Member of the Beslan terrorist group a British citizen

He attended, of course, the notorious Finsbury Park Mosque. In Onward Muslim Soldiers I show the hollowness of the common idea that the jihad impulse is just an expression of nationalism by exploring the internationalist character of the jihad movement: Saudis in Afghanistan, Afghans in Bosnia, etc. This is another indication of that fact. It wasn't just "Arabs," as was widely reported, who are in Chechnya (and Beslan). Any radical Muslim could have been there. The movement is ideological, not racial or nationalistic.

A member of the group responsible for the Beslan school massacre last month is a British citizen who attended the infamous Finsbury Park mosque in north London, The Observer can reveal. Two other members of the group, loyal to Chechen warlord Shamil Basayev, are also believed to have been active in the UK until less than three years ago. They are suspected of taking part in the raid on the school in which 300 people, half of them children, died.
Russian security sources described Kamel Rabat Bouralha, 46 years old and the oldest of the three, as a 'key aide' of Basayev, who has a £5.5 million price on his head. Basayev has boasted of training the men who took control of the school and wired it with explosives. Investigators believe that the three men, all Algerian-born, travelled to Chechnya from London to take part in fighting there in 2001.

No humor is intended here! The farce of this supposed religious entity must be challenged in every arena on the face of this planet.

With the depth of scholarship involved with the material posted on this website, I imagine legal options addressing the validity of islam's religious identity (hence, legal protections under US law) have been explored in the past. (I'm a newby to site)

and I'm unqualified to fully explore the legal aspects of the idea "criminal conspiracy" but the title certainly had my attention:

Isn't it obvious that such bastards bring ignominy to the British passport they hold? And to think profiling si still a bad thing?! I say screen all moslem visitors based on race, faith, ethnicity and don't be a shred apologetic about it! Make it compulsory to state relisious affiliation on all application forms - for jobs, education etc - PC be damned. I'm not saying discriminate against all moslems indiscriminately, but at least be aware and KNOW!

Permit no veils etc (a woman's right to choose, remember?) in public areas like markets, malls, airports, subways etc. And treat moslem travellers on EU passports with greater tha usual suspicion.

I watched a special about the England Mosque that produces these peace-loving followers of Muhammed. One feature was to follow a prisoner
that converted to Islam and turned his life around,he made early paroll on good behaviour,but without the structured life in jail where someone else controls time-management,this Muslim was trusted with a job in a non-Muslim business and then the trouble started.
He didn't feel the job respected his prayer time and accomadated Islamic codes of conduct and behaviour,he blamed non-Muslims in Britain for his return to drugs and crime and then back to jail.
The sad part of this is that he was taught to accept prison as Allah's way of bringing him closer to Islam and Quranic teachings.
The Finsbury-Mosque syndrome was well imbedded in his brain,the denial and paranoia was burned right into him and all the worlds troubles were created by non-Muslims. You would think that if these people coming out of that Mosque weren't "True" Muslims that the Members would spot this and confront them or aler the authorities.
There're either part of this scam or just plain stupid,or maybe both.

Is anyone else except muslims engaging in this kind of behaviour? From beheading to the shouts of allahu akhbar, to disseminating the videos for the vicarious pleasure of muslims worldwide. Some may argue that only the few take part in beheadings. True, but the fact that DVDs and videos of such beheadings are popular in the muslim world, are indicative that muslims not only enjoy them, but if the opportunity arose, would take part in them.

Rape and kill little children - bestiality of the worst forms, these are normative to islam, as after their founder mohammed. It is no surprise for a religion founded by a child molester and pervert. Oh what a lovely religion. A religion that promises sex with children and eternal and never-ending sex in paradise.

My detestation of islam increases by the day, and not just because every day it surprises me of the new depths of depravity its adherents sink to, but what it is doing to the rest of the world. It is setting a reaction of hatred against muslims.

Then there is the huge waste resources that are going in to 'manage' the threat from muslims amongst us. This waste of resources is finanacial and human. Resources that could have been better applied to raise the level of humanity. Instead we are being dragged into the gutter to join islam.

I asked the same question a few weeks ago.
In doing some research, this is what I came up with.

You can't challenge Islam as a religion since religion is defined as:
system of belief in, worship of a supernatural power or god.

Islam falls under that definition.

What it can be challenged on is the validity of the Koran as a "holy" book or a "guide for genocide".

Refer to Rice vs Paladin Enterprises, or State of Maryland vs Paladin Enterprises.

This was the case where 2 men used the book "Hitman" as a guide to committ murder. It outlinded step by step how to kill someone, what weapons to use, how to cover up the crime.

The lawyers for Paladin argued "free speech protection", it was defeated on the premise, that it could not be covered under the free speech provision when it became a guide, thus used as incitment of the crime.

So, in essence, the Koran would have to be challenged under this same provision, a guide for step by step to commit genocide against the "kufir", thus it would be labled not as a holy book, but a manuel, thus eleminating any religious reference and protection.

Once that is done, then the publishers become libel for damages, which means that most publishers would then stop the re-publishing of the book rather than deal with up-teen zillion lawsuites for family members killed by terrorist quoting from the Koran to justify their actions.

Once you eliminate the Koran, the religion falls apart, since the religion is based on the Koran.

By the way, Paladin settled out of court and Hitman was not published again.

Yes, DP111, I've been shaking my head in disgust at the thought of the massive waste of money and resources on managing the threat from these backward pukes. Money and resources that would be better spent on positive and creative and helpful things that would help all humanity - medicine, infrastructure where it's needed, education, etc. Instead it's been pissed away, shoring up defenses against idiots who insist on living in the past. What a scourge, a plague, a pestilence Islam is on our poor overwrought abused planet. Like VD. The antidote would be education and acceptance of Islam for what it is: something that needs to be eliminated. Not understood, not accepted, not tolerated, not reformed. Just gotten rid of. It would be helpful to everybody in the world. Not just non-Muslims. But Muslims too. They could finally live and be human, versus mindless drones existing in a bleak, pointless life.
