A blow to the jihadists. From AP, with thanks to DC Watson:
BAGHDAD — U.S. forces uncovered a facility where car and roadside bombs were made, and detained 51 people believed linked to an insurgent cell, U.S. military officials said Saturday.Soldiers from the 1st Battalion 8th Cavalry Regiment discovered four vehicles that were to be potentially used as car bombs and several assembled roadside bombs.
Also found were several automatic weapons, ammunition, explosives and $8,750.

So the US Military caught some of these murderers and co-conspirators putting together car bombs in their spare time. No.. They won't be taken out back and blindfolded and given one last cigarette. Nope.. Instead, expect them to be all given a slap on the wrist and compensation for them and their familes for time spent telling their interrogators to eat camel dung. Why?
Because you see the car bombs they were building were NOT to blow to bits soldiers and civilians. No.. The car bombs they were building were merely a part of a community college autoshop class that the 51 'students' were attending.
BTW, does all this happen BEFORE or AFTER they've been informed of all their rights and given free attorney representation?

This one chop shop might have been the source for virtually all of Bagdads detonations.
Perhaps someone got wise to the craft needs of the bombers.
The huge explosions require hefty explosives. This means that the car bombs must be down on their springs, with tires strained by extra air pressure.
So an autobody shop or a machine shop would seem to be essential for the bombers.

Beats me why the U.S. bomb experts didn't rig the whole shop to blow with these idiots in it. Take out a whole lot of terror-thugs in one shot.
