Christians converting Muslims against their will how pathetic this reminds me of a campaign put forward by street dawah Australia called the ''persecution of Islam in Egypt''. Listing all the 'atrocities' committed against Muslims by Christians in Egypt truly Islam is the most pathetic religion on the planet.

Every aspect of Islam involves violence, or the threat of violence.

Islam is the "religion of violence", not the "religion of peace".

Yes. And they should also be explaining to Morsi, and all the Egyptian imams, and the Taliban, and the Iraquis, and the Iranians , and the etc. etc, that they are all getting islam **wrong**.

I wonder why they don't ? Goodness me, they couldn't be **lying**, could they ?

And you know that millions of Muslims throughout the region are rubbing their hands with glee over this kind of news. The destruction of the last vestiges of Coptic Christianity in Egypt is welcome news to Muslims who want to see Egypt go the way of Sharia.

With Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood in power, what will Egypt look like in 10 years? Does anybody realistically think that Egypt will be LESS Islamic in 10 years time? Who really thinks that a considerable bulk of Egyptian Mohammedans are willing to settle for 'Islam lite'?

The nature and doctrines of Islam always gravitate to Muslims wanting and demanding more and more Islam. And what does more Islam mean? It means Sharia. And what is Sharia? Simply the product of devout and learned Islamic scholars earnestly pouring over Islam's canonical texts - The Qur'an, hadith and sira.

Islam's canonical texts state that Islam is a perfect religion (Qur'an, 5:3), and that Muhammad's behaviour is an "excellent pattern of conduct" for Muslims to follow (Qur'an,33:21). In light of all this it is clear that Islam must be wholly abandoned. All other schemes are delusion.

Speaking as an ex-Muslim, what I find most odd about Islam's non-Muslim supporters is that they seem incapable of making the leap of logic to grasp the fact that when non-Muslims support and/or defend Islam, they are supporting and/or defending the following:

* Slavery:

* The death for penalty for the apostates of Islam:

In Islam, the rejection in part (of any of the pillars, or individual principles of Islam), or discarding the faith as a whole, amounts to apostasy. It is not a quick or easy affair for an apostate or heterodox believer of Islam, as the punishment for apostasy in the Islamic faith is death. In Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 9, Book 84, No. 57 we see it as “Allah's Apostle said, 'Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him'”, and it was also one of only three reasons given by him where killing a Muslim is permitted.

Islam is no “religion of peace.” Islam is primarily a religion of “injustice, intolerance, hatred, and violence.” The fact is, if we non-Muslims were to say about Muslims what the Qur'an says about us, we would be arrested for hate speech. The Qur'an largely preaches discrimination, death, and imposition of its dogma on everyone. Certainly some Muslims will be offended by such statements, but frankly, so what? Judaism and Christianity, the world’s two other major monotheistic religions, have had to face the harshest of scrutiny and criticism for several hundred years which continues to this day. Islam must not be granted any special privileges or be exempt from such treatment – the implications are of tremendous importance.

Here is a recent statement from a group of Bangladeshi apostates living in the UK explaining the reasons why they have abandoned Islam:

"One who claims to be a messenger of God is expected to live a saintly life. He must not be given to lust, he must not be a sexual pervert, and he must not be a rapist, a highway robber, a war criminal, a mass murderer or an assassin. One who claims to be a messenger of God must have a superior character. He must stand above the vices of the people of his time. Yet Muhammad’s life is that of a gangster godfather. He raided merchant caravans, looted innocent people, massacred entire male populations and enslaved the women and children. He raped the women captured in war after killing their husbands and told his followers that it is okay to have sex with their captives (Qur'an 33:50). He assassinated those who criticized him and executed them when he came to power and became de facto despot of Arabia. Muhammad was bereft of human compassion. He was an obsessed man with his dreams of grandiosity and could not forgive those who stood in his way...

The statement continues,

Muhammad was a narcissist, like Hitler, Saddam or Stalin. He was astute and knew how to manipulate people, but his emotional intelligence was less evolved than that of a 6-year-old child. He simply could not feel the pain of others. He brutally massacred thousands of innocent people and pillaged their wealth. His ambitions were big and as a narcissist he honestly believed he is entitled to do as he pleased and commit all sorts of crimes and his evil deeds are justified."

Islam does not allow its adherents to apostasize out of the faith. And moreover, it considers the wombs of Muslimahs to belong to the Ummah—they may only be used to breed more Muslims.

Note that this "violence between Egypt's Christians and Muslims" is *almost entirely* Muslim violence against Christians. Occasionally Christians act to defend themselves—but often, not even that. But you would never know that the violence is all one way from this AP headline.

That is, Muslims riot over those things, because Islamic law forbids Muslims to convert to Christianity, forbids Muslim women to marry non-Muslim men, and forbids Christians to construct new churches. That AP characterizes these things as sources of "clashes," as if both sides were equally to blame, is despicable, albeit common "journalistic" practice.

Some residents believe the woman, who is a teacher, converted to Christianity and is hiding inside the church. Others suspect she was forced into conversion and is being held against her will inside the church....

Projection. Muslims both in Egypt and all over Dar-al-Islam kidnap, rape, and forcibly convert Christian girls and woman, and frequently hold them captive or threaten their birth families to prevent them from leaving.

This isn't the first time Muslims in Egypt have made these false accusations against the Copts. But under the increasing Islamization of Egypt, they may just drop the pretense entirely, and just go after Christians and Muslim apostates without even bothering with this kind of bullsh*t "cover story" Even in this case, it sounds pretty perfunctory.
