If the craven, cowardly and clueless British authorities accede to this demand, Joan Rivers is welcome to speak at our AFDI rally in defense of Israel and persecuted religious minorities this Sunday in Union Square in New York City. Confirm your attendance here.
I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the dhimmi Brits banned Rivers. After all, when they banned Pamela Geller and me, it was later revealed that someone (name redacted in the material we received) on the Home Office’s massive team investigating Geller and me wrote that the subject profiles that had been prepared on both of us repeatedly cited our “pro-Israeli views” as part of the case against us. The writer argued that this material be removed, lest Geller and Spencer “argue publically that their exclusion is on the basis of their support for Israel.” And it was largely removed, but this letter remained as testimony to the fact that instrumental in the British government’s consideration of whether or not to ban us was the fact, considered by the government to be a reason to ban us, that we supported Israel — so determined are the British authorities to appease anti-Semitic Leftist and Islamic supremacist agitation groups.
Britain, in sum, by stifling opposition to jihad terror and Jew-hatred, has let both run wild, and thus has sealed its fate: it is in its last days as a free society, and faces a future of violence on the streets and Sharia oppression, courtesy Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, David Cameron, Theresa May, and the rest.
“Pro-Gaza petition to ban Joan Rivers’ UK tour,” Al Arabiya, August 15, 2014:
Thousands of people have signed a petition to halt U.S. television host Joan River’s upcoming tour in Britain after her remarks about the crisis in Gaza, British newspaper The Times reported Thursday.
The petition was created by Dipu Ahad, a Labour councillor from Newcastle, has been signed by more than 20,000 people so far.
It is available on change.org and urges event organizers to cancel all her upcoming UK tour dates.
Last week, Rivers, a comedian, made headlines when she said Palestinians “deserve to be dead” after she was approached by a reporter working for U.S. entertainment website TMZ asking her opinion on the more than 2,000 Palestinians who have been killed by Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip.

“They started it. We now don’t count who’s dead. You’re dead, you deserve to be dead… Don’t you dare make me feel sad about that… You don’t get out, then you know you’re an idiot,” Rivers said.
The television host later said that her comments were taken out of context.
Ahad said that Rivers was “not welcome in Britain.”
Celebrities have expressed varying opinions on the conflict, with some expressing support for Israel and others decrying the deaths of Palestinians.
