I think David Barker need to look down beside his feet to see that the problem of Jihad, as regard the amount of blood that has been wasted in its pursuance, since the beginning of the religion of peace, is not in the brains and thoughts of Islamic scholars, that it cannot be found within the adherent illiterate mass; nor can it be found in the super-exposes of Robert Spencer.

Just a brief except from a chapter of an Old Book, one of my favourite books when I was a teenager, a really old-fashioned geographical Encyclopedia, 'Lands and Peoples'. Volume IV. They have a section on India, but they devoted a whole separate chapter to 'Kashmir in the Himalayas, the Loveliest State in India'.

When we JWers consider the mountain of data below us -- and the mountain horribly growing above us -- something's gotta give, for God's sake. Frankly, I feel increasingly alienated from most of you, for you insensitivity to this (what is "this"? good God....).

Before I even read the comments after dumbledoresarmy's post about Kashmir, I thought of this; and damned if some damned anti-British Hindu prick didn't chime in to confirm my little sarcastic aside. I was going to quote this phrase from dumbledoresarmy's post --

-- and then remark "Those damned British, a blight worse than the Muslims", meaning this utterly dripping in sarcasm of course.
