Customer of Boston jihadis’ mother: “she thought 9-11 was purposefully created by the American government to make America hate Muslims”

Ma ran a spa out of her house. Alyssa Kilzer was a recurring customer. And while there, she saw arranged marriages, wife-beating, the hijab, Islamic piety and references to the Qur’an, and finally, hateful Islamic conspiracy theories about 9/11. Does the apple fall far from the tree? “I know the Boston bombers,” by Alyssa Kilzer for FoxNews.com, April 20 (thanks to Andrew Bostom):

I started getting facials from Zubeidat Tsarnaeva (pronounced Zu-bey-da) six years ago when I was 17 at a spa in the Boston area. She soon after left the spa and contacted my mom to have us start coming to her house, at 410 Norfolk St., right on the line of Cambridge and Watertown.

All throughout my senior year of high school and four years of college I went to her house about three times a year. The last time I went to the house was in December and January of 2011/2012.

The first few years the third-floor apartment was often crowded with her two sons, now identified as the alleged Boston bombers, and her two daughters, one of which was around my age. It was definitely not a glamorous place to get a facial, as the “spa” was set up in her living room, and during these years the family expanded….

During this time one of Zubeidat’s daughters, and then the other, were set up in arranged marriages, and started having kids. This was something I found slightly disturbing, as one was just my age (18-19) and didn’t seem to be happily married.

Within two years I heard that she had been beaten badly and eventually filed for divorce, which was at first against her mother’s wishes. Later Zubeidat said that she had accepted the divorce because it was an unhappy marriage. Her daughter then moved back into the house with her child. Her younger son, Dzhokar, was often in the room or the room next door looking after his nephew while I was getting my facial.

There were usually issues with parking on her crowded Cambridge Street. Sometimes she would have Dzhokar go down to the street to put the visitor-parking pass into my car window (Yes, I gave him my car keys). Once he moved my car, which made me nervous, as the street was so crowded and parking spots so small. Dzhokar was always friendly to me and seemed easy going. In 2010-11, there was a day when Dzhokar wasn’t home, so Zubeidat took the parking pass out to the street for me.

I noticed that she first put on a hijab before going outside. She had never worn a hijab while working at the spa previously, or inside the house, and I was really surprised.

Between 2008 and 2012 I got to know her pretty well. During those 2-3 hours I spent a lot of time asking her about her personal life, background and her family. (I”m a writer and tend to ask people exhaustive questions about their personal lives, especially as interesting a character as this.)

The hijab shouldn’t have surprised me so much, because she had become increasingly religious while I was in college. She often mentioned Allah, and the lessons of the Koran. “Allah will reward him,” she said once about my brother, when I told her that my brother and mom were close, and that I thought my brother would take care of my mom later in life.

She started to refuse to see boys that had gone through puberty, as she had consulted a religious figure and he had told her it was sacrilegious. She was often fasting. She told me that she had cried for days when her oldest son, Tamerlan, told her that he wanted to move out, going against her culture’s tradition of the son staying in the house with the mother until marriage.

She started saying things like, “Don’t worry, there aren’t men in the house today,” when I asked if I could use the bathroom, which I thought was kind of funny at the time, since I didn’t mind if there were men in the apartment or not.

In my last year of college I was getting a facial from her, and asking her about why she had originally come to the United States with her family about eight or ten years previously.

She told me that she and her husband had been lawyers and political activists in Russia. They had fled the country after “something that her husband did.” Her daughter had recently been divorced at this time, and her daughter’s ex-husband had taken their child to Russia, refusing to return him. Finally the child was returned.

When my mom asked Zubeidat how they had gotten the child back, she told her that “my [Zubeidat’s] husband is crazy” and everyone knew it. When he threatened the daughter’s ex-husband’s family, they returned the child.

During this facial session she started quoting a conspiracy theory, telling me that she thought 9-11 was purposefully created by the American government to make America hate Muslims. “It’s real,” she said, “My son knows all about it. You can read on the internet.”

I have to say I felt kind of scared and vulnerable when she said this, as I am distinctly American, and was lying practically naked in her living room….

Those three children were always friendly and kind to me. I think I only met Tamerlan twice, and he wasn’t friendly. Zubeidat certainly mentioned arguing with him, and being worried about him in general after he got his girlfriend pregnant. I never met Zubeidat’s husband. I know that a few years ago her husband got cancer, but she told us that the doctors had caught it early, and that he was doing well. She made one long trip to Russia in the period of 2011-2012.

While Zubeidat was very good at giving facials, I can say that her increased religious zeal and offensive political suggestions about 9-11 in part influenced my decision to not return to her home since January 2012. Those details aside, she struck me as a hard-working woman who cared a lot for her family.

When my mom called me earlier today telling me about how she had seen the picture of Dzhokar this morning and called the FBI, I couldn’t believe it. As her client for years I felt affection for Zubeidat and was very distraught to hear that her sons could have committed such horrific crimes.

When I read online that she had left for Russia a few months ago, my first reaction was to think that she might have known about the attacks her sons were planning. Articles online suggest that she is in Russia because of her husband’s poor health. I know that her husband often went to Russia without her, and for extended periods of time.

She was also very close with her sons and showed many signs of political leanings herself. Of course this is only my personal conjecture, and to my knowledge there is no proof about the parent’s involvement at all….

I will give credit where credit is due. When it comes to the Hate Department, Muslims excel. They don’t need any help from anyone else, least of all fedgov, when it comes to supplying reasons why non-Muslims are justifiably fearful of Muslims.

These scoffing at the rights of others and of local laws fit the behavior of Muslims throughout all of Islam’s history.

It’s good that Alyssa Kilzer has come forward with her story… at least now it gives us a bit more knowledge about the Boston Bomber’s family. Every little bit of information is very helpful in educating ourselves on the evils of islam.

There you go again…Muslims becoming increasingly religious tranforming into more radical Muslims….

I’m not sure what that is, or why anyone would want one, especially from a woman wearing a floor length hoodie…

Both Tsarnaev parents knew and encouraged their sons to be jihadists. They knew and pretending to be innocent. They just don’t want to receive the blame for making their sons into monsters. Both of them should be shunned.

I have to agree with barook here. Yes, Aylssa patronized an illegal “spa” for facials, but plenty of people do this sort of thing in exchange for a little cash or bartering services.

The important thing to me is this: Alyssa had a story to tell, and tell it she did. Alyssa had a unique view into that household, and she dared to share it. If Alyssa’s account is true and accurate, she offers us all a rare glimpse into life at 410 Norfolk Street.

To Alyssa’s credit, she admits to her fascination with this Muslim family and their “quirks”. Alyssa is a writer…and now a bit of a reporter.

In summation: if there was an Islamic woman down my street giving facials in her cluttered, unsanitary living room, I would jump at the opportunity to be her client. Not for the actual facial, but for the opportunity to enter the household…and observe.

I have been cursed with an inquisitive mind…

  10. says

If Alyssa not shared her story, this thread would not exist. It is hypocritical to damn Alyssa while highlighting and exploiting her acute observations.

Best Alyssa never patronized Mrs. T and we didn’t know these details…right?

Listen up America! Your elected dummies are good at sitting on their tushes and not seeing you going down the drain to oblivion. These Muslims are multiplying like rabbits —-more and more Muslim households are going radical. Before you know it they’ll be rounding you up, clerics first, lessons from Adolf, send you to extermination camps so they can honor Mohammed in peace, and practice Sharia Law. Look at Great Britain they don’t know what hit them and now it’s a Muslim country. If you don’t kick the radicals (there are good Muslims also)out of America fast it’s going to be game over.

As a freelance writer, I have deep appreciation for Alyssa’s position. I’m sure Robert Spencer does as well.

I’m sure Alyssa could have sought out facials in a less “bizarre” venue than a third-floor apartment on Norwalk Street. Alyssa wanted THAT location. She makes no mention if Mrs. T was good at her trade.

Kudos to Alyssa for speaking out.

  13. says

Alyssa said the mother was VERY GOOD at giving facials, see this paragraph from the story:

While Zubeidat was very good at giving facials, I can say that her increased religious zeal and offensive political suggestions about 9-11 in part influenced my decision to not return to her home since January 2012.
    _________________________________________________________________

Isn’t there a whole lotta cognitive dissonance going on in the Muslim world in wanting to claim responsibility for 9/11 and then blaming it on FBI/Mossad machinations or, even more weirdly yet, claim that it was all done through special effects? They can’t have it both ways. Yet this is the case all over the internet and they do this with more than just the 9/11 bombing.

It’s spectacularly incompetent of the FBI to have overlooked all these signs and not started serious surveillance of the family given all these indicators of jihadist tendencies. He should have been put under surveillance the INSTANT he returned from Dagestan/Chechnya.

  14. says

Completely ignoring zoning and any other laws that they can get away with is commonplace for many Muslims. It’s part of their religious belief that no law but sharia applies to them. They love to take advantage the benefits of the west, especially using our laws against us. this they consider to be of great value, but obeying the law themselves, not so much.

  15. says

@ CGW, exactly, it’s so far beyond bizarre they do this!!! I think it’s feasible because the us vs. them psychology is developed from such a young age. It’s the weirdest damn rote learning, completely disassociating the individual from societal allegiance and giving them over to religious allegiance.

All Muslims have to do to research these events is read jihad sites. There they’ll see the claims in huge type along w/personal video testimonies of the jihadis before they go off on their missions.

Now that we know the mother was a firm believer in 9/11 being engineered somehow by the U.S., it begs the question of who arrived at that belief first —- the mother or her sons. Obviously, if they’d started speaking about Muslims being targeted/framed for 9/11 to outsiders and non-Muslims, they’d really gone over to the dark side.

  16. says

It is surprising that no one has stated the obvious: on September 11, 2012, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva was granted U.S. citizenship. In the process of that grant she stated the following:

“I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the armed forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.”

It is now obvious that Zubeidat Tsarnaeva lied when she stated those words. She therefore obtained her U.S. citizenship via fraud and deceit. We will we as a nation be true to ourselves and begin to revoke our citizenship from these liars? When?

  17. says

Good catches, Frank, you’ve captured the essence–stealing customers, spitting in their neighbors’ faces, flouting laws, running a clandestine “business.” Not to mention, of course, the conspiracy theories and arranged marriages. And what’s this about islamo-mom getting arrested for stealing $1600.00+ from a department store?

But, here’s what got me: This woman–this Alyssa–was COMPLICIT in all this! She was a willing, voluntary participant. And she goes back, again and again, placing herself in a potentially unsafe situation within their dwelling? After seeing the whole dysfunctional business close-up? That’s nuts!

Amazingly, Alyssa doesn’t seem embarrassed by relating all this. Even David Sirota–the reigning champion of contempt–has the sense (just barely) to be embarrassed by his self-revelations…

Interesting. Muslim husbands and ex-husbands stealing children and taking them back to Dar-al-Islam”or, in this case, a Muslim-majority stretch of Dar-al-Harb”is very common.

It seems that only the *threat of greater violence* from the ex-father-in-law is enough to trump the son-in-law’s actions.

And what was that “something” that her husband did? Was it some act of Chechen Jihad, or a more personal crime?

In either case, it doesn’t sound as though the Tsarnaeva family was even truly seeking asylum here in the accepted sense”that is, that they were *fleeing Jihad violence* in southern Russia. The fact that family members made such regular trips back to the “old country” shows what a con this was.

And this is *very, very common*. How many Muslim “asylum seekers” are in the West on false pretenses?

And Frank Scarn is right to point out her other flouting of the laws of the US regarding her illegal “business”.

We also need to face up to it as well, JohninLongmont. Welcome aboard!

The last three times I was in Wallyworld (the newest one) I clapped eyes on mohammadan supremacists with ovaries.

I’m afraid that one day the TC will have such a headline as “city counsel meeting with local muslims over proposed cultural center.”

I’m hoping they’re just weeds tumbling in from the viper’s nests of mohammadanism in FC or Die Republik von Boulder.

  20. says

Well, you’re right, that does put a better face on it, Barook. I should be thanking Alyssa for sharing that with us. And, of course thanking her for her long-time support for those who would make our country a third-rate islamic hellhole. Thank you, Alyssa!

  21. says

Indeed. This Alyssa had (and most likely continues to have) her “Modar” set way too low. Only egregious things, repetitively, are detected by her faulty device in her head. And she wants to assure the reader of all the good aspects of the Muslim extended family she patronized all those years. I’d bet my entire life savings that she continues to believe most Muslims are decent moms and pops like the rest of us.

Nothing she reports is news to us at JW about Muslims. And while it appears critical of the family, it’s likely, at best, to merely reinforce the TMOE meme in the majority of Americans/Westerners who may run across it.

  22. says

Especially contradictory is them denying muslim involvement in 9/11 whilst plannning their own mohammedan terrorist atrocity.

  23. says

We at Jihad Watch knew this shit about Muslims long ago. Nothing new in this report. Anyone who has not long ago surmised these kinds of things — and far worse — about Muslims and their sick culture and society and psychology — deserves no more spoonfed milk & mollycoddling.

  24. says

There’s nothing bizarre about it, nor is there any cognitive dissonance. You are detecting, from the outside, a duplicity that is merely the optical illusion of seeing double.

Muslims don’t believe 911 was a conspiracy. They are just saying that in the interest of sowing taqiyya and confusion.
