Devastating Benghazi timeline: Obama missed intel briefing five days in a row before jihad attack, went to campaign rally right after it

Note that Obama says, “Al Qaeda is on the path to defeat” the day before a Libyan defense militia warned State Department officials about the jihad threat in Benghazi. “Devastating Benghazi Timeline Reveals Obama MIA,” by Wynton Hall for Breitbart, January 16:

The government watchdog group that revealed that President Barack Obama failed to attend over half of his daily intelligence briefings (known officially as the Presidential Daily Brief, or PDB) released a devastating Benghazi timeline Wednesday….

As the GAI timeline reveals, Obama failed to attend his daily intelligence briefing for the five consecutive days leading up to the September 11, 2012 attack of the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi.

The Benghazi timeline catalogues Obama’s continuous campaigning even as terrorist forces vowed Libyan attacks and State Department officials were warned of security threats.

The day following the deadly attacks, Obama departed for a Las Vegas campaign rally.

And this is supposed to be the leader of the free world.

What an empty suit this creature is. Pah.

    Greetings:

And from my weird historical coincidences file, I would submit the following. The day after the Battle of Mogadishu (Black Hawk Down), with which Al-Qaeda had some tangential involvement, then President Clinton went off to Las Vegas on a campaign trip. Priorities, I guess.

Unfortunately, the general public has been conditioned, so as not to offend Muslims, anywhere and everywhere, to substitute the terms “terrorism” and “terrorist” for “violent jihad” and “jihadist”.

Much confusion has ensued. Since ghe first 9/11, we have been fighting a nebulous “War on Terror”; as if fighting and killing jihadists will end every conceivable act or incident of terror.

Note how reporters and politicians now almost universally refer to that particular attack on that particular consulate as an act of terrorism which was conducted by unnamed terrorists.

As I listen to BHO’s speech just now, I lost count of how many times he has used the politically correct terms “terror”, “terrorist”, and “terrorism”.

There’s no doubt it was terrifying to those who were wounded, or subsequently died at Benghazi.

But the attack there was not intended to merely “terrorize”.

It had a specific purpose and was conducted by easily named perpetrators.

Are attacks commited by Basque separatists reported as “terrorism” or as the acts of unnamed “terrorists”?

Note that BHO is adamant that he used the word “terror” to define the Benghazi attack, most folks now automatically think of jihadists–though that word is not used.

How easily the public has been indoctrinated.

    Dear Readers, beware:

    “Albatross (metaphor)
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The word albatross is sometimes used metaphorically to mean a psychological burden that feels like a curse.

It is an allusion to Samuel Taylor Coleridge’s poem The Rime of the Ancient Mariner (1798).[1] In the poem, an albatross starts to follow a ship ” being followed by an albatross was generally considered an omen of good luck. However, the titular mariner shoots the albatross with a crossbow, which is regarded as an act that will curse the ship (which indeed suffers terrible mishaps). To punish him, his companions induce him to wear the dead albatross around his neck indefinitely (until they all die from the curse). Thus the albatross can be both an omen of good or bad luck, as well as a metaphor for a burden to be carried as penance.

The symbolism used in the Coleridge poem is its highlight.[1] For example:

Ah ! well a-day ! what evil looks
Had I from old and young !
Instead of the cross, the Albatross
    About my neck was hung.”

    \…end paste from Captain Google.

That very word, “Benghazi” has triggered [pardon that word, but doesn’t it seem appropriate here?] large wings flapping and and a sharp beak screeching all about this current “administration” and the tragically amateurish Department of State.

“Jewish-Americans voted 70% for Obama, isn’t Spencer supposed to respect their choice? What is he, some kind of antisemite?”

Right…Robert Spencer the notorious anti-semite! But only in your islamic wet dreams…

Has it occurred to you that…we can respect people’s RIGHT to choose…without respecting their CHOICES? I’m sure that these little distinctions–which you are clearly ill-equipped to process–must be troublesome for you. There, there…

What a tool. Who believes that one either has to murderously hate a group or else threaten to kill anyone who would dare criticize them? Oh, wait…I can think of one….
