It sounds like he was giving the jihad minions a message, as if they were preparing or posed to strike. People need to be prepared to defend themselves against jihad crimes. As long as hate is not fought with hate there is no sin in self-defense. The original Bible (not rewritten by Mohammad 600 years after Jesus), in the Book of Esther, shows that preparation for self-defense can be very effective against those who wish to wipe you out. I hope the Hindus realize they need to prepare for immediate action.
