Afghans Arrest Suspected Kabul Suicide Recruiter

Doesn't he know that the Qur'an forbids suicide?

KABUL (Reuters) - Afghan police have arrested a man suspected of trying to recruit students to carry out suicide attacks on international peacekeepers in Kabul, a spokesman for the multinational force said on Saturday.

People seem to be forgetting that since the end of WWII the US has embarked on numerous 'expeditions' bent on crushing first 'communism' and now 'terrorism'. Obviously these are just pretexts for the consolidation and maintenance of US political-economical clout. The result of 60 years of CIA covert operations, installing or deposing governments/dictatorships and a general policy of interference, coercion and in many cases war is progressively being exposed for what it is by new technologies (like the internet). The fact is that people are better informed (if not better educated) than ever before from a variety of sources and US foreign policy seems flimsy and unfounded (to many still outside the US zone of influence or under new zones of influence). Nobody has the right to be the sole bearer of truth and wisdom, we can propose our truth claims and in this sense the world is a much more democratic place. Otherwise we can try and impose our will through invasion-terrorism-war, call it what you might. I'm just stressing that the US is/has been the aggressor now and in countless other instances in recent history, which has understandably caused resentment abroad. Unfortunately this has been the case throughout history with all great powers/empires and people like ourselves have blindly kept on shedding our blood. Don't get me wrong I would fight&die for what I hold sacred, after all we are all tribal creatures but I certainly don't appreciate being lied to for the wrong reasons! It is not freedom you are fighting for or justice...get over your blind rhetoric!

There must be a mistake here,Islam is a faith of Peace and Murder is forbidden,it also
forbids suicide and wifebeating.
All the rules that oppress woman are there to protect them as a value to the Family unit,we in
the WEST just aren't seeing these actions in
the Peaceful and foregiving eye of Muhammed
and Allah.

With all these protections within Islam
to give freedom and human rights, why wouldn't
you covert to Islam instead of having your
head CHOPPED of as a Godless pig infidel.

"The FBI fears al-Qaida is recruiting American converts like Gadahn to blend in to American society and not raise security suspicions before carrying out suicide attacks in America."

This is a quote from a story sent to me by Abdullah Al Araby who has the website 'Islam Review. He is a pastor also.

This is the source-

american brutal agression and satanic masterminding goes on and on, directing to the dignity of peacefull Muslim brother and sisters than did nothing expect living in peace and prosperity under rules of Allah. Arresting some of our Brothers will never end any war on Islam and until west doesn't get rational, all we see is your oppression to impose your religious war on us, corrupting and destroying our countries and stealing our resources. That is simply why our Muslim brothers will resist. You can't impose any kind of man-made law on people who worship Almighty Allah(swt) and are protected by his devine regin and HE is the ONE who will bring his Holy Peace on earth.

Islam peaceful, my a**.

Islam is about killing and destruction. There is absolutely nothing peaceful about that.

Mahmoud - you sound like you need some serious deprogramming. I'm afraid the cult you've joined has scrambled your brain all to pieces.....

Face it, Islam is all about aggression, violence, rape, and robbery. It's right there in the traditions and the Qur'an.

Afghanistan was another islamic paradise before the americans came to turn the peaceful taliban into Miami beach zionists. Now they are building synagouges everywhere, and playing canasta in the town square! But we can get back to allah if we just wear explosive underwear.

mahmood, your tinfoil hat is on too tight. It is pinching your brain.

yabba dabba akbar!

To all you Islamofascists out there:

You can't win, your efforts are futile.

Soon every single Muslim in the World will have access to Western media. All Muslims will be corrupted by Britney Spears, Madonna, Howard Stern, MTV...

You can't win, people don't want your Allah,
they don't want the teachings of the Prophet, they want television, internet porn and Survivor.

Your beliefs and traditions will soon die.

Mahmoud,
Would that prosperity be the same one that had 18th century building codes that let thousands be crushed in the Afghanistan wilds?
As for us "stealing" your resources, last tmie |I checked, we're paying about 2.50 US a gallon for it...

Does this mean that the the US involvement in Afghanistan is a " WAR FOR CARPETS" ? I suppose they bombed Serbia to corner the world market in turnips, or was it sugar beet? Apologies to any Serbs who might be reading this.

Mahmoud, Mahmoud. Mahmoud, what are we going to do with you? You seem intent upon spewing the same old ketman rhetoric when we know that Islam is the aggressor and has been for more than 1400 years, leaving behind a trail of blood, misery and broken lives. You may continue to try to hide behind your ketman tactic of obfuscation and victimization, but, everyone here knows and understands what you are up to. Poor man, give it up.

I cant pretend for one minute to speak for the millions of my fellow europeans, but i seriously doubt if many of the poor wretches who were not subjected to Americas self-serving pretend war on communism after WW2 were happy that it stopped at Berlin, and left the people of the DDR, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia,(have i missed out anywhere else?) inside the the glorified prison camp that was the Soviet Union. However, i could be wrong, couldn't i ? They do seem quite happy that the whole rotten structure collapsed in on itself in 1992, though, don't they?

Posted by: ultach at May 30, 2004 11:34 AM

Well, Ultach, as an American, I sometimes wonder if the Cold War was really worth it. Also, my own instincts about the 1991 War to save the al-Sabbah family's bacon--oops, lamb chops--was that if we could deal so happily with Deng Xiaoping's China (and Deng was nothing but a nasty, nasty little man), we surely could've dealt with an enlarged Ba'athistan.

Had the bulk of the world gone Communist sooner rather than later, it would have had only itself and its bourgeois pseudo-intellectuals masquerading as worker- and peasant-revolutionaries to blame for its economic and cultural stagnation; and might have grown up after seeing a nuclear exchange between Russia and China in the 1960's. Our hubristic war in Southeast Asia wouldn't have made an asinine leftism credible to our adolescent rebels. Had we remained a conservative, isolationist power, we would've been laughed at; but nobody laughs at us as much as ourselves. Possibly, the current jihad would've been fought in the Arabian Peninsula, and Muslim theologians would be coming to grips with why Allah permitted the Soviets to eat pork before the Ka'aba and sire blond babies on the daughters of Makka itself without sending the Day of Judgment, rather than screaming rage at Americans and Israelis all the time (without US support, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan would've crumpled).

So, a bunch of non-intellectual Europeans, Asians, Mideasterners, and Africans would've been unhappy? Well, we Americans (and possibly Canadians and Latin Americans) would've learned to eat a few more exotic foods and absorbed the extra professional talent.

I'm just primitive enough to think that, left to themselves, people will do nasty things to each other until they're (a) tired of it, (b) bled white, (c) to depopulated to continue or (d) some combination of the above. Also, I've seen enough of the world to know that too much of it thinks that "freedom" is freedom to do nasty things to others--and hence deserves the Hobbesian state of nature.

Mahmoud, let's analyze what you say in full sentences and with real capital letters! (Hint jihadininnies: writing correct English helps you sound more intelligent than the camel-jumping women-hating, xenophobic, paranoid little buggers that you really are).

"worship Almighty Allah(swt) and are protected by his devine regin and HE is the ONE who will bring his Holy Peace on earth."

What peace? Verse of the sword, man. What do you do with that? Or by peace you mean slaughtering of everyone who isn't a Muslim or a dhimmi? Who wants to worship a god that says that killing babies is the surest entrance to heaven? How utterly barbaric!

Arxos lied: "I'm just stressing that the US is/has been the aggressor now and in countless other instances in recent history, which has understandably caused resentment abroad"

The U.S. has been the aggressor against communism? Communism was just a peaceful (har..har...ahem) regime until the West did evil things against it? Excuse me? Who exactly took over the Eastern European countries after the end of WWII? Oh, the USSR was not being aggressive. Neither was China against Tibet, or against Taiwan. Right. Neither was Fidel against Cuba. Right. Neither was the USSR against Grenada.

Understandable resentment? Resentment by countries who refuse to defend themselves and then come running to the U.S for protection is hollow rhetoric, Arxos.

We're not fighting for freedom? We're not fighting for justice? Ah, right. We are fighting for Haliburton and lots of oil. Right. Building hospitals and winning hearts and minds is just a shell game, funded at billions of dollars a year as a cover up for it. Right. You act like every single action came from the same president, which it did not, but that might be expecting too much from someone who obviously can't be bothered with history. The world is not going to be a democratic place if you support terrorist government and massacring dictators. The world is a more democratic place thanks to the U.S, not thanks to the gaggle of corrupt Islamic dictators, communists, fascists, or thugocracies. Get real.
