More bluster, or a genuine concern? From AP, with thanks to Jean-Luc:
Islamic militants belonging to Jemaah Islamiyah may be plotting more terror attacks, one of only two of the jailed militants to have shown remorse for the Bali bombings warned.“If I look at the attitude of my friends and the attitude of my brothers then it is possible” there will be more bombings, Ali Imron said in an interview in his prison cell with Australia's Channel Nine television that was broadcast Monday. He did not elaborate. . . .
Mr. Imron was shown in the television footage receiving a shoulder massage from the prison's governor. After the interview the governor was shown escorting Mr. Imron from the room with his arm around the convicted man.
Now that's interesting.

JI is very much alive, one of the stronger terrorist organizations today. Expect to hear from them again. The government has not cracked down hard, as the special treatement this prisoner receives shows.

Posted by: Wild Hare at March 8, 2004 1:28 PMNathan I notice you keep saying ban the Koran, but there is no point because there are so many hundred of millions of these guys who have memorised it by heart. Almost every muslim knows portions of the Koran by heart. So it would be pointless to ban the Koran. It would be more fun to ban the Gospel or Torah or Psalms, that would cause havoc in the Abrahamic world minus Islam. The Christian priests would have all the time free away from the Bible and they can really enjoy themselves... with to booze and crack and smack and the women :s sory i meant choir boys!
