Muslim attacks on Christians in norhtern Nigeria, and on the Christians of Kosovo by Muslim mobs are everywhere described primly, and inaccurately, as "communal violence." It is as if the world media had decided it could not face up to the world-wide aggression of Islam, and so had decided to become, instead, the explainer-away, or outright denier, of the world-wide Jihad, and the true sources of bloodshed, now involving attacks on Protestants, now on Catholics, now on Orthodox Christians, now on Jews, now on Hindus, now on Buddhists, now on those deemed to be "freethinkers" (the Masonic Lodge in Istanbul) -- in short, on absolutely everyone who, in the classic Muslim texts, in the Qur'an and hadith, in the work of Islamic jurisconsults, are of course to be attacked. Inattention to this, and the mental flailing about to find any other conceivable source fo for this aggreession and murderousness, has led to increasinbly implausible and ludicrous observations. How long does it take, not everyone, but enough people to look at the evidence of their senses and understand what is happening all around them, from Lackawanna to Lagos, from Paris to Peshawar, from Manila to Madrid? A year? A decade? Or will it only happen when European countries, through the criminal negligence of their own elites, wake up to find themselves with a hostile, indigestible, and threatening Muslim population that even now, though proportionately it is much smaller in America, Canada, and Australia, lays open claim to all of those places in the Bilad al-kufr as future territory of Islam? We can begin to talk about it now, and prepare the mental ground for the severe actions that will have to be taken, including the kind of expulsions that the Czechs, quite justifiably, engaged in in 1946 of 3 million Sudeten Germans (similar mass expulsions took place in Poland and elsewhere -- a total of 12 million ethnic Germans were expelled) in order to end, once and for all, the internal German threat to Czech security. It will come to that with Muslims in the Bilad al-kufr, unless -- magically -- there is some way to permanently change the ideology of Islam. The cynical politically motivated intervention of Clinton in Kosovo resulted in the indictment of Milosevitch who guilty as he surely is , was of course only the non islamist side of the story.
The huge ethnic cleansings of the serbs by islamist SS troups under Himmler during WW2 in the most horrific fashion has largely been swept under the carpet and it is the serbs who have been portayed as the sole aggressors. THe vilification of the serbs by the Nazis has been upheld by the western press simply because it was a conflict with Islam.
John Simpson, as fine a journalist as he might be has some blood on his hands in this respect.

Now that we know of the Iraqi corruption of the UN and other polis fromm European countries, I ask - How many Journalists have received money regularly from Jihadists or even "Charities" in the Arab world? Hugh, excellent post, lots of great info. I too wonder how long it will take all people before they realize that Islam has declared war on the world. It's rather like awakening from a deep sleep to find you're being swallowed by a large python. Will we kill the beast before it makes a meal of us, or just go back to sleep? The problem as I see it is not radical Islam or "moderate" Islam, but Islam itself. There is somethig fundamentally wrong with a religion that preaches hate and murder and does not tolerate other religions. I admit I'm a radical. I think we should nuke Mecca and Medina, destroy all mosques and wipe out this cult before they wipe us out. I see it as a matter of national and personal survival. But like I said, I'm a radical.

It is apparent from what is happening to countries like Indonesia today that Islamic countries are not being run of their own accord. Not only is Indonesia the scene of something horrifically murderous beyond comprehension it is also supposed to have democratized...ha ha ha. But instead of democracy under an elected government it has- in the words of Indonesians themselves- been turned into a state presided over by 27 REGIONAL DICTATORS. 27 NEW REGIONAL SUHARTOS NO LESS!!!! One wasn't enough!!!!Legislation has been rendered meaningless, as al-Qaeda wipes out its rainforest dipterocarps under the guise of "illegal" logging. What's wrong with this picture? Some religious political organization operating out of the Middle East (we think) wields the actual political power in the muslim countries, under the veil of something we do not as yet asociate with it. One thing is 100%certain muslim countries will NEVER be democratic ( since democracies tend to empower human beings to defend themselves against phony high priests from turning them into human sacrifices... which is the essence of islam). And the operative word in this case is NEVER. Perhaps such an organization would be a junta set up by the Muslim Brotherhood. Or the Saudi ministry of religion. Or the ISI. Or Osama bin Laden. We'll find out soon enough who and what it is.
p.s.--when al-Qaeda finishes off what little is left of Indonesia's forests what we are seeing there now will barely rate as a preview, when it disintegrates into an uninhabitable wasteland and resulting starvation. Islam is pieces.
