U.S. says Pakistan's spy service has immunity from prosecution for Mumbai jihad mass murders

Yet again, Barack Obama does a favor for Islamic jihadists. Indian officials, who have substantial evidence of the ISI's involvement in the attacks, are understandably angry about this. "Mumbai attacks case: India ‘disappointed’ at US immunity for ISI," from AFP, December 19 (thanks to Pamela Geller):

NEW DELHI: India on Wednesday called a declaration that Pakistan’s intelligence service and former chiefs enjoy immunity in a case related to the 2008 Mumbai attacks a “serious disappointment”.

The Indian government has long alleged that the Inter-Services Intelligence agency was behind the Islamist attacks which left 166 people dead – an accusation denied by Islamabad.

The Indian statement was in response to an affidavit filed in a US court earlier in the week in which the US government said Pakistan’s ISI and its former chiefs, Ahmed Shuja Pasha and Nadeem Taj, “enjoy immunity” in the Mumbai attacks.

The US affidavit is “a matter of deep and abiding concern”, the Indian government statement said, noting Washington has publicly said it is committed to bringing “those responsible for the Mumbai terror attacks to justice”.

“The decision of the US authorities in this case is a cause of serious disappointment,” said the Indian statement.

The New York federal court is hearing a case filed by US survivors of the Mumbai attacks and family members of the victims against Pasha, Taj and other ISI officials.

Leaders of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) militant group, including its founder Mohammed Hafiz Saeed, are also named in the suit. India has accused Pakistan’s ISI of collaborating with the LeT to mount the attacks....

Immunity or no immunity, free people will never forget Mumbai. And sooner or later, this administration is going to pay a heavy price.

http://crossmuslims.blogspot.com/2010/06/never-forget-mumbai.html

I think the real battle is really cultural. We need a new media to expose the lies of the O administration and the servility of the former "information gatekeepers" that feed and oil the O's image.

Two questions:

1. How did the USA slide into a moral abyss?

2. Why did we elect a ill-equipped radical who only knows how to dig us deeper into the moral abyss?

U.S. says Pakistan's spy service has immunity from prosecution for Mumbai jihad mass murders
.........................

**WTF**? I am shocked and horrified.

I had thought the US might naïvely believe the ISI if they swore they had nothing to do with it—that would have been foolish, but this is appalling—this is, in fact **evil**.

It is also deeply, deeply stupid.

If Pakistan can get away with waging such horrific Jihad against peaceful India with no repercussions for the United States, then they will be emboldened to wage the same sort of Jihad against the West.

This is like Neville Chamberlain throwing Czechoslovakia to the Nazi wolves, and believing that this would make Britain safe—instead, of course, it just emboldened Hitler to realize that we would do nothing to stand up for a civilized ally.

Suicidally foolish and *profoundly ugly*.

Damn good question, Max.

I am deeply ashamed.

Can I assume this is a suit for tort damages? Are the powers of discovery of a US court intended to pry open secrets kept by the intelligence service of a sovereign polity?

Sympathy for the victims not withstanding, why is a US courtroom a valid venue for a suit of malfeasance allegedly committed by a sovereign state on the other side of the planet?

You see, those Mumbai terror attacks were carried out by extremist terrorists, as opposed to the more moderate ones that we must deal with.
Pakistan is a lot like Dante's Inferno in that there are various levels, or circles, of Hell. In the inner circle we have Al Qaeda, where Osama Bin Laden resides. Next is the bad Taliban, as opposed to the less bad Taliban which may yet prove useful in Afghanistan.
The circles continue until you get to mundane things like the Red Mosque.
The ISI is effectively Satan, as the overall manager of it all.
When we give aid to Pakistan, we are giving the Devil His due.

The spy chief is a CIA operative.

The PakSpooks launch a jihad op that leaves 166 people dead and several Jews viciously, sexually butchered -- and Barry Hussein says they "enjoy" immunity.

Some emo punk whacks his mom and the kids she was devoting time to (thus depriving him of said attention) -- and Barry Hussein whips up hysteria against American gun owners.

Dear Jihad Wath

This is disappointing but not surprising. Once again; when faced with a choice of supporting a USA ally and a democracy or that of an Islamic jihad-supporting cesspool of a nation... the Obama administration once again chooses the jihad supporting cesspool

Pakistan has been chosen over India.

India, as part of the British empire was allied with the West during WWI & WWII. Yes, I know Pakistan was not yet a separate nation yet... but the muslim factions and Islamic regions in India were among those the most resistant to helping the British during these wars. We all know what those regions in India eventually became.

Since independence, India has continued being plurastic and tolerant of different faiths- Hindu, Muslim, Sihk, Jainist, Buddhist, Christian, etc. There is still a population of Indian Jews (5,000 +) in the area of Kochin. The Indian Jews have existed in India for thousands of years.

Now compare Pakistan who in the years since independence from India- has waged war against the Pakistani Hindus, Christians and other groups to the point where those populations are on the verge of totally vanishing.

India is democracy with a vibrant and growing economy and Western allied perspective. India is any ally to the USA. Freedoms and pluralism is the norm in India. In Pakistan? The rise in sharia induced strangulation of personal liberties- hindu children are kidnapped and forced into child marriages, buddhist temples destroyed, disabled Christian children are "set-up" to be blasphemers against Islam and then face a possible death penalty... Pakistan is a cesspool.

Pakistan who knowingly protected Osama Bin-Laden, murderer of thousands of Americans. Pakistan who tortures and imprisons their own citizen who helped America find Bin-Laden. Pakistan who is a nuclear power and has their missiles pointing at one billion Indians and then India has their own weapon system pointed at that inbred cesspool nation.

This is what America officially supports- Pakistan.

India has given America immigrants who have under the American dream became shop owners, businessmen, scientific professionals, entertainers and elected politicians. Whether its the current Republican Governor of Louisiana (Jindal)or the late Columbia astronaut Kalpana Chawla... they are part of our melting pot.

Pakistani Islamadoodles have done what for us? Worse yet- look at the pedophile sex rings and rape gangs that Pakistanis have established in the British Isles... horrific.

When the Columbia disaster happened... muslims the world over celebrated in the streets. Among the brave people who perished in that spacecraft was Ilan Ramon- the first Israeli astronaut. The muslim population centers rejoiced in the street at the death of this Israeli Jew (this brave astronaunt, IDF pilot, son, husband and father).

The muslims also danced and chanted something else other than their glee over the dead Israeli. Kalpana Chawla- was an Indian of Hindu background living in America. Both India and the USA claimed this very smart and pretty woman- a NASA astronaut no less.

Muslims in Pakistan revelled in the death of Miss Chawla just as they did about her fellow astronaut Ramon. Subhuman monsters the Pakistanis.

The attack in Mumbai is just one of thousands and thousands of attacks that India has faced from Islamadoodles over the millenia.

Who does the administration of Barack Obama support? Who do they side with? The Obama administration supports Islamic Pakistan over India in this horrific act of slaughter.

I recently had a relative return from an extended trip in India. She was delighted and amazed over this beautiful nation. She met Indians of all sorts of skin colors and relgiious faiths. One group however, wasn't so nice. One group she overheard the tour guides and tour planners mention... to make sure to keep the tour group (Americans, British, Australians and South/Latin Americans)away from as much as possible. Can we guess what group that was?

When my relative finally came back home she spoke to her travel agent about what she overheard. The travel agent admitted that she purposefully arranged for the tourists to avoid as much contact with muslims in India as possible... for the safety of the tour group and her agency's customers. The travel agent admitted to their being "incidences" with foreign tourists who encounter too many muslims.

What sorrow over those poor victims of the Mumbai attacks especially the predatory murders of the rabbi and his family at the Chabad house.

We America, officially sides with Pakistan over India. May India forgive us.

Arjay, agree with you completely. The fight for good over bad is completely upside down. I have been hoping for years for a turnaround in the juhad to occur but, unfortunately, it appears the opposite is happening.

Gravenimage,
Agree. If Neville Chamberlain were like Obama, he would not only have thrown Sudetenland to the Nazis, he would have thrown Scotland too--cheerfully---hoping he could be left to transform England into a fascist state himself. Chamberlain had backbone compared to the octopus Obama.

French President Francois Hollande has acknowledged the “unjust” and “brutal” nature of France’s occupation of Algeria for 132 years, but stopped short of apologizing for the past as many Algerians have demanded.

Youssef

Arjay,

You are showing the same naivete about the western world that I see in many Indians nowadays.

We may be a liberal, pluralistic democracy but in white people's eyes, we are lowly non - whites who must always be kept suppressed.

You look at whites' response to terrorism against whites (such as NY 9/11 and London 7/7) and assume you can expect same attitude from them as when we suffer brutality from similar mentality. This is an erroneous assumption.

Not only will the whites NOT support us in our fight against jihadis, they will support the jihadis in carrying out terror attacks against India. This is how they have consistently behaved in the past and there is no reason to believe it will change in the future.

Why do they act this way?

Let me try to answer that.

Whites too are supremacists like believing Muslims. They want privileges for themselves that are not available to "lesser" people like us.

The difference between them and jihadists is NOT that they believe in equality of humans and jihadists don't. The real difference is that they know how to effectively cloak their supremacist instinct beneath a veneer of democracy and rule of law.

If you migrate to USA, for example, you will lead a very good life. But only till you are small enough in status so that they can condescend to you. The day your stature is high enough for you to stand up to them, they will gang up against you and do everything to pull you down.

In today's world, it is very difficult to institute an overtly apartheid regime. They all had to give up racist laws under pressure of modernism. But they are so addicted to special privileges that they have a need to bring it in indirect ways.

And one way is in the kind of response that is made against a Mumbai like atrocity. If similar thing happens against whites, the country that hosted the attackers must be attacked immediately and extraordinary revenge must be inflicted against that entire society.

When the same thing happens to non - whites, there is all manner of pressure on us to remain subdued in our response. Not only that they won't help us in bringing Pakistan to justice, but they will actually prevent us from doing so.

That has been the story of our fight against terror.

Now, more and more people are noticing it. Recently, some of the Indian politicians registered the fact that most of western media refused to even term the Mumbai terror attack as terrorism. The terrorists were labeled "gunmen".

I have seen it for many years. Unfortunately, I did not compile all the data but now I have started doing it.

There is a consistent pattern of behavior in whites and it is high time we took notice of it. Of course, we must commit to punishing the terrorists but we should remain conscious that the west will be in the way as we go about it and we need to appropriately enhance our effort.

And never never we should forget the whites' behavior. One day, we will need to fight the same the way we are fighting terror today.

Sanjay

Sanjay,

This is a real longshot, but any chance you are the Sanjay I know from Tunica?

Jake

You wrote: 'Whites too are supremacists like believing Muslims. They want privileges for themselves that are not available to "lesser" people like us.'

And that's why India is the biggest democracy in the world, is it? The British introduced democracy, the rule of the people by the people. It still exists today.
Now, compare that with any Islamic theocracy, like Iran. What happens to the people? Who rules? The crazy clerics, that's who!

A cursory glance at your facile argument is enough to see that it's rubbish!

You're a clown!

Sanjay,

If whites "want privileges for themselves that are not available to "lesser" people", then why did almost a majority of them vote for an African American to be in the White House? Quite a "privilege", wouldn't you say?

This is 2012, not 1912!

Besides - it's this African American who has ultimate authority over this US government, which gave the statement above "not supporting" you in your fight against jihadis... so not sure why you react with a rant about whites?!

Accusing whites for everything people hate is very stupid. I don't have to be white to say it. To jump into this stupid conclusion is to prove that one is total isolated from the whites or other race. You have to be total segregated to be that stupid and ignorant.

"And sooner or later, this administration is going to pay a heavy price."

No, it won't.

The wicked never pays "a heavy price" unless forced by a heavy hand of the good. Now there is still good in America, but its hand is very light and getting lighter

The ISI backed a lot of terrorists the Taliban, al Qaeda, paki Islamic terrorists. It's a shame that Obama thinks the ISI should get away with impunity. There isn't any justification for that.

That was a fine example of racism Sanjay...
You are painting with a very wide brush...
Some white people do have a supremacist attitude and have used it for harm...But historically, they are not alone...Trouble makers of every color have risen up and led armies against the helpless and not so helpless...Sometimes they hid behind religion and sometimes not...No race is innocent if all you are looking at is race...

A point of law.

Has a national court in India found the ISI or one of it's leaders guilty in the Mumbai Massacre? If not then the NY court ruling of immunity is entirely valid. Under US law you can't prosecute government entities over accusations. You must first have a criminal conviction.

Sorry this is basic Western law, otherwise the US govt. would have to defend itself for every tin foil nutjob lawsuit that is brought before a judge somewhere in the world.

/yes I have no doubt ISI was involved, but proof and criminal convictions before it is a statement of fact.

The US Justice Dept affidavit will be taken into consideration by the Fed Ct, but it will not be determinative on whether long arm personal jurisdiction attaches to the ISI, its chiefs, and others, or separately, whether the individual defendants have immunity based upon the claim the conduct giving rise to liabilty occurred with the scope of their governmental employment.

It's hard to see how personal jurisdiction could attach in a US ct to Pakistani citizens for acts committed entirely in Pakistan. Even if personal jurisdiction was found to exist and a judgment was ultimately awarded to plaintiffs, no Pakistani court is likely to enforce such a judgment.

However, it seems ironic that no US officials (including the POTUS) are being tried in Pakistan court for damages arising from the death of OBL and his family caused by US Navy seals and committed in Pakistan territory. If no such lawsuit has been permitted in Pakistan, it suggests a tradeoff.

Sanjay,

you make me feel sorry. I admit white people made a lot of mistakes in history, but so did others as well. To me skin colour, shape of eyes and nose is of no importance. I don't care what people look like as long as they don't wear veils, head scarves or mullah garments.

I know how you feel, but please understand this is all about politics. Obama isn't entirely white himself and he sides with the mahoundians, his ancestors and his stepfather. It's Obama's policy to appease mahoundians and tell people that real Islam is the religion of peace and only a few Salafists and Islamists have the inclination to terrorism.

So please understand this isn't about being brown, black or white. This is about fighting against an evil, terrorist, supremacist ideology. We need to unite, we need you and every other freedom lover. Forget about the petty squabbles, please.

Committing acts of treason every day, committing acts of treason in every way...

Rasool Obama is setting records...

Don't blame me, I voted for Roseanne Barr...
Well not really, but I might as well have...
Would Roseanne support our enemies and give them aid and comfort?

You are right about all the legal mumbo jumbo and red tape...An intended consequence is to pay lawyers car and house payments...Lawyers and judges are more concerned about law than they are justice or just doing what is right...Judges frequently do what is lawful even if it is not right and may have devastating consequences...Like turning over a child to a known abusive parent...I know a man who dropped out of law school when he realized that no form of justice was the goal...Not all lawyers are bad or chase ambulances, but the only reason to hire a lawyer is to protect yourself from other lawyers...As a group, they have way to much power...

A point of law.

Has a national court in India found the ISI or one of it's leaders guilty in the Mumbai Massacre? If not then the NY court ruling of immunity is entirely valid. Under US law you can't prosecute government entities over accusations. You must first have a criminal conviction.

How funny Sanjay, who is an Indian, would talk about white "supremacism" as if it is a feature inherent in the white race.

Sanjay belongs to civilization and culture which with its cast system is the most racist society in the world. The lighter the Indian the higher the social status he is born to and the less chance he will mix with the darker ones. Marriage between the "white" and "black" Indian practically doesn't exist - and, of course, not because a black Indian would not have it.
I had some American black acquaintances who told me they have never felt more, unfriendliness and aloofness than in India. I myself heard Indians in Europe telling most disgusting jokes about blacks. The Indians and Pakistanis may not love each other, but there is one thing they have in common - their profound contempt, even hate toward anyone with darker skin - ask anyone who lived in Africa some 25 years ago in the time it had very big Indian and Paki population.

Sanjay is engaged in a massive projection here. Maybe he should instead attend to the psychological complexes that lie behind it.

It sounds very nice to say that no one should paint a race with "wide brush" and indeed it is no one's argument that every single white, or for that matter, every single individual of any identity is good or bad.

However, communities and nations have dominant ethos. We Indians do, so do Muslims and definitely so do whites in western nations.

For people interested in politics, you need to accurately sense that ethos and formulate your response.

I am convinced and now I am compiling evidence too, that we Indians are not sensing the white ethos accurately. We look at apparently shared values such as democracy and human rights and assume we are similar.

We are not. They still have a need to dominate others and are willing to commit or at least condone brutalities to that end. Indians show similar behaviors at INDIVIDUAL level but we are different in the sense that our collective ethos does not permit pursuit of supremacy based on any ethnic identity.

I hope you will consider it with more open mind.

By the way, some idiot here wrote that Indians got democracy from the British. Really, some people have no idea what really happened in history and make assumptions based on what they want to believe. British rule in India was like South African apartheid regime. I hope well meaning whites too are also willing to confront the racist tendencies in their societies.

It's a civil case, not a criminal case, and seeks compensatory and punitive damages. It was one of several similar cases filed by American survivors and bereaved family members.

First, correction to my statement above. Acts giving rise to civil liability occurred in India (and Pakistan). Point remains the same. Hard to see how a US Ct could have personal jurisdiction over the defendants.
If personal jurisdiction somehow attaches there is the separate question of whether the government entity and/or its employees benefit from some immunity because of their status as a foreign government entity.
Vulturetx comments seem inopposite as this is a civil, not a criminal proceeding. And that's being kind inasmuch as his comments seem entirely nonsensical.

aww the loony troll of JW Daramand who evidently learned some law under a British system but fails to know current US law replied in error to me.

Point. It is entirely legal for civil cases in US courts to find for victims of Iran's state sponsored terrorism in foreign countries that involve US citizens, thanks to previous findings. In fact there are dozens of similar Federal court judgements. But AFAIK there is no finding yet that ISI was involved in Mumbai.

What a load of crap! Read the above again. If we are to accept your contention, then, at least in the USA, racists of one ethnicity or the other would be accused and tried along with all other members of that race/ethnicity in a court of law, and that is, simply, absurd.

I used to like to read your comments, but now I see that you are no better than the garden variety white supremacists with which we have to contend here in the states.

You're a racist, Sanjay.

As a white man with half-breed kids, I take your ignorant, whining comments to be supremely offensive. My brown ex-wife would feel the same, as would my kids.

Sanjay - not sure if you are a Hindu? If you are then I think you not complain if the "Whites" treat India - as you put it - with prejudice. Hindus were perhaps the first people on the planet established caste system, the most brutal form of prejudice that a man can ever think of. If I understand some stuff from Hinduism, the believe an untouchable person who will be born hundred generations down the road is an untouchable,

Approx 80% of the Indians are Hindues. With a religion like that who needs enemies, or who needs a religion.

As Buraq already pointed out - deep down you are a clown.

"U.S. says Pakistan's spy service has immunity from prosecution for Mumbai jihad mass murders"

This may sound strange, I think Obama did a deal with the Pakies to prepare for the exit from Afghanstan. Pakies have an upper hand in that part of the World. They are the spy masters of Talibans. If they can keep a tight rein on talibans till our exit we will reduce the number of casualties on both sides. The price we pay is we upset Indians. I don't think Indian care much about their country. If they did, the Mombay Massacre would have never took place as the US Embassy gave them ample of warnings about the possible imminent terrorist attack. Indians did nothing about that - we didn't get any thank you letter from the Indian embassy here.

Who is prejudice Sanjay?

So, Sanjay: You are "compiling evidence" as you ready yourself to "stand up to" white people in a country which many of your people have chosen to live in.

This kind of attitude makes me sure that my misgivings about multiculturalism and letting the world in - and ultimately being minorities in the countries of our ancestors, such as European countries - are valid.

What action are you planning when your evidence is compiled and you are ready to "stand up to" us?

I was talking to an Indian Muslim last night, in a shop. He said Australia is not my country, and we are "all immigrants". I am getting used to this one. Why didn't he choose to live in Pakistan, and tell THEM that Pakistan is "not their country" and everyone there is an immmigrant?

No, it has to be the West.

The man runs a shop. He didn't build the shop, or the road outside, or the public transport system, or the electricity network, or the general freedom and prosperity he insults us by assuming was just all there for us to walk into. My people did. And yet we have to endure daily insults and talk of resentment and revenge by people who CHOOSE and are PERMITTED to live here.

The man hates Jews, by the way. Surprise, surprise.

Sanjay, your comments are needlessly divisive.

(My name is Sanjay too, btw)

Suffice it to say that I think it's the lousy Democrats who are the racists here. They want to rally around their new favorite pet ethnic group, Muslims, at the expense of everybody else, white or non-white. So the pets get all the immunity and privileges, while the rest of us are told to suck it.

The Democrats are selfish turds who are neither loyal to their own countrymen (a number of whom were killed on 26-11), nor loyal to any common principles of ethics or moral decency.

You and some others here need to educate themselves about Hindu caste system and Hindu society.

Hindus have not associated much value with color of skin. Two of the most revered gods of Hindus are dark skinned. But it was birth based discrimination. I have never lived in denial of it like whites do about their racism.

The most important point is this - once Hindus are exposed to modernity, we do not accept anyone as a hero or a leader if he or she so much as condones the caste system. The first modern Indian was a man named Ram Mohun Roy. He did all he could to destroy caste and since him, EVERY SINGLE hero / leader of Hindus affirmed the equality of humans. Even condoning the discrimination disqualified a person from getting respect from people at large.

The whites not only practiced laws AFTER being exposed to modern ideas about human equality, whites have had highly popular leaders who either freely supported racism, or at least condoned it.

We see this at the personal level too. Hindus of education do not practice any kind of birth based discrimination. Those who do have still not had the benefit of a modern education. Whites, on the other hand, of highest education too have no hesitation in expressing racist ideas and even practicing it.

Get your facts right. Calling me names won't change things. Your societies are racists. Ours is not racist or casteist.

As for Indians here, learn to keep your eyes and ears open. One day, the same whites who affirm their belief in "equality" of mankind will shock you one way or the other. Maybe by listing down all the horrible terror attacks that have happened in the world, which list somehow misses all the attacks against India (a consistent pattern of behavior in western media), or by telling you to "talk" to Pakistan in the face of most horrible outrage whereas a fraction of that provocation turns them vengeful against another country.

My message is primarily for you. If you don't wake up, our fight will not become effective.

Sanjay

Typical reactions from white people against Sanjay writing truth.

1. "You Indians aka Hindus are worse as you were the first people who brought racism through caste system and untouchability.."

Hindu caste system is neither based on skin color nor race. It is based on paternal lineage from the same race, just as Jews for example have the Cohens and other priestly class.

Caste system is neither based on exploitation as is typical of racism. It is based on purely doing selflessly religious ritual obligations, especially for brAhmins who are strictly required not to even ask for any compensation while doing their duty.

Untouchability is NOT part of Hinduism. Whatever people do may not have necessarily a religious sanction.

However if you take white race history, it is typical that they were known to practice apartheid until 1960s even in USA. It was status quo and is the case until today in USA where blacks live in segregated places in most of major cities. Now blacks visiting India and feeling isolated is no different than Indians visiting US and feeling isolated. I have heard similar complaints from whites in America as well. Cultural differences cause aloofness.

As I see it, in my 10 years of stay in US..white people are in general of majority of them do have racist feelings. I have faced this in job interviews (explicitly and implicitly), in jobs and in strictly friendly or personal relationships, at the least from older generations almost always. Present generation has a mix of 50-50 racists and non-racists. I decided to leave US for good and never return where you cannot be accepted at all.

"This kind of attitude makes me sure that my misgivings about multiculturalism and letting the world in - and ultimately being minorities in the countries of our ancestors, such as European countries - are valid."

So PJG does agree that being minority one loses power and certain privileges, which means the same is being denied of present day minorities in USA. The reality is white people talk about justice and democracy to impose their will on others, but when it comes to themselves losing privileges they forget about the justice part. Thus US has been always supporting terrorism in other countries, like India through proxy as is the case with Pakistan. In 1980s US hardly gave rats ass about Islamic terrorism. Why? since it did not impact them. Infact they supported terrorists openly, despite the fact of knowing they are evil in order to advance their selfish goals. Its clear that white people do not give a fart about justice for others...its only for them...hypocrites..

The objective result of Sanjay's resentment and wild and grandly sweeping generalisations about 'whites' - what does he mean? does he mean *all* persons throughout history, Christian and non-Christian, from a vast swathe of country stretching from Russia to Iceland and from Norway to Sicily, and then more recently in the Americas and Australia - who have ever had lighter coloured hair (though many 'whites', like my own grandmother did, had and have jet-BLACK hair), lighter skin, and (sometimes, though not always, again my grandmother's eyes were black) lighter coloured eyes - as if he thinks they ALL had identical, and presumably uniformly evil and unjust, always and everywhere, beliefs, attitudes, identical behaviours and cultures? really? and they were always and everywhere worse, qua 'whites', than human beings of any other 'colour' or culture, except Muslims from whom they differ in little or nothing - is to Split The Camp.

He is making westerners fearful and suspicious of non-westerners, because of wondering how many other resentful and bitter sanjays may be among them, and he is clearly intending to encourage non-westerners who are thinking of joining the resistance against jihad, to fear and despise 'white' westerners who might be in that same resistance movement, by telling them that 'whites' are inherently - genetically programmed to be that way? - EVIL and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER to be trusted.

Way to go, mate, way to go. Split up the non-Muslim world into warring camps, mutually suspicious and fearful and resentful of each other, each trying to resist jihad on its own...that hasn't worked terribly well for the past 1400 years and I don't see it working in the future, either.

One wonders why he bothers to come here...except, of course, to conduct what objectively one might call 'well poisoning': to tell any and all 'nonwhite' persons who may happen to visit here, that they cannot and must not trust Mr Spencer nor any of the other westerners on this forum...that we are *really*, deep down, all of us, evil wicked racists who hate non-white people and are plotting to do them down.

Incidentally, he got 'Arjay' wrong.

Arjay has declared himself to be of Native American - First Nations - ancestry. 'Red Indian', that is, rather than 'Indian of India'.
