Another victory a la Beslan, perhaps. From Reuters, with thanks to Constantinopolitan Irredentist:
BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Insurgents detonated three car bombs near a U.S. military convoy in Baghdad on Thursday, killing 41 people, 34 of them children who were rushing to collect sweets from American troops.In two other attacks, a suicide bomber blew up his vehicle near a U.S. checkpoint outside the capital, killing two policemen and a U.S. soldier, and a car bomb killed four people in the restive northern Iraq town of Tal Afar.
The Baghdad bombs went off as crowds gathered to celebrate the opening of a new sewage plant. It was not clear if the event or the U.S. convoy passing by was the target.
The first explosion was followed by two more that struck those who rushed to help the initial victims, residents said.
Ten U.S. soldiers were wounded in the attack, two of them seriously, the military said. Iraq's Health Ministry confirmed 41 dead and 139 wounded, the vast majority children.

We can only pray for those involved, understanding that giving in and leaving Iraq will only embolden the jihadists as they spread across the earth in mistaken belief that all would cower in fear and submit in the face of more bombings.
The bombings will continue regardless of submission because those financing the terror and those in command want to make Islam triumphant over the earth. And, as the Spartans did to the Helots in ancient Greece, violence and fear is the only way to control a larger, although subdued population.
Rid the earth of this scourge before it becomes triumphant.

It was stated by someone elsewhere, Dhimmi Watch I think, that they 'just knew' that a religous government would be the outcome of the elections. It occurred to me later, if that is the case, why are the terrorists fighting so hard to stop those elections?
I will not fall for such defeatists thinking. These people would not be killing children if they believed they were going to get what they wanted out of the elections.

comment on 30,000 people that died in the earthquake that hit Iran recently,he used the Quran to explain that Allah knows all and the 30,000 deaths were part of showing his power and humbling people.
A Canadian website run by an Islamic org. profess that all people are born Muslims and must read the Quran to grow closer to Allah,those that fail are poor examples and become the enemies of Islam.

I have one observation. Arafat has begun his agenda of promoting hate starting about 1967. He has since succeeded in generating the hatred equally toward Israel and the US to where all the Arabs/Muslims will jump at the chance to get on with the jihad. I do believe Iran would like to impose their form of “government” on the people of Iraq so they can rule the Iraqis. I am sure Saudi Arabia has the same idea and are using their money to “fight the aggressors.” With all the hatred Arafat has generated, Jihadists from all over the Moslem countries will join the murdering terrorists. The sad part is they could care less for the citizens of Iraq as long as they can perform their jihad. Arafat, for one, should have been severely dealt with years ago.

There are times when I think that these islamists beleive in child human sacrifice. Isn't it part of islamic theology that the person you kill during jihad serves you for eternity in the afterlife..that is a theological motivator to mass murder. I remember the god BAAL that used to be worshiped in the middle east (a child/human sacrifice demanding deity)...one does wonder if the the spirit of BAAL lives. Bin LAden and Basayev were thrilled about Beslan and want to repeat/imitate it, but where are their own children? Safe and sound watching dad clapping as he sees his fellow muslim's kids gets blown up on tv. I am amazed how openly these people want to flaunt their utter ruthlessness..it means they don't think it is wrong. Only the opiate of a religion/ideology can make people this way. Bin laden like Lenin and Hitler all stoned as they blow up the kiddies and laugh.
If the west had deliberatley blown these kids up there would be millions on the streets rioting and the leader repsonsible would be voted out and in jail for life. But in the islamic world what happens...any humanist mass outrage? Where are the millions on the streets rioting in every muslim country? Bin laden condemned by 99 percent of muslims and never EVER supported again? Nope...the dictator (beloved of BIG ALLAH) has spoken and must be obeyed. In the mosques the islamist mullahs tell the flock within the hour of the atrocity that "tyrrany is freedom", "Atrocity/jihad is righteousness". The Party of Big Allah is everywhere.

General Black Jack Pershing was born September 13th, 1860 near Laclede, MS. He died July 15th, 1948 in Washington D.C..
His life's highlights include:
1891: Professor of Military Science and Tactics at the University of Nebraska
1898: Served in the Spanish American War.
1901: Awarded rank of Captain.
1906: Promoted to the rank of Brigadier General.
1909: Military Governor of Moro Province, Philippines.
1916: Made Major General
1919: Promoted to General of Armies
1921: Appointed Chief of Staff
1924: Retired from active duty Education West Point.
Just before WWI, there were a number of terrorist attacks on the United States forces in the Philippines, by Muslim Extremists.
So General Pershing captured 50 terrorists and had them tied to posts for execution. He then had his men bring in two pigs and slaughter them in front of the now horrified terrorists.
Muslims detest pork because they believe that pigs are filthy animals. Some of them simply refuse to eat it, while others won't even touch pigs at all, nor any of their by-products. To them, eating or touching a pig, its meat, its blood, etc…, is to be barred from paradise (and those virgins) and doomed to hell.
The soldiers then soaked their bullets in the pig's blood, and proceeded to execute 49 of the terrorists by firing squad. The soldiers then dug a hole, dumped in the terrorists' bodies and covered them in pig's blood, entrails, etc.
They let the 50th man go.
And for the next 42 years, there was not a single Muslim extremist attack anywhere in the world. Maybe it is time for this segment of history to repeat itself, maybe in Iraq?

As a graduate of St. Peter's College, where a military fraternity exists honoring Black Jack Pershing in "The Pershing Rifles", I have to be a bit biased. But before I get into the military, religious, philosophical, and ethical issues of this, I would like to begin with a small issue of animal rights.

Okay, I don't know the exact chain of events of how pigs ended up near a battlefield. Perhaps they were wild boars captured to feed the troops. Here is a pig who was guilty of nothing but being a pig. This sow was most likely wallowing in a pit of mud and enjoying his own state of piggyness. Oinking to himself, "Life just doesn't get any better than this!", when he is grabbed from his own pig nirvana and sent to the pig afterlife. I'd like to think that after the execution the American soldiers had a luau. I'd hate to see good meat wasted. Let's also remember that they were in the Philippines and they make a mean barbecue.
Oh well.
As a survivor of 911, I have no love loss for the Muslim Extremists. I also have no love loss for Christian Fundamentalists who say that we deserved the fate we got on that day. The big question would be, "Does anyone have the right to consign someone to hell?" I'd like to think so. I'd like to think that the family survivors of 911 should have the right to beat Osama bin Laden with a baseball bat in the middle of Yankee Stadium for all to see. One at a time.
I didn't want to turn this into a religion thing but, unfortunately, that is the heart of this matter. Beliefs. What we do, how we think, and why we do things. It is a shame that the extremist Muslim groups as well as the fundamental Christians have not learned a lesson of religious tolerance. There are some religions that when left alone are quite passive. However, should a group or person be so foolish as to provoke them... well.... All I can say is that the man who pokes a sleeping bear with a stick deserves what he gets.
In his 2002 Broadway One Night Stand Up, Robin Williams, made a point of saying that the old translations to Muslim beliefs may be at fault. There is a possible interpretation of the Koran that instead of "virgins" the word may be interpreted as "raisins". I think there is a big difference in that one. One would certainly reassess his religious convictions if he were to crash a plane into the World Trade Center for a bunch of dried grapes. However, there is something to be said about two scoops of raisins in Kellogg's Raisin Bran. Come to think of it Raisin Bran is very much a pagan cereal. There's a big sun on the box with raisins to celebrate Dionysis... you get a lot for those two scoops. Religion is everywhere you just have to look for it.
The other possibility that Mr. Williams suggests is that Osama bin Laden will go to the afterlife and be beaten by the likes of Thomas Jefferson, John Hancock, Samuel Adams, and Ben Franklin. His afterlife reward was to encounter 12 angry "Virginians".
There's a reason why I like listening to Robin Williams' stand up.
There is an ancient method of strategy that makes your disadvantages into advantages. If you are small, you are harder to spot. If your opponent is fanatical, take advantage of his limitations. Black Jack Pershing did exactly that. The opponent does not fear death so long as the afterlife is something to look forward to. Our enemy hates pork, everyone on our side loves a luau. There is such symmetry in the universe.
I would also like to take the stance that Joseph Campbell takes in The Power of Myth that Hell is in the mind of the believer. So, regardless of the religious beliefs of General Pershing, the prisoners executed truly believed that they were to be denied paradise. They knew that the pigs' blood was authentic. They knew that they were to be soiled. And they knew that the last thing they touched at the end of this life was a bullet coated with pig's blood. They were going to spend the afterlife in the worst place possible. As Hell is in the mind of the believer, their last thoughts were those of misery.
The 50th man, after releasing his own bowels, had a message for the rest of the extremists. The price for crossing America in battle will result in more than just their mortal lives. It will cost them their afterlife as well.
Sun Tzu would most likely agree in the tactic of using an enemies strength against him. Whereas secular society is terrified by an opponent who thinks nothing of his mortal life, a zealot would be terrified at losing his chance of the afterlife. He would also agree that it is better to break the enemy's resistance without fighting. Plus, keeping your opponent terrified reduces the chances of a prolonged warfare - which would never benefit anyone.
So, what's the price of 42 years of peace and life without terrorism? Two pigs and 49 bullets.
Sounds like an equitable trade.
Forget the high tech weapons.....pigs for peace!!!!!

Just before WWI, there were a number of terrorist attacks on the United States forces in the Philippines, by Muslim Extremists.
So General Pershing captured 50 terrorists and had them tied to posts for execution. He then had his men bring in two pigs and slaughter them in front of the now horrified terrorists.
Muslims detest pork because they believe that pigs are filthy animals. Some of them simply refuse to eat it, while others won't even touch pigs at all, nor any of their by-products. To them, eating or touching a pig, its meat, its blood, etc…, is to be barred from paradise (and those virgins) and doomed to hell.
The soldiers then soaked their bullets in the pig's blood, and proceeded to execute 49 of the terrorists by firing squad. The soldiers then dug a hole, dumped in the terrorists' bodies and covered them in pig's blood, entrails, etc.
They let the 50th man go.
And for the next 42 years, there was not a single Muslim extremist attack anywhere in the world. Maybe it is time for this segment of history to repeat itself, maybe in Iraq?
The question is: Where do we find another Black Jack Pershing?

Where do I begin?
As a graduate of St. Peter's College, where a military fraternity exists honoring Black Jack Pershing in "The Pershing Rifles", I have to be a bit biased. But before I get into the military, religious, philosophical, and ethical issues of this, I would like to begin with a small issue of animal rights.
Those poor pigs.
Okay, I don't know the exact chain of events of how pigs ended up near a battlefield. Perhaps they were wild boars captured to feed the troops. Here is a pig who was guilty of nothing but being a pig. This sow was most likely wallowing in a pit of mud and enjoying his own state of piggyness. Oinking to himself, "Life just doesn't get any better than this!", when he is grabbed from his own pig nirvana and sent to the pig afterlife. I'd like to think that after the execution the American soldiers had a luau. I'd hate to see good meat wasted. Let's also remember that they were in the Philippines and they make a mean barbecue.
Oh well.
As a survivor of 911, I have no love loss for the Muslim Extremists. I also have no love loss for Christian Fundamentalists who say that we deserved the fate we got on that day. The big question would be, "Does anyone have the right to consign someone to hell?" I'd like to think so. I'd like to think that the family survivors of 911 should have the right to beat Osama bin Laden with a baseball bat in the middle of Yankee Stadium for all to see. One at a time.
I didn't want to turn this into a religion thing but, unfortunately, that is the heart of this matter. Beliefs. What we do, how we think, and why we do things. It is a shame that the extremist Muslim groups as well as the fundamental Christians have not learned a lesson of religious tolerance. There are some religions that when left alone are quite passive. However, should a group or person be so foolish as to provoke them... well.... All I can say is that the man who pokes a sleeping bear with a stick deserves what he gets.
In his 2002 Broadway One Night Stand Up, Robin Williams, made a point of saying that the old translations to Muslim beliefs may be at fault. There is a possible interpretation of the Koran that instead of "virgins" the word may be interpreted as "raisins". I think there is a big difference in that one. One would certainly reassess his religious convictions if he were to crash a plane into the World Trade Center for a bunch of dried grapes. However, there is something to be said about two scoops of raisins in Kellogg's Raisin Bran. Come to think of it Raisin Bran is very much a pagan cereal. There's a big sun on the box with raisins to celebrate Dionysis... you get a lot for those two scoops. Religion is everywhere you just have to look for it.
The other possibility that Mr. Williams suggests is that Osama bin Laden will go to the afterlife and be beaten by the likes of Thomas Jefferson, John Hancock, Samuel Adams, and Ben Franklin. His afterlife reward was to encounter 12 angry "Virginians".
There's a reason why I like listening to Robin Williams' stand up.
There is an ancient method of strategy that makes your disadvantages into advantages. If you are small, you are harder to spot. If your opponent is fanatical, take advantage of his limitations. Black Jack Pershing did exactly that. The opponent does not fear death so long as the afterlife is something to look forward to. Our enemy hates pork, everyone on our side loves a luau. There is such symmetry in the universe.
I would also like to take the stance that Joseph Campbell takes in The Power of Myth that Hell is in the mind of the believer. So, regardless of the religious beliefs of General Pershing, the prisoners executed truly believed that they were to be denied paradise. They knew that the pigs' blood was authentic. They knew that they were to be soiled. And they knew that the last thing they touched at the end of this life was a bullet coated with pig's blood. They were going to spend the afterlife in the worst place possible. As Hell is in the mind of the believer, their last thoughts were those of misery.
The 50th man, after releasing his own bowels, had a message for the rest of the extremists. The price for crossing America in battle will result in more than just their mortal lives. It will cost them their afterlife as well.
Sun Tzu would most likely agree in the tactic of using an enemies strength against him. Whereas secular society is terrified by an opponent who thinks nothing of his mortal life, a zealot would be terrified at losing his chance of the afterlife. He would also agree that it is better to break the enemy's resistance without fighting. Plus, keeping your opponent terrified reduces the chances of a prolonged warfare - which would never benefit anyone.
So, what's the price of 42 years of peace and life without terrorism? Two pigs and 49 bullets.
Sounds like an equitable trade.
Forget the high tech weapons.....pigs for peace!!!!!

There is a legend that once a French priest asked a Huron chief if there was any meat which was forbiden for the Huron to eat.The chief replied"The Great Spirit has given us the animals to eat and we may eat anything that does not eat us first".The British used the pork fat covered bullets on the moslems in Afganastan in the 19th century with the same results as Pershing.These moslem sons of Ohdawas must be fought with their own religion.Much as my ancestors thought that to die in battle at night the soul would be lost in the dark and not be able to find its way to the Great Spirit(the teachings of the Christian missionaries that the soul could get to heaven even in the dark ended that belief.)

Israel has already made it clear that they will put packages of sealed bacon on buses so suicide bombers will know they won't go to be with Muhammed and Allah if their body touches a pig.
Some pigs are currently being use at a checkpoint

Jihadists,if Muslims protest then it proves these killers are connected to Islam,why would a Muslim care about a infidel touching pork. Remember the outcry from Muslim when the remains of the 911 hijackers weren't treated according to Islamic
rules for buring the dead,this came after the cries of how they weren't Muslims and Islam had nothing to do with the attack.
Islam does not mean Peace,the gig is up and
children are now being slaughtered for Allah,how long can Mr.Hooper and his ilk continue this charade and somehow find a way to blame the Jews or the CIA.
Maybe Arabs don't have the brains to execute such attacks,they don't make cars,TV's,spaceships,radio's,and most simple mordern items.

Maybe we should hang a slab of bacon on the door of every mosque in the USA.And wipe down every door handle with pork grease.A fellow at work grew up in Indonesia and as a child the muslim kids would fight with them.So the mother of each of the Christian kids had them carry a pork chop in their pocket.The muslim kids would run away in terror when the pork chop was pulled out and waved around.He said it was almost as good as haveing a gun.

Just a correction on my earlier post showing above,I just received a email from the American Association of Pigs and or Swines.
Their Lawyer has warned me that any further endorsing or promoting to force a Pig to touch a Muslim,will result in a Law suit for assuming Pigs wouldn't oppose contact with a Muslim and therefor lowering the status for all Pigs and creating a negative stereotype that Pigs have no low morals and ethics.
I truely regret the offense cause to Pigs and will do all I can to reverse that damage I've done,I also will take every measure to assure my bacon makes it to my fridge without touching Allahs children in the supermarket.
Men should be very sensitive to the plight of swines,after all,the reason men can't get mad-cow
disease is because WE'RE Pigs.

There is no pile of dead or wounded men ,women or children too high, sacrificed on the alter of the beast allah to negate its aims for world domination.
I PROMISE you all that the beast allah, has more in store for the civilized world.
