and refused to extradite him. That would include the false charge of "another woman".

musloids don't care who they hurt, as long as they can protect the tarnished image of their criminal pedophile "prophet".

Gunuung Semaru, CGW already debunked your crap about the murder in Indonesia.

Of course, you don't mention that Spain *acquitted him of these trumped up charges*.

After it was made clear that you—like the Muslims who accused him—couldn't make that stick, you now accuse him of more personal peccadilloes.

I notice you don't have a word of condemnation for the pious Muslims who are threatening his family in Indonesia.

Nor do you mention his struggles to get the Indonesian authorities to take the threats seriously and protect his family:

http://www.faithfreedom.org/articles/apostates-of-islam/growing-islamist-threats-against-imran-firasat-and-his-family-in-spain/

Here's part of the death threat from Majelis Ulama Indonesia:

"All that we can inform you is that for us you are an infidel, that means you are the enemy of Islam. And enemy of Islam has no right to be alive.

"Eventhough at this moment you are out of our reach, but your family is in our reach. the family of infidel is also considered infidel. those who insult Islam must pay in some ways, your punishment is to lose your family. Islam allows us to eliminate all those who create obstacle's on muslim's way. We will find and kill your family..."

The article also contains other death threats he has received.

You claim to be an Indonesian Infidel, but once again, all your sympathies appear to be with the homicidal Muslims.

What is your story ?

Why you are denying FACTS about Imran's life … there is no denying his acquittal !!??

What part of this you do not understand ?

I think you do!! … but because he is an ex Muslim you WANT him to be guilty of something .. why is that ?

Is because he left Islam ? … are you a Muslim/Muslimah ?

if you are … why don't you be a man [ or a women ] and come out, and SAY What you are and what you are doing here and who you support !!

Criticism of Islam is not going to stop until it succeeds in evaporating the last poisonous drop of Islam .

Take that to your islamic bank … Gunk Semery

GCW said He was DEPORTED from Indonesia and was not allowed to bring his wife and children with him. He has been trying to bring them to Spain ever since.

If you are referring in to the link that was in IW,s posting, then it is very weak, as firstly it was in Spanish, and it is based on what Firasat says.

As for him trying to bring his family to Spain. I have not seen anywhere where he is making any appeals to bring his family out of Indonesia.

The Spanish gov't. even determined that all the charges against him were trumped up and refused to extradite him. That would include the false charge of "another woman".

Once again, this is according to Firasat, The Spanish gov't has not issued any details about the case, we only have to go on what Firasat claims.

gravenimage said. http://www.faithfreedom.org/articles/apostates-of-islam/growing-islamist-threats-against-imran-firasat-and-his-family-in-spain/

Link doesn't work for me but, it is mirrored at IW

The so called death threats are from Majelis Ulama Indonesia and the other is Islamic Defenders Front.

#1 Majelis Ulama Indonesia was set up by Suharto and acts as an interface between the Indonesian government, which is secular, and the Islamic community.

The MUI gives fatwas to the Islamic community; through this they dictate the general direction of Islamic life in Indonesia.

They are a load of bigoted scholars, but they do not issue death threats.

#2 Islamic Defenders Front, are a bunch of islamonazi,s, aim is the implementation of Islamic shariah law in Indonesia, although an International Crisis Report called it "an urban thug organisation". They do use violence. But they are not known to issue death threats.

#3 Both these organisations have links to the Police, Military and government, which makes it very unlikely for them to issue death threats, and they are known to only concentrate on national matters.

#4 Both threats where addressed to MondosinIslam site, and where written in English, strange, when the site is also written in Indonesian.

5# Firasat claims he was active with anti-jihad while in Indonesia. Aslo he was arrested for his activities, If this is true, then why did the Islamic Defenders Front only find out about him while he was in Spain. He was living and arrested in Tangerang.

Tangerang is a strong hold for Islamic Defenders Front, so how could they miss him. The only way for the police to arrest him, is some-one to make a complaint. When some - one speaks against islam here there is always a uproar, and is widely reported, and in many cases here on Jihad Watch.

He was not active in Indonesia

# 6 He claims his wife was Buddhist, and she fled Indonesia because her family where murdered, presumably during the riots of 1998. It strike me as being very odd that she went to Pakistan, where as those that left after the riots went to Singapore, Australia and USA. I find it very hard to believe that a woman who has had her family wiped out by muslims, would go to Pakistan and get involved with a muslim.

It seems more odd that he should flee Spain and go to Indonesia.

Also, if the where genuine asylum seekers, what where they doing going back to Indonesia ?

I also find it very unlikely Indonesia would go to all that trouble to bring him back for blasphemy.

The link was not weak for me; I am a Spanish speaker and in any case, you can use an online translator for the article. Google Chrome has one built in.

The Spanish gov't. has not DENIED his claims, either, which it would surely do if he were a wanted criminal claiming falsely that he was framed.

Look at the timeline.

He was "detained" in Spain in 2010 but has been free since that time. The Indonesian articles I found on the web all claimed that the Spanish government was "cooperating" with Indonesian authorities and that his extradition to Indonesia from Spain was imminent. Guess what? IT NEVER HAPPENED. After an examination of the facts and a lack of evidence provided by the Indonesian gov't., he was cleared and released!

Also, he was deported from Indonesia AFTER the supposed crime occurred! Why did they let him go in the first place? The charges were a put-up job instigated by the Indo gov't. purely to silence his criticism of islam, which WAS big news there.

If you "find it very unlikely Indonesia would go to all that trouble to bring him back for blasphemy" then you are either dishonest or ignorant of just how perverse and evil islam really is. If you are muslim, then taqiyya and kitman explain it all. If you are a non-mohammedan apologist then you are just sorely misguided and ill-informed.

Either way, stick around and read here at JW - you'll learn.

Frankly, I wouldn't care if he were a serial killer, as long as the TRUTH about the vile cult and its evil "prophet" is made readily accessible to a wide audience via the web - something impossible up until the recent past. I don't care who makes the film or who tells the story, as long as it is told.

And there will be others. I look to Dr. Ali Sina's film to be the best one of all. More fuel to the fire!

Okay, If first is being hounded by Indonesia as he claims, then he can get his name removed from the interpol list. He can go through Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files,

They can re-examining all the information available to it… then the Commission can considered if case agains Firasat is predominantly political/religiousl in nature, if it is then his name will be removed from the list.

BTW,

The Ministry of] Interior has initiated an inquiry to see if the status of refugee can be withdrawn from him, according to sources within the ministry, although the legal grounds for this decision have not been specified

And his name is still up on the list,

http://www.interpol.int/%20'en/Wanted-Persons?IPSGT_Interpol_Office=198&wanted_search=

Interpol is corrupt.

It has arrested "blasphemers" before, what makes you think anything has changed?

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012/feb/10/interpol-journalist-arrested-muhammad-tweet?newsfeed=true

Notice the word alleged, I do not think Saudi or Malaysia would need much help in this case.

"Police in Kuala Lumpur said Hamza Kashgari, 23, was detained at the airport "following a request made to us by Interpol" the international police cooperation agency, on behalf of the Saudi authorities.

But Interpol later denied that its notice system had been involved in
the arrest of Kashgari. A statement issued by the agency said: "The assertion that Saudi Arabia used Interpol's system in this case is wholly misleading and erroneous."

Interpol, the statement said, "has not been involved in the case involving a Saudi blogger arrested in Malaysia and deported to Saudi Arabia. No Interpol channels, its National Central Bureaus in Kuala Lumpur and Riyadh nor its General Secretariat headquarters in Lyon, France were involved at any time in this case.

So according to your link, Malaysian police made the arrest, so it is them that are corrupt, not interpol. Interpol doesn’t have the power to arrest anyone.

Now If Firasat is being truthful, then he should not have any problem getting his name removed from the interpol list. All he has to do is make an appeal to the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files

Up until now we have not had a statement from the Spanish Gov't,

GCW said

Frankly, I wouldn't care if he were a serial killer, as long as the TRUTH about the vile cult and its evil "prophet" is made readily accessible to a wide audience via the web - something impossible up until the recent past. I don't care who makes the film or who tells the story, as long as it is told.

And who is going to listen to serial killers (Brievik), convicted fraudsters/drug pedlars, (Nakoular), convicted thugs (Robinson), and suspected murderers (Firasat).

People like this are not doing the counter jihad any favours, in fact they are doing a lot of damage to the good work that Mr Spencer, Geert Wilders etc etc are doing

You don't know that Firasat *hasn't* made "an appeal to the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files".

You came here and smeared him with a biased two-year-old charge that went nowhere. The only "report" you posted was from a biased, mohammedan Indonesian source. You're being patently dishonest by not attempting to follow-up on the original article to determine the ultimate disposition of the case. It's all pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain. mohammedans will always try to smear and assassinate the character of the opposition, including making up so-called evidence and eye-witness testimony.

And he's an alleged murderer. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. Proof which the Indonesian government has been entirely incapable of producing.

You don't think anyone paid attention to The Innocence of muslims just because of its producer? So those marauding mohammedans worldwide were just a figment of the imagination?

If Firasat were indeed a criminal he'd be hiding out, not making waves. I applaud him and all those making ANY effort to expose the evil of islam and its perverted criminal "prophet" mohammed (pig$hit be upon him).

And his film won't be the last. Dr. Sina, who has led thousands out of islam, will produce one of quality and integrity. I can't wait for the $hitstorm!

You don't know that Firasat *hasn't* made "an appeal to the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files".

Very true, but he has kept every one well informed about everything else he does

Firasat, did not start anti-jihad until after he arrived back from Indonesia.
