“Palestinian” rep to UNHRC: Israel warns civilians before attacks, we don’t

“I am not a candidate in any Palestinian elections,” says Ibrahim Khreisheh, “so I don’t need to win popularity among the Palestinians.” In other words, he can speak the truth beyond the endless barrage of “Palestinian” jihadi propaganda. His claims about Israel are nonsense, although international bodies are now so anti-Israel that he may be able to push them at the International Criminal Court; however, he knows that if he does, there is a much stronger case against the “Palestinians.”

“Envoy to UNHRC on Palestinian ICC Hopes: Israelis Warn Civilians Before Attacks, We Don’t,” MEMRI, July 9, 2014:

The following are excerpts from a Palestinian Authority TV interview with Palestinian Representative at the U.N. Human Rights Council Ibrahim Khreisheh. The interview aired on July 9, 2014 on Palestinian Authority TV.

Interviewer: The popular demand is to appeal to the International Criminal Court and to sign the Rome Statue. The demand is to do this immediately. To what extent is this realistic? You are our representative in all the international organizations. What can we gain from such a step, and could we ourselves be indicted?

Ibrahim Khreisheh: I am not a candidate in any Palestinian elections, so I don’t need to win popularity among the Palestinians. The missiles that are now being launched against Israel – each and every missiles constitutes a crime against humanity whether it hits or misses, because it is directed at a civilian targets. What Israel does against Palestinian civilians also constitutes crimes against humanity. With regard to crimes of war under the Fourth Geneva Convention – the settlements, the Judaization, the checkpoints, the arrests, and so on – we find ourselves on very solid ground. However, there is a Palestinian weakness with regard to the other issue. Therefore targeting civilians – be it one civilian or a thousand – is considered a crime against humanity.

Interviewer: This why Israel resorted to an attack against Gaza…

Ibrahim Khreisheh: Appealing to the ICC requires a consensus in writing, by all Palestinian factions, so when a Palestinian is arrested for his involvement in the killing of an Israeli citizen we will not be blamed for extraditing him. Please note that many of our people in Gaza appeared on TV and said that the Israeli army warned them to evacuate their homes before the bombardment. In such a case, if someone is killed, the law considers it a mistake rather than an intentional killing, because [the Israelis] followed the legal procedures. As for the missiles launched from our side… We never warn anyone about where these missiles are about to fall, or about the operations we carry out. Therefore, people should know more before they talk emotionally about appealing to the ICC.

      Bravo for you, 45charleston!

Here’s something being circulated online that I don’t believe for a second, nor should any jihad-watchers:

‘After Israel’s support of the [Egypt-brokered] cease-fire, Sami Abu Zuhri, a senior spokesman for the Palestinian organization, spoke out rejecting the plan.

“This proposal is not acceptable,” Abu Zuhri told The Associated Press.

The group’s military wing published a statement online saying it wasn’t contacted [by Egypt] about “this alleged initiative.”‘

I don’t believe for one second that Egyypt and all other Muslim-run entities are not behind the scenes setting the stage for a more massive Islamic onslaught against democracy, Israel and Western civilization.

It defies credulity in the texting, tweeting, instagramming, emailing, phone-calling, doc-scanning, faxing info-age that Hamas would not have known about the “alleged” initiative brokered by Egypt.

None of the MSM news reporters go forward as decent reporters should to ask the follow-up questions of Hamas that would cross-examine to their deceit at least circumstantially. Or the reporters cannot be journalists and still keep their jobs, a factor which trumps the truth about Islam’s evil, over and over and over again.

Know when a Muslim is lying to non-Muslims? His lips are moving. And the Quran tells him to do it in the name of global conquest.

So what if the Moslems don’t give warning before they attack? It’s the responsibility of every Infidel to give himself fair warning by reading the Holy Ko-Ran, preferable an edition commented by a vaunted member of the Ulema to make sure the meaning of each ayat is clear.

That’ll give ’em warning; that’s all any self-preserving Infidel needs to know. Oh, and the Hah-Deaths are informative, too. Plus the sacralized histories. That’s a full boat of documented undeniable proofs.

Hah-Deaths! Good one. Until this year I didn’t even know there were Islamic Hadiths, so strong is the pro-Islam lobby in the U.S. at keeping us from knowing the truth while taqiyyah lies can kill us.

P.S. Sure, it can be spelled taqiyya, too, but it is so much more in the war-cry evil spirit of “Allahu Ackbar” which I abhor to spell it with a “yah.”

He failed to admit that using human shields is also a crime against humanity.

Ibrahim Khreisheh gets 25% for truthfullness, whereas other Pallies get about 5% or less. Ibrahim Khreisheh lies about the rest…but that’s diplomatic negotiating about land claims. The ‘crimes against humanity’ part is clearly understood in law.
