The three Tunisians arrested by the Special Operations Division of Perugia and by the staff of the Central Prevention Police Directorate in execution of three precautionary custody orders in prison issued by the investigating judge are being investigated in various capacities for threats, personal injuries and robbery committed with the aggravating circumstance of religious discrimination, because they were held responsible for two violent attacks against a young compatriot accused of having undertaken a process of conversion to the Catholic religion.
On one occasion, the alleged victim was also robbed of a chain.
The investigative activity developed following the complaints made by the attacked person, a twenty-eight year old legal immigrant on the national territory, who was hit on the evening of November 12th in the Ponte San Giovanni neighborhood while he was walking with a friend.
Three men — according to the reconstruction of the investigators — after having approached him and accused him of “attending the Christian church,” threatened him and “violently” beat him with kicks and punches, tearing off his chain, before he managed to free himself and flee. In hospital he was found to have injuries judged to heal in 30 days.
On November 17, the young man, while he was in a public business in the same neighborhood, was again approached by two of the three men held responsible for the previous attack, who ordered him to withdraw the complaint and to stop attending “the Catholic church.” When he refused, one of the two reacted violently by pulling him and threatening him with death.
However, the victim somehow managed to free himself and request police intervention.
The Perugia prosecutor’s office, having reconstructed the entire affair, also on the basis of the investigation elements provided by the Special Operations Division, requested and obtained the application of the measure of precautionary custody in prison for everyone. In fact, the investigating judge of Perugia — as announced by the Office led by Raffale Cantone — deemed the elements to exist regarding the seriousness of the disputed facts, and “having evaluated the numerous police records of the suspects and considered the risk of repetition of the crime to be high,” ordered precautionary custody in prison for all of them.

Yes, Islam either way, true faith or not true faith, must be opposed by the nobler element of mankind. There is no other way because Islam can never be redeemed because it is steeped in evil.

Wellington, even if I didn’t believe in God, but went with the “Chance” that things just happened, or “Nature” being something we can’t understand, I say that “Chance” or “Nature” wants something for mankind that is a universal difference from what islam offers, demands, expects and its end result for those who obey or oppose.
Just thinking of the marvel that is life, or listening to the birds or someone playing the violin or cello, etc., even just watching the clouds go by…daylight or crossing the moon, sparkling snow on the tree limbs, sun setting on a lake or ocean, tells me that we are meant to really enjoy life and all that is offered. Family, good food, restful sleep, a funny joke, the sound of rain on the roof and seeing new flowers…
Chance, Nature or an Almighty Creator…we are meant to love, be loved and enjoy each other’s company.

Even if they were jailed, they still had free food and accomodation provided by the tax payers. If they were deported to Tunisia (which unlikely to happen), they could easily sneak back to Europe or America. It is a lose lose situation for the west.
I think, they should be sent into a high security prison especially for muslim migrants, force them to work to pay for their meal and accomodation for the longest time possible. After that,deport them with their own expenses. .

Kind of like the old chain gangs in the U.S. where criminal inmates were made to work on the roads, cleaning up weeds and trash.
Prisons now have them cook, clean up, do prison laundry, and make license plates.
mozlum criminals should be locked in separate prisons, as you say, and that way no forcing conversion, no threatening or murdering those who may have committed less criminal offenses.
In the present system, it’s impossible to give them exactly what they deserve.

I always think why God allows evil like islam for 1400 years to oppress humans. As Wellington stated, islamic god, allah, is very evil and even if it’s the true god we should not worship or obey him but try to defy and oppose him like Prometheus did to Zeus. It should be easy enough to prevent such events from happening.
At entry the Muslim migrants should be asked questions about their respect for Italian law as the law of the land and recognise it’s sovereignty over Shari’a. They should sign a statement accordingly.
They should be told that Italy is Christian and any disrespect for Christians, Christian churches and fellow Muslims who convert to Christianity will be punished to the full extent of the law and the perpetrator will be sent home whatever the personal consequences may be of that.
All religiously motivated “honour” killings and other crimes will be punished to the full extent of the law and the perpetrator will be evicted from Italy.
This would approach a state of affairs which Christians live with in Muslim countries.
