Here are Pamela Geller's comments on the event last night:
Last night Robert Spencer and I spoke to a packed house of over 500 people in Markham, Ontario, despite the destroyers' best efforts to bar and silence us. After failing to get us barred from the country and failing to get the event shut down, the National Council of Canadian Muslims, formerly known as CAIR-Canada and linked to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood just as is its American parent organization, held a press conference yesterday afternoon in the same hotel where our event was held last night. They whined about "hate speech" to a huge crowd of enemedia tools, who of course didn't bother to show up to our event that night to see exactly what "hate speech" was being spread.
What they would have heard if they had come wasn't hate speech at all, but love speech: love for freedom, love for justice, love for the Judeo-Christian values of Western civilization. They would have heard calls from Robert and me for a strong defense against jihad terrorism and Islamic supremacism, and for the defense of the principles of freedom of speech and the equality of rights of all people before the law. The house was packed, the crowd was enthusiastic, and the event was a huge triumph -- for freedom.
