The girl is growing up and may be getting a little too attractive...The fear is she will become irresistible to the kuffar male teachers, who may defile her purity by their wanton gazes, or worse...Recently a US court ruled an employer may fire an employee for being irresistible...
So it would not be unreasonable to protect the girl from all that with a headscarf or better, a burqa...

OT. When I made my above comment about Abrdool's third wife, I began to wonder just how many Moslem men actually have more than one wife. Are there any reliable statistics on that? Is it more common in some Moslem countries, or among some Moslem ethnic groups, than in others?

It shows how degraded western culture has become that these muslims feel that they can force a Christian school to change it's dress code.

Can any of the legal minds that post here explain due to the the circumstances described in this story, that the school cannot countersue for a frivolous lawsuit or something like that? It's past time these purposely pain in the butt muzz get some of theirs right back at them.

Go take a gander at dawanet. This is exactly the reason the USA, by proclamation and statute, should declare itself a secular state, free from all spiritual proselytism by anyone, period.

Targeting school age children, exactly as described in dawanet, should be a Class A felony. Spiritual religion, the supposition of a spirit world, is to be recognized as an inscribed hypothesis that has been with us for some sixty centuries without having manifested any evidence of validity or substantiation. Perhaps it should be presented as such in mandatory coursework in comparative religion in public education. If we are to be land of free choice, let it be informed choice.

Additionally, Islam itself, is to be specifically defined as a political entity whose existence and goals are inimical to the culture the West has developed and deserves to enjoy. I want codified into enforceable law that spiritual religion is ex-cathedra, and Islam is treason. And anyone and everyone who strives to coax our citizens to devote their political loyalty to an entity other our beloved country is to be prosecuted, perhaps under the Smith Act.

Two points that came to mind as I read the story.

First, this. I think we have another definition for our Islamspeak dictionary.

'Puberty (of females)' in Islamspeak = 'having attained the age of nine (perhaps solar, but more likely lunar) years'.

(In infidelspeak, 'puberty (of females)' = 'having developed breasts, grown pubic and underarm hair etc, and established a menstrual cycle". )

From the article - 'The school is being taken to the High Court by parents of a Muslim girl.

Reaching nine years = reaching 'puberty'. All those silly biological-development thresholds we infidels bother our heads about = irrelevant. If she's nine, she's a woman by definition, and old enough for wedding and bedding, because that was when Mohammed took Aisha to bed.

Second point. This is not the first time that I have come across a case of Muslim parents enrolling their daughter in a school established and run by Christians, a school whose uniform policy clearly states 'no Muslim headscarf' and which policy was clearly explained to the parents before their daughter's enrolment. This case in the UK, with Muslims sending their daughter to a Greek Orthodox school and then kicking up a stink because the school - as it had firmly stated upfront -forbids the wearing of the Islamic Slave Hood, exactly mirrors a similar case in the **Philippines**, where Muslim parents enrolled their girl in a *Catholic* school which had an identical uniform policy.

Right now it's 7.20 on Christmas morning, and I don't have time to flick through my 'Philippines' file, but when I get back from church, and after I have opened my presents, I will do just that, and provide the link for the Filipino case.

Muslims are so dismally similar and so dismally predictable in their attempts to bend us all to their will.

The word "modesty" must be replaced. It has a positive ring to it (nothing wrong with a degree of modesty), but putting a headscarf on a child to flaunt her status as a marriage-age woman under wraps, under control, does not equal "modesty". It is something much more sinister.
Any ideas? We need to send these journalists some tips about reporting on Muslim mischief.

Do I believe that this little 5th grader has actually reached puberty in any measurable manner? I do not. When puberty occurs at nine it is both rare and a serious medical condition.

I don't understand how a PRIVATE SCHOOL can be forced to accept someone whom they obviously wouldn't want and who would so obviously not fit in never mind not wanting to be forced to accept a student a student refusing to wear uniform attire required by the school. What is it I am not getting?

Don't know about UK laws, but if something like this occurred in the U.S and the muslims won, it would set precedent; at least in the district where it happened.

Philippines: Catholic School Says No to Hijab

And against a University which has sensibly banned - for security reasons - the wearing of the Mohammedan Female Slave Mask.

I hope that British jihadwatchers have written to this school - St Cyprian's Greek Orthodox Primary Academy, in Thornton Heath - supporting their right to determine what uniform may be worn on school premises, and supporting their hijab ban.

Perhaps the school should be put in touch with Gavin Boby's 'Law and Freedom Society'.

The focus of the LFS is on the lawful use of existing Infidel regulations to head off the building of mosques here, there and everywhere.

But it may be time for the creation of a separate branch of the Society to deal with this kind of 'lawfare': Muslim attempts to force non-Muslim educational institutions which have a clear no-hijab uniform policy, to change that policy by means of a mixture of whining and threats.

Maruani, summarising the views of Chahdortt Djavann, writes -

'She [Djavann] writes that the veil cannot be presented as a personal choice, disregarding centuries of Islamic history.

'She adds that it is inappropriate to probe the motivations of every young girl wearing the veil when what is at stake is a political agenda.

'Djavann explains further: **"The veil has never been innocent or innocuous. It has always signified the submission of women to men and the denial of legal rights to women in Islamic countries." ** {my emphasis - dda}

Now, back to Maruani's discussion of Djavann on the Slave Rag:

'In addition, the girls are a "constant threat to Islamic morals: A girl could bring about a crime, be slaughtered by her father or brothers to cleanse their sullied honor. Indeed, the honor of men is cleansed with girls' blood!"

'The veil may mean several things, Djavann explains.

'It may mean that the woman has become the property of a man;

** it may also mean - in the case of young girls - that they are being marketed as sexual objects, ready to wed.** {my emphasis - dda}.

' Referring to those French intellectuals who consider the veil in schools to be the expression of teenagers' quest for identity, she says:

"The veil does not result from an identity problem. It is an attack on the woman's body... The act of burying the body of a woman under a piece of cloth is extremely serious, similar to genital mutilation. Veiling a minor is abuse... There is a need for legislation to ban the veil, at least in schools."...END EXCERPT.

All of which points the Principal of St Cyprian's School may find useful to have up her sleeve as she confronts these whining, threatening Muslims and the cringing dhimmis who will carry water for them.

The Muslim Female Slave Rag is the most ubiquitous and seemingly-innocuous symbol of the Sharia and of the demand that the world shall submit to Sharia, the Mohammedan Gang Code. It is equivalent to the Black Flag of Jihad. It marks the wearer as a Mohammedan Gang Moll, and therefore by implication identifies all women and girls in the vicinity who are *not* wearing the Rag, as ...Lawful Prey, as Un-Owned Females (sort of like unbranded calves or cows in the old Wild West) who may be seized and used and abused at will by any Mohammedan male who feels strong enough to get away with it.

One issue regarding this case that hasn't been discussed is that the family are taking the school to the UK's High Court. High Court time doesn't come cheap. It's unlikely they will receive Legal Aid, although with our pro-Islamic social service, you can't be too sure. Unless they are very wealthy it's unlikely they will be able to afford this themselves.

There was a similar case a few years ago, where Shabina Begum took Denbigh High School in Luton to court because they wouldn't let her wear a full length gown.

Thankfully she lost (apparently overturned later on) and I hope these parents do as well.

Her action was funded by Hizb-ut-Tahrir, of which her brother was a member.

Are they funding this families case?

The sane and reasonable response to this families request would be that if they find life so oppressive and restrictive here then perhaps they would be better suited to one of the many Islamic theocracies where she can wear what she likes, provided she doesn't leave the house unless accompanied by a male relative and doesn't mind getting married to her 67 year old cousin she's never met.
