The Orwellian-named Islamic Human Rights Commission, which operates in Brave New Britain, has opened voting for its “Islamophobia Awards 2015,” promising “an evening of comedy mayhem as we recognise the worst Islamophobes from around the world.” Comedy mayhem? The IHRC is defying the Ayatollah Khomeini, who said: “There are no jokes in Islam. There is no humor in Islam. There is no fun in Islam. There can be no fun and joy in whatever is serious.”
But anyway, I am extremely pleased to note that my book Arab Winter Comes to America (get it here) has been nominated in the “Film/Book/TV Series” category. The IHRC explains the nomination in this way: “Arab Winter Comes to America: The Truth About the War We’re In by Robert Spencer – book – apparently ‘Muslim organizations are pressuring witnesses to terror crimes not to cooperate with authorities.'”
Outlandish! Craven! Hateful! Islamophobic! Just never mind that “Don’t Talk to the FBI” poster that the Hamas-linked terror organization, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has distributed — and that was not an isolated incident: other pamphlets discouraging Muslim cooperation with authorities were distributed at a recent Hamas-linked CAIR conference in Florida.
So I am deeply honored by this nomination, as the IHRC clearly is — like so many others — in the business of tarring as “Islamophobic” anyone who dares to speak the truth about jihad terror and Islamic supremacism (and even many who don’t, but who do something, no matter how small, to impede the advance of jihad).
Let’s bring home a win! Please vote early and often here.
