Jihad Watch director Robert Spencer's latest, from FrontPage:
Last Friday, Muslims in Dearborn, Michigan, held an anti-American, anti-Israel demonstration. Protestors carried a large model of Jerusalem’s Al-Aqsa Mosque and waved signs bearing slogans such as “US Hands Off Muslim Land.” But the most arresting image was of a Muslim woman carrying a large sign featuring the face of the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.Time dims memories. I wonder if any onlooker at the demonstration saw the Khomeini sign and remembered those tense days of the Iranian hostage crisis, when Khomeini’s regime violated the traditional sanctity of the embassy and held 50 Americans for month after month while Jimmy Carter dithered. I wonder if any of the onlookers knew that Khomeini’s triumph in Iran in 1979 embodied the idea that Islamic law was superior to all other ways to order societies, and must be pressed forward by force. As Khomeini himself put it: “Islam makes it incumbent on all adult males, provided they are not disabled or incapacitated, to prepare themselves for the conquest of countries so that the writ of Islam is obeyed in every country in the world....But those who study Islamic Holy War will understand why Islam wants to conquer the whole world.”
The goal of this conquest would be to establish the hegemony of Islamic law. As Khomeini put it: “What is the good of us [i.e., the mullahs] asking for the hand of a thief to be severed or an adulteress to be stoned to death when all we can do is recommend such punishments, having no power to implement them?”
Khomeini accordingly delivered notorious rebuke to the Islam-is-a-religion-of-peace crowd: “Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those [who say this] are witless. Islam says: Kill all the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! Does this mean that Muslims should sit back until they are devoured by [the unbelievers]? Islam says: Kill them, put them to the sword and scatter [their armies]…. Islam says: Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for the Holy Warriors! There are hundreds of other [Qur’anic] psalms and Hadiths [sayings of the Prophet] urging Muslims to value war and to fight. Does all this mean that Islam is a religion that prevents men from waging war? I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim.”
Was the woman who carried Khomeini’s image in the Dearborn demonstration concerned about the human rights of women? Did she know that the Ayatollah himself married a ten-year-old girl when he was twenty-eight? Did she know that Khomeini called marriage to a girl before her first menstrual period “a divine blessing,” and advised the faithful: “Do your best to ensure that your daughters do not see their first blood in your house”?
It is unlikely that the protestor knew that in 1985, Sa’id Raja’i-Khorassani, the Permanent Delegate to the United Nations from the Islamic Republic of Iran, declared, according to Amir Taheri, that “the very concept of human rights was ‘a Judeo-Christian invention’ and inadmissible in Islam. . . . According to Ayatollah Khomeini, one of the Shah’s ‘most despicable sins’ was the fact that Iran was one of the original group of nations that drafted and approved the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.”
I wonder if anyone at the Dearborn protest realized that the appearance of these signs in Dearborn, Michigan, exalting this man as a hero, indicated that Khomeini’s vision for society is alive in America today — and that it is dangerously naive to assume that all Muslims immediately and unquestioningly accept American pluralism and the idea of a state not governed by religious law. The Netherlands is just finding out, thanks to the cold-blooded murder and attempted decapitation of the “blasphemer” Theo van Gogh by a Muslim who appears to have been part of a larger jihadist cell, that not all the Muslims in Holland are the committed pluralists and secularists that they have been assumed to be by credulous European authorities.
With Khomeini a hero in Dearborn, Americans may be finding that out for themselves before long. Just where American Muslims stand on Khomeini’s doctrines — and how many stand with Khomeini — are still forbidden questions for the major media. But if the old man could have spoken from his sign in Dearborn, he might have said, “Ignore me at your own risk.”
POSTSCRIPT: Good heavens, I wrote this whole thing giving the impression that it was just one sign. Another Khomeini sign was in the background of the photo. Maybe it was just two nuts instead of one, but we don't really know how many people love Khomeini in Dearborn, do we, because no one dares to ask.

If they're not happy here, they are more than welcome to go back to Iran/Syria/etc. If they continue to misbehave (and they will, as we all know), they will be SENT back via an executive order ("for their own protection" of course).

Again, where is the main stream media? Why isn't this on the front page of every newspaper in the world? I just do not understand the suicidal attitude of the people that could turn the tide in one weeks time. If the major news organizations would simply tell the truth about Islam, I believe there would be a ground swell of people that would demand that muslims return to the middle east. The need to be kind to our enemies will be our undoing.

The vast majority of Muslims in Canada choose to live near the U.S. border and this is not by chance,I believe it's to set up a network of links to cross the border and attack America

and tourists.

Another note on this item,I found documents at Toronto's City webpage that list a budget item
as being funded by a Federal Liberal sponsoring of anti-racism,and the City's property taxes for services are funneled to the "Racism and Islamophobia" workshops in Toronto's schools.

I found a newspaper that posted the whole story on Muslims protesting the ant-bullying
classes that also want to protect kids from same gender parents. I do wonder what Muslims would think if my Brother's wife died and I moved in to help pay the bills and give support like taking his kids to school until he can deal with the loss. Sharing a house with widower Brother
may appear odd and children at school will see both of use together and not understand we're related.
Muslims need to get out of their "Victim" mindset and shed the paranoia and denial surrounding Islam.

Check the web page below for the "op-ed" to the Khomeini sign-bearer and, consequently the specific relevance of the Khomeini sign at this protest. (Apparently, Khomeini designated a day at the wind-up of Ramadan as a day of protest regarding control of Jerusalem.)

Did anyone notice that one of the signs reads "U.S., Hands Off Muslim Lands." Hmmmm. As Islam claims ALL THE EARTH, could it be that the U.S. government must get out of the U.S. I wouldn't be surprised if it did!

For anyone that hasn't read this site it is very interesting and quite frankly very eye opening to actually see in print from a "religious scholar" the very things that we have been saying here that so many of the muslim visitors have denied, such as:
It is permissible to hit your wife as long as you have exhausted every other effort to 'bring her into line'
Muslims are forbidden to greet a non muslim first because in the words of the scholar ' that shows them respect and muslims know that they are above all others'
I took quite a bit of time reading the Q & A and it really does cover EVERYTHING from peeing in the shower (I am not kidding) to sleeping in the nude....and yes the group of islamic scholars does state that it is FORBIDDEN for muslims to take non muslim friends, those that do are not true muslims and will not enjoy 'paradise'

We both know that I don't have to tell you what America is faced with regarding Islamism and Muslim terrorism. You must be at least as knowledgeable as I am as to its aims and ultimate consequences. Because of your political office, perhaps you know even more than I, and therefore maybe you are even more afraid than I am.
In that regard, other than fear for your own personal safety at the hands of a Muslim intent on killing you for speaking up, why is it that no elected American officeholder has mentioned the separation between the United States Constitution and the book the Muslims use to guide their lives, actions and deeds, the Koran? The Koran REQUIRES Muslims to kill all non-Muslims, and in fact, terrorists themselves "say they are acting on the basis of the holy scripture of Islam. Accused 9/11 ringleader Mohammed Atta had a Koran in the suitcase he had checked for his flight. His five-page document of advice for fellow hijackers instructed them to pray, ask God for guidance, and 'continue to recite the Koran.' Osama bin Laden often quotes the Koran to motivate and convince followers. [Daniel Pipes]"
Why has no lawyer argued before the Supreme Court that Islam is NOT a true 'religion' in America that needs to be protected any more than the 'religions' of David Koresh or Jim Jones? Koresh and Jones were running CULTS. Islam is nothing more than a cult, but because it has lasted for 1400 years people give it an air of validity. It is NOT a religion defined the way all humans living on this planet define religions EXCEPT for followers of Islam. No other religious order on Earth REQUIRES its adherents to murder, rape and behead people that will not convert to it. No other religious order on earth is killing non-members or ex-members.
The Muslim GUIDE, the Koran, is antithesis to the US Constitution, and therefore it should be argued before the Court that Islam can be and SHOULD be outlawed in the United States. All of the things the United States holds dear that are guaranteed to its citizens through the Constitution would be ELIMINATED if Muslims were the ruling party in the United States. An organization that calls itself the largest Muslim organization in America is called the Council on American Islamic Relations (or CAIR). This organizations claims that it speaks for all Muslims living in America, and here is what the founders of CAIR have publicly stated: "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faiths, but to become dominant. The Koran, the Muslim book of scripture, should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth. [co-founder Omar Ahmad ]. How much more succinct could he have been? "... I'd like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future...[Ibrahim Hooper, CAIR spokesman]. Another of their spokesman, Ghazi Khankan, said at a rally held in Washington DC: ""I bring to you salaams and greetings from the Mujahadeen at CAIR."
At what point will the Supreme Court declare these people, these statements, and the book the people behind these statements look upon as THEIR Constitution as seditious, anti-American and a THREAT to the United States? It should not take a savvy attorney, arguing to the highest courts in America, very long to present the case that Islam should and must be banned in America. There are very many verses in the Koran that REQUIRE followers of Islam to overthrow ALL governments that are not Islamic; it should only take ONE of these verses for the Supreme Court justices to make their decision (not to mention the verses that REQUIRE Muslims to make war against ALL people until the entire Earth is Muslim and to KILL all who will not submit to Islam). Upon the enactment of the decree declaring that Islam is not a religion, followers of Islam could then be educated about the true aims of Islam (SOME Muslims aren't even aware of the ultimate goal their cult has) and given the opportunity to 'see the light' or leave the country.
The cry "freedom of religion" would not stand in this case if the truth were argued in the court that Islam is NOT a religion. Once it is made public, passed into law and recognized that Islam is truly NOT a "religion" that should be afforded protection under America's laws, it will be that much easier to protect Americans from the final goals of worldwide Jihad and Islamism. At that time, organizations like CAIR would no longer exist (at least not legally) and the pressures that are placed on the media to whitewash the truth about Islam would disappear (especially those who TODAY are afraid to print the truth about Islam for fear of their lives. CNN and Reuters are on record recently claiming that they DO NOT tell the truth and HAVE NOT told the truth about Islam because they KNOW that their reporters would be killed by the followers of Islam.)
Mr. Senator, are YOU too afraid to make this case?

Our political masters, male and female these days,
have long decided that a 'religious' war is to be avoided at all costs; first,for many years,simply by acquiescence,
and since 9/11, by framing the issue differently, as in ' the hijacking of a peaceful religion'.
Yet, as absurd as it seems in 2004,
we are very close to religious war,
a war which may have been a long time coming, but inevitable.
The perpetual evil that islam creates is a danger to us all, and hiding that evil from us is currently every western governments priority.
And it these same governments that have invited the flood of muslims that have immigrated to our countries the last number of years.

gender-apartheid. Anyone that has read about khomeini now that he was sick and he should not be a role model.
