UK: Yet another Muslim gang convicted of sex crimes against girls as young as 11

The Qur’an allows for the owning of sex slaves:

If you fear that you will not act justly towards the orphans, marry such women as seem good to you, two, three, four; but if you fear you will not be equitable, then only one, or what your right hands own; so it is likelier you will not be partial. (Qur’an 4:3)

This verse is the basis for Islamic polygamy, allowing a man to take as many as four wives, as long as he believes he is able to “deal justly” with all of them. But justice in these circumstances is in the eye of the beholder. Ibn Kathir says this the requirement to deal justly with one’s wives is no big deal, since treating them justly isn’t the same as treating them equally: “it is not obligatory to treat them equally, rather it is recommended. So if one does so, that is good, and if not, there is no harm on him.”

The verse goes on to say that if a man cannot deal justly with multiple wives, then he should marry only one, or resort to “what your right hands own” — that is, slave girls.

The Qur’an commentator Maulana Bulandshahri explains the wisdom of this practice, and longs for the good old days:

During Jihad (religion war), many men and women become war captives. The Amirul Mu”minin [leader of the believers, or caliph — an office now vacant] has the choice of distributing them amongst the Mujahidin [warriors of jihad], in which event they will become the property of these Mujahidin. This enslavement is the penalty for disbelief (kufr).

He goes on to explain that this is not ancient history:

None of the injunctions pertaining to slavery have been abrogated in the Shari”ah. The reason that the Muslims of today do not have slaves is because they do not engage in Jihad (religion war). Their wars are fought by the instruction of the disbelievers (kuffar) and are halted by the same felons. The Muslim [sic] have been shackled by such treaties of the disbelievers (kuffar) whereby they cannot enslave anyone in the event of a war. Muslims have been denied a great boon whereby every home could have had a slave. May Allah grant the Muslims the ability to escape the tentacles of the enemy, remain steadfast upon the Din (religion) and engage in Jihad (religion war) according to the injunctions of Shari”ah. Amen!

This is by no means an eccentric or unorthodox view in Islam. The Egyptian Sheikh Abu-Ishaq al-Huwayni declared in May 2011 that “we are in the era of jihad,” and that as they waged jihad warfare against infidels, Muslims would take slaves. He clarified what he meant in a subsequent interview:

…Jihad is only between Muslims and infidels”¦.Spoils, slaves, and prisoners are only to be taken in war between Muslims and infidels. Muslims in the past conquered, invaded, and took over countries. This is agreed to by all scholars–there is no disagreement on this from any of them, from the smallest to the largest, on the issue of taking spoils and prisoners. The prisoners and spoils are distributed among the fighters, which includes men, women, children, wealth, and so on.

When a slave market is erected, which is a market in which are sold slaves and sex-slaves, which are called in the Qur’an by the name milk al-yamin, “that which your right hands possess” [Qur’an 4:24]. This is a verse from the Qur’an which is still in force, and has not been abrogated. The milk al-yamin are the sex-slaves. You go to the market, look at the sex-slave, and buy her. She becomes like your wife, (but) she doesn’t need a (marriage) contract or a divorce like a free woman, nor does she need a wali. All scholars agree on this point–there is no disagreement from any of them. […] When I want a sex slave, I just go to the market and choose the woman I like and purchase her.

Right around the same time, on May 25, 2011, a female Kuwaiti activist and politician, Salwa al-Mutairi, also spoke out in favor of the Islamic practice of sexual slavery of non-Muslim women, emphasizing that the practice accorded with Islamic law and the parameters of Islamic morality.

…A merchant told me that he would like to have a sex slave. He said he would not be negligent with her, and that Islam permitted this sort of thing. He was speaking the truth”¦.I brought up (this man’s) situation to the muftis in Mecca. I told them that I had a question, since they were men who specialized in what was halal, and what was good, and who loved women. I said, “What is the law of sex slaves?”

The mufti said, “With the law of sex slaves, there must be a Muslim nation at war with a Christian nation, or a nation which is not of the religion, not of the religion of Islam. And there must be prisoners of war.”

“Is this forbidden by Islam?,” I asked.

“Absolutely not. Sex slaves are not forbidden by Islam. On the contrary, sex slaves are under a different law than the free woman. The free woman must be completely covered except for her face and hands. But the sex slave can be naked from the waist up. She differs a lot from the free woman. While the free woman requires a marriage contract, the sex slave does not–she only needs to be purchased by her husband, and that’s it. Therefore the sex slave is different than the free woman.”

While the savage exploitation of girls and young women is an unfortunately cross-cultural phenomenon, only in Islamic law does it carry anything approaching divine sanction. Here is yet another human rights scandal occasioned by Islamic law that the international human rights community and the mainstream media cravenly ignore.

An update on this story. “UK: 7 men convicted of sex crimes against girls,” by Gregory Katz for the Associated Press, May 14 (thanks to all who sent this in):

LONDON (AP) “” Seven men were convicted in London on Tuesday for sexually abusing underage girls, including one who was just 11, by plying them with alcohol and drugs before forcing them to commit sex acts.

The guilty verdict followed five months of testimony indicating the pedophile sex ring exploited girls between 2004 and 2012 in the Oxford area, some 60 miles (95 kilometers) northwest of London. Charges include rape, trafficking and child prostitution.

The case follows several other high-profile ones of sex rings that took advantage of underage girls.

Chief prosecutor Baljit Ubhey said the girls were subjected to “truly appalling” abuse by a network of perpetrators.

“No one, let alone a child, should ever be exploited as these young victims were,” she said. “The men who have been convicted have still failed to accept any responsibility for their crimes. They are nothing less than vicious sexual predators.”

Prosecutors said seven of the men on trial were of Pakistani descent and two had family roots in North Africa. Other recent high profile cases, including one in Rochdale that involved a similar sex ring, have also involved Pakistani men convicted of abusing young white girls, in some cases sparking ethnic tensions and protests.

On Tuesday, Judge Peter Rook told the men that long prison sentences are “inevitable” because of the serious nature of the offenses.

This case was slightly different in that it involved many instances of child prostitution. The girls were taken to various parts of Britain and forced to have sex with men who paid the convicted men for access to the girls. But as in the Rochdale case, it appeared the police missed opportunities to stop the cycle of abuse.

Most of the victims “” whose names cannot be released for legal reasons “” gave evidence from behind a curtain at the five-month trial, describing forced encounters, physical abuse and intimidation.

One described how she was even threatened with arrest for wasting police time when she tried to report the abuse. She wept as she recounted how the gang threatened to burn her brother alive unless she had sex with them, saying that nothing happened after she went to police when she had decided to break away from her abusers.

“They threatened on a number of occasions to arrest me for wasting police time for turning up at a police station in a state after running away,” she told the court. “Any self-respecting police officer would have seen something was wrong. If you pick up a child who is covered in cigarette burns and bruises, something is fundamentally wrong.”

One victim said she was “branded” with a hairpin after it was heated up to show that she was the property of one of the abusers.

Another victim said the men told her she would be shot if she did not have sex with them. She was 14 at the time.

The girls were generally from troubled families and many were living in “care homes” where administrators ignored their frequent absences and their substance related problems.

Oxford County Council chief executive Joanna Simons said she was “incredibly sorry” authorities were not able to stop the abuse earlier.

One teenager who said she was groomed at the age of 11 and turned into a sex slave described being followed into a bathroom and raped by one of the men convicted Tuesday. Her rapist later introduced her to other men and told her to perform sex acts on them. At the age of 12, she told the court, she was forced to undergo an illegal abortion on a living room floor.

The men convicted include Akhtar Dogar, 32, who was found guilty of five counts of rape and other charges and his brother Anjum, 31, who was convicted of three counts of rape and other charges.

Another set of brothers, Mohammed Karrar, 38, and his brother, Bassam, 33, were also convicted of rape involving a child under 13 and other charges, including facilitating child prostitution.

Kamar Jamil, 27, was convicted of multiple rape charges and other crimes; Assad Hussain, 32, was convicted of two counts of sexual activity with a child; and Zeeshan Ahmed, 27, was also convicted of two counts of sexual activity with a child….

And in report after report on both radio and television the BBC refer to them simply as ‘men’. No mention of Islam, and no hint that they may be mohammedans.

They do, at least, seem to have dropped the egregious ‘asian’ tag, but ‘men’ is not much better. In my book a male over 16 who drugs and rapes little girls is anything but a man. The youngest of these ‘men’ was 27, the oldest 38. They barely rate as human, and are certainly not men!

At least the BBC published their names; names that tell the whole story:

    Mohammed Karrar 38
    Bassam Karrar 33
    Akhtar Dogar 32
    Anjum Dogar 31
    Kamar Jamil 27
    Assad Hussain 32
    Zeeshan Ahmed 27.

  2. says

we need to remember that as well as Jihadists, this was covered up and even enabled by social workers, the press, the CPS, the police and Parliament, who only address the issue of street-based child grooming when not doing so is not an option.

  3. says

“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” — Matthew 18:6

These vile scumbags deserve the death penalty!

  4. says

UK again? They asked for that isn’t it? The sad thing is they are not only ask for themselves, they promote other countries to follow them of complaining Human Rights or something.

  5. says

The mufti said, “With the law of sex slaves, there must be a Muslim nation at war with a Christian nation, or a nation which is not of the religion, not of the religion of Islam. And there must be prisoners of war.”

Simply amazing, but real. And they seem to always be at war with one Infidel nation or another.

Civilized Man x Unbridled Libido Maximus = Moslem Man
Don’t forget the alley gang rapes in Paris and Sydney, what caused Cronulla,
Religious riots & Moslem sex riots! Don’t forget Thighing (Aisha & the Prophet).
War makes kiddie sex legal, Islam is war, Ayatollah K’s post-Shah Thighing fatwa,
Don’t forget the mass pedophile wedding in Palestine, U.S. taxpayer $$$ did abet.

“UK: Yet another Muslim gang convicted of sex crimes against girls as young as 11.”

But relax, be patient. Moderate Islam is the solution. We’ll just send in some Pipesian moderate Muslims to teach their “good neighborly Islam” to the Muslim sex-slavers and child rapists, and the problem will be solved.

  7. says

UK: Yet another Muslim gang convicted of sex crimes against girls as young as 11

The Qur’an allows for the owning of sex slaves

It does indeed. Expect Muslim apologist “Americana” to show up any time, though, ranting that this is nothing more than garden-variety prostitution.

And the fact that some of these girls are so very young”prepubescent, likely”is on the basis of the appalling pedophilic “Prophet”, who married little Aisha when she was six and “consummated” the union”i.e., rape her”when she was just nine.

Prosecutors said seven of the men on trial were of Pakistani descent and two had family roots in North Africa.

In other words, they were *all Muslim*.

One described how she was even threatened with arrest for wasting police time when she tried to report the abuse. She wept as she recounted how the gang threatened to burn her brother alive unless she had sex with them, saying that nothing happened after she went to police when she had decided to break away from her abusers.

*Appalling*”this poor girl. This comes both from frequent ignorance of Infidel authorities, and from a frequent reluctance to deal with Islam crimes when they *are* discovered.

On Tuesday, Judge Peter Rook told the men that long prison sentences are “inevitable” because of the serious nature of the offenses.

This was only “inevitable” because England is still at base a civilized nation. But if pious Muslims ever have their way, that will change. Such abuse of underage sex slave is not a crime under Shari’ah.

  8. says

Here’s a not dissimilar story from the States, where for years willfully clueless child welfare personnel placed female foster children with Yusef Bey of Nation of Islam spin-off Your Black Muslim Bakery. The children became pregnant one after another, which was, unbelievably, chalked up to their being “at risk” children.

In reality, Yusef Bey was raping each of these e girls.

The girls were kept quiet by Bey and his wife”really, wives, since he also practiced polygamy, though he was only legally married to one woman’threatening to murder them *and their children* if they dared speak out.

It’s now known that some of the victims were as young as twelve. Since very few girls are capable of conceiving much younger than this, it is likely that some of the victims were even younger, but that there was simply no evidence (DNA evidence that the children were all Bey’s).

Bey himself died of cancer before he could be prosecuted.

Your Black Muslim Bakery members went on to murder each other in internal power struggles; murder bystanders such as Mike Wills, an acquaintance of mine who had the misfortune of being white and an Infidel; and Oakland Tribune journalist Chauncey Bailey, who had been writing an expose on the outfit’s finances.

Here’s the brave woman, one of the victims, who stepped forward and blew the whistle on the years of rape and abuse. What finally spurred her to speak? Yusef Bey was getting ready to abuse *her own daughter*. By the way, that adds at least attempted incest to his long list of other crimes.

  9. says

“Here is yet another human rights scandal occasioned by Islamic law that the international human rights community and the mainstream media cravenly ignore.”

Which leaves me with only one conclusion for the non-muslim officials that sit on those councils:

They are very sick – because they see no wrong in that teaching of Islam. I long for the day where they are held legally responsible for all of the harm they have caused. There is no greater swear word than “Islam is a religion of peace”.

  10. says

The sad truth is that child-abusers are rarely caught. The media occasionally features parents who kill their own child, but year-in, year-out abuse is rarely intercepted if the parents are the abusers; and if the abusers are outsiders, they are usually stopped because the parents stand up for their children.

It is almost impossible for a child who lacks an adult friend to obtain justice. Children don’t know where to go for help; they are easily intimidated; and an army of police, social workers, medical professionals and teachers often fail to believe them. Even when a child has definitely been abused, there is often not enough evidence to convict anyone in particular. Re-victimisation can be prevented if the parents decide to make a stand, but what does one do if the parents are the abusers, or if the parents are just incompetent? Even if the children are moved out of an unsuitable home, children are more likely to be abused in “care” than children living among the general population.

So I honestly believe that people being politically correct about Islam was only one of the problems these poor girls faced. Everything was stacked against them. Even in a society that prides itself on “democracy” and “equality”, children are usually the last group of people to benefit from democratic and equal attitudes. (It goes without saying that Islam gives children even fewer rights on principle. As things stand at present in Britain, the system simply isn’t set up to help children.

  11. says

I think these folks ought to get the death sentence. That way we get rid of this crazy thinking. They are way off base, way off the normal way of thinking, but we know there is nothing normal about them or the way they think.

  12. says

This kind of barbarism happens wherever there are sufficient numbers of Muslims. gravenimage referred to a similar case in America, and there have been cases from Australia and all over Europe. The bottom line is that if you let Muslims into your country this will be one of the consequences. There is no if or but about it; it will happen.

So what to do about it? The authorities will never deal with it adequately as their hands are tied by legal process, and the perpetrators have no fear of them at all. Why should they when prisons in Europe are more like holiday camps than prisons? I have noticed that Sikh girls are rarely targeted by Muslim gangs, but if there is such an incident involving a Sikh girl the police do not ignore it because they know that the Sikhs will deal with it themselves if they do not take action.

We need to behave in a similar manner when one of our girls is raped by Muslims. If the police do not act we should do so ourselves and carry out rough justice on those responsible. A few rapists dangling from trees or lying in the gutter with their guts hanging out would soon get the message across. The Muslims need to understand that if they mess with our girls then they die in agony. That’s the only sort of language they seem to understand so we should start speaking it.

  13. says

Will it be possible to eliminate extra-marital relationships through
the punishments prescribed in the Qruan ?
It is not just penal laws that find mention in the Qur’an. In fact,
Islam views the recourse to penal law only as a last resort. The Qur’an
teaches that all circumstances which can lead to extra-marital sexual
affairs must first be removed. All laws and regulations for that purpose
are provided by the Qur’an. They can be summarized as follows:
One : Men and women are to dress decently. As sight constitutes
the prime motivation of the sexual impulse in man, women are not to
dress in such a fashion as to display their beauty.
Two : There should be nothing in society which is of a sexually
provocative nature. Indeed, in an Islamic society caberrets, dances,
beauty contests, ballets and the like are never permitted.
Three : The unrestricted mingling of the sexes, which ultimately
leads to adultery, must be prevented.
Four : The use of sex as a profession must be completely
banned. For in an Islamic society, prostitutes, call-girls, sex-bombs,
nude models and the like are an impossibility.
Five: Men and women (excepting for the husband or any relative
with whom marriage has been prohibited ) are not to travel together.
Six :Men and women are not to converse freely except in the
    presence of another person.
Seven: Unless they have become mates through the institution
of marriage, men and women are not to gaze at each other with lewed
Eight : They are not to speak, or flirt, in a manner that evokes lust.
Nine : If a man comes with the offer of marriage, the guardians
of the woman must come forward to offer her in marriage to him if he
is seen to be of a suitable person.
Ten : In the case of the men who cannot find contentment in a
single woman, there is also the provisions – albeit, a conditional one –
to marry more than one woman.
Firstly, the Qur’an seeks to remove all situations which serve to
inflame sexual passions and to promote crime of adultery. Secondly, it
provides for an open permission for the fulfillment of desires through
recourse to a lawful procedure. Even after this, those who opt for
illegal means for the fulfillment of their desires actually destroy the
moral fabric of society as well as the family. Islam’s prescription here
is to award severe punishments in such cases.
Circumstances play not an insignificant role in tempting man to
commit sin. In actual terms, therefore, due to the transformation of
the media and the market into the promoters of sexual provocation
and the current stand of the society in seeing in extra-marital
relationships nothing of a sinful nature, the attacks against women
have only risen to alarming heights. Take the case of Kerala itself. If
the number of reported cases of rape in Kerala in 1997 was 193, 266
    in 1995 and 399 in 1996, it rose to 588 in 1997. A 121.05 percent
increase in just two years! By the month of October’98, 461 cases of
rape were reported. (Courtesy: Mathrubhumi Weekly, 24.05.1999).
What could be the reason for this ? The shift in the position of the
society as regards to extra-marital affairs and the exploitation of
feminine charms by the media and the market have played out not a
small part of their own in dontributing to the riseof atrocities against
wemen. If such a state of affairs is to continue, even women who lead
decent lives will not be allowed to go about in peace in Kerala.
This situation cannot exist in an Islamic society. For there can
be no instance wherein women cannot live free of the fear of losing
their chastity. Indeed, in the time of the Prophet very few people,
whose number could be virtually counted by the fingers of one’s hands,
were punished for adultery. So was it during the reign of the Caliphs.
Although thesway of the media and the influence of western culture
have all served to create much decadence, the low rate of crime even
today in countries where the Qur’anic penal laws are implemented
highlights its practicability through all ages.
Like all the other laws in Islam, the penal laws, too, were revealed
step by step. House arrest was prescribed as the punishment for
adultery in the beginning. “If any of your women are guilty of
lewdness, take the evidence of four (reliable) witnesses from
amongst you against them; and if they testify, confine them to
houses until death do claim them, or Allah ordain for them some
    (other) way.” (Qur’an 4:15)
The reference here to the statement “….until Allah provides
for them another way” was later on rendered irrelevant with the final
prescription of the punishment for adultery. This went as follows:
“The woman and the man guilty of fornication, flog each of them
with a hundred stripes: let not compassion move you in their
case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and
the Last Day: and let a party of the believers witness their
    punishment.” (Qur’an 24:2)
The one hundred lashes prescribed in this verse is meant for
the unmarried adulterers. If they are married the Islamic law is to kill
them by stoning. It is evident that the Prophet had, during his rule,
prescribed stoning to death in four such cases. Out of these, the culprits
in one case were Jewish. The other three cases involved Muslims
alone. The command to kill adulterer by stoning is reported by almost
all books of Hadith (Muslim, Abu Davood, Ibn Majah, Baihaqi,
Ahmad). Thus there is no difference of opinion amongst Muslim
scholars over the issue that married adulterers must be stoned to death.
This is so even without such a punishment being mentioned in the
Qur’an because it has been confirmed by the Hadith which are of a
    genuine, and accepted, nature.

    Hi Jan

You still have time to correct this situation, use your face book or any other media to organize the group. I think you should start it now by yourself, instead waiting other. When the group is ready then go in front of the government house or somewhere important for every day and demand what you want, day by day your group will become millions. This is the only way you can do it, right now, I am doing for my country too.
