"A bottle of cologne with a picture of Osama Bin Laden is displayed at a cosmetics shop in Lahore on Monday." —AFP (Thanks to Mohamed Ibn Guadi)
Evidently the tiny minority of extremists is not so tiny as to make the manufacturer of this cologne think that he wouldn't be able to sell it.

Do they collect all that sweat from one hog, or does it take a whole herd of swine to make a bottle?
Posted by: Hal at March 21, 2004 9:06 PMI HOPE THE CIA HAS A TV CAMERA ACROSS THE STREET TAKING PICTURES OF EVERY ONE GOING IN THIS SHOP, AND ESPECIALLY THE OWNER...WHO NO DOUBT IS A MOSLEM TERRORIST

Posted by: DIANA at March 21, 2004 10:36 PMI have soaked $1 dollar bills in bacon grease and then give them to all the local Moslem owners of corner stores when I make a purchase...as payback for 9-11.
I then make a phone call to the store owners to let them know that all their American money has been "infected" with pig grease. I want them to go home....now.
It has not passed me by, that all Moslems read the same Koran,...the socalled "moderates" and the hijackers....and I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. We are all at risk here. They need to go home now.

Posted by: Judy at March 21, 2004 10:44 PMEau de Osama is undoubtedly the result of dialysis treatment of the sheik. Jihadis find his musk exhilerating yet spiritual. As a side benefit, it terrifies most Frenchmen and Spaniards.
John Kerry recently said that "the scent is earthy and reminds me of Teresa".
Death to the sheik and his sociopathic cult of death.

Posted by: lugh lampfhota at March 21, 2004 11:28 PMIt is amazing to me that the producers of this "cologne", bastards that they clearly are, have the temerity to put US volume labels on the bottle. I think we are the only country in the world to recognize the "3.3 fl.oz." label, as the rest of the world is metric.
What a bunch of fucking assholes. Hey, SOF, set up outside the shop and kill every son of a bitch that comes out with a purchase!
Posted by: Joe at March 21, 2004 11:31 PMJudy, if you have really done what you claim to have done, you do a grave disservice to millions of decent Americans who have come to this country to enjoy the benefits of freedom that we all hope to enjoy. In fact, if true, your actions are disgusting. Let's not forget that as recently as 100 or 50 years ago, blacks and Catholics were regarded in the same way that you regard Muslims. I am afraid to say it, but you are a close-minded bigot. I have no doubt about the threat posed by Islamic militants, but you are painting a diverse and generally decent group of people with a single brush. You should be ashamed of yourself. Perhaps you should "go home", there's no place in America for your kind of intolerance.
Posted by: Joe at March 21, 2004 11:35 PMGood idea Judy,i will do the same ,and i`ll start tomorrow morning.
I just wish it worked the way you said, and they all went home.
JOE
THIS IS A VERY SCARY TIME FOR ALL HUMANITY. THE KORAN IS VERY EXPICIT AS WHAT A MUSLIM SHOULD DO TO A NON BELIEVER. YOU MIGHT TRY AND READ IT ONCE IN A WHILE. COULD MAKE YOU SICK. IT DOES ME. I WANT THE BEST FOR ALL PEOPLE BUT IF I FOLLOWED THE TEACHINGS IN THE KORAN NOT ALL PEOPLE WOULD HAVE THE BEST.
STITCH
Posted by: STITCH at March 22, 2004 1:21 AMjudy and adela two evil individuals....
from the rhetoric posted by them I have no doubts that they are either members of a neo-nazi,kkk,or some other white power nutcase group just by the vile trash they spew on this forum thus i pay little thought to there sayings...
Joseph
Well Joey, you paid enough thought Judy and Adela's thoughts to make the comments you made.
Joey boy, would you like some cheese to go with that whine of yours? Did you get beat up alot as a kid? There certainly appears to be something wrong. I'm not sure what. Judy and Adela have the right to think what they want. Also, you might as well puke out that I'm evil, and everyone is evil because we're like-minded here.
You beat everything, and you're a real mess.
Posted by: D C Watson at March 22, 2004 8:30 AMWhy don't we get the Treasury Department to incorporate pig fat into the ink used to print our money? That way the Muslims won't want any of it!
Posted by: ME at March 22, 2004 11:37 AMSmells a bit like the new cologne of the religious right? Maybe they can pool their monies and send to all the families in Israel who lost loved ones because of their nonsense and the suffering families who lost theirs on 911.
We can get Martha Stewart to do the marketing! LOL
Posted by: Batyah at March 22, 2004 1:56 PMAnd what foolishness would that be, Batyah? What has the evil religious right done this time? Whatever it is, we've got a long way to go to add up to the horrors that the atheistic left has inflicted upon society -- the Killing Fields in Cambodia, the Gulags in North Korea, China, Vietnam, and Soviet Russia, the forced famines in Russia and Ethiopia, the Cultural Revolution in China, and abortion. Don't counsel us about this boogeyman anymore. The real enemies are elsewhere.
Joe,
I think people might feel better about "moderate" Muslims both here and abroad if they took to the streets to denounce the mass murder of civilians, as quickly as they take to the streets to protest the execution of Yassin one of the most evil men on earth, or the French ban on headscraves. This outpouring of grief and anger at the death of Yassin is sickening to me. It's as if there is an insanity in the Muslim world where people want to be free to kill and maim innocents with no day of retribution, which cannot be. Yassin was no innocent he was the father of the suicide bomber and someone who regularly incited to murder. He got what he deserved and the world is a better place without him. Perhaps Judy and Adele should not have done what they did. But their actions pale in comparison to those of Muslim extremist.
Posted by: Lily at March 22, 2004 4:18 PMJudy, that is an ingenious solution. ~tips my hat~
And I say this -- until I see a vociferous rebuttal of jihad theology, I have to assume that the ordinary Mohammed-on-the-streets buys into it. Where are the cries of "They got it wrong and here's why" by these folk? There has been nothing but silence.
You got it, Lily! The sounds of the moderate Muslim community are silence. Why do people cut so much slack to people who are bound together by hatred? If the targets of the terrorism were anyone but Jews, things would be very different...as it ever was.
Posted by: Elisheba at March 22, 2004 4:33 PMAw yes! The best in Middle Eastern marketing. LOL! Somehow I think they had best go back to the drawing board.
I read a great quote in the book Islam Unveiled: "Between fear and political correctness, it's not possible to say anything other than sugary nonsense about Islam." That about sums the whole thing up in my mind.
Posted by: paula at March 23, 2004 5:12 AMI am not neo-nazi, kkk, or any other racist organization. I believe in interment camps like the ones the japs were in, surrounded this time by hog farms, until the War on Terror is over.
And finally, I like the way Black Jack Pershing dealt with the first round of Muslim Terrorist in the Phillipines. Seemed to have a 42 year effect.
If anyone is interested in that remedy I will be happy to e-mail it to you.
