Federal counter-terrorism agents swept down on homes and businesses in Seattle yesterday, conducting searches and charging 13 men with gun, immigration and bank-fraud violations....None of the men targeted in the raids is accused under terrorism statutes. However, the federal charges unsealed yesterday allege the ringleader of the bank-fraud case told a paid FBI informant that his "whole Muslim crew" was involved in stealing money because "you can't go to war broke."
According to the complaint, the purported ringleader, a drug felon named Karim Abdullah Assalaam, told an acquaintance that the money obtained through the fraud "goes to help our Muslim brothers and sisters. ... It goes to the cause, not like it goes to me and you."
However, the complaint alleges that his half-brother, Attawwaab Muhammad Fard, who is also charged, used some of the money to buy a used Lexus. "There was a lot of jihad talk," said one highly placed federal law-enforcement official familiar with the case. "But most of the money went into their pockets."...
Several gun-related cases also sprang from the investigation. Assalaam and four other men were charged as felons possessing firearms, including several handguns, two shotguns and an AK-47 assault rifle.
In one instance, federal agents had reported "unusual activity" at a shooting range in Renton involving one of the men apparently teaching a group of individuals how to shoot.
In a related case in King County Superior Court, prosecutors in October filed assault and extortion charges against some individuals associated with an Islamic religious school run out of a South Seattle barbershop. The school was "training children ... in Anti American rhetoric," and "how to shoot and fight the Americans," according to court documents.
The owner of a restaurant downstairs from the Crescent Cuts barbershop on Rainier Avenue South told police that he had been asked to participate in the bank-fraud scheme. When he refused, he said, he was assaulted by a group of individuals and beaten with a meat tenderizer.
He described the school in court documents as "an anti-American training ground for Muslims."

Shortly after 9/11 I warned publicly that a Beslan type assault was not only possible but probable here in the United States. I continue to press my concerns on members of Congress and law enforcement officials when I meet with them. While we must certainly be vigilant to the possibility that jihadis are going to continue to keep hard targets in their sights, and that they will continue to attempt to procure WMDs, we must remain equally tuned to the possibility that low-tech assaults on soft targets are in the cards.
The level of vigilance that I envision developing in the United States is the same as I have personally observed in wartorn countries in Africa, Middle East and Asia. The people in those places develop what I call the "DLR" syndrome, where DLR = Doesn't Look Right. The things that become DLR evolve with collective experience. Neighbors begin to know neighbors again. Behaviours and dress become indicators of DLR.
In the West we do not often hear about the many incidents of terrorism that are thwarted in Israel almost daily, not by the police or the IDF, but by the ordinary citizens. Americans will now have to learn the art of DLR. The Israelis have learned through much suffering and death. I fear that Americans will now do the same.

It's scary in London in that now Albanians control much of the vice and drugs trade.
An Albanian I know who's working legitimately told me half jokingly, half seriously, 'If you want a gun, an Albanian can get you one, no trouble'.
Other movers in these areas are Turks and Kurds.
A couple of years ago there was a big shoot out in a cafe in North London where about thirty members of Kurdish/Turkish gangs were fighting it out amongst themselves.
Unlike in America, we Brits can't legally acquire arms to protect ourselves.

Not at all surprised at this news,the recent ruse by CAIR to ease their guilt over the beheadings and arrests of terrorists is really scary. CAIR Florida claims to be part of a Thankgivings food-basket outreach plan this year,this would be a nice way to poison people or get access to schools for storage of food items.
Remember what happened in Beslan,the Jihadists bided their time and got jobs at the school so to give them access for sneaking in bomb material,after reading a story that a Muslim run store sold re-labeled baby food that had exceeded the expiry date ,I wouldn't doubt that Islamists would threaten Muslims with death if they don't help poison Americans.

As a Canadian I urge you to fight like hell to stop any attempt to embrace Multiculturalism
or even the Sharia-Law for American Muslims.
This week a band of North African Muslims demanded their children be exempt from the mandatory "Human right" class dealing with tolerance in Canadian society.
Below is a link to CAIR's news release that appears to shift the blame to the school board for not alerting them that a class on anti-bullying was to deal with children being attacked for having same-gender parents.
CAIR always assumes it the other person that's got the problem and in this case it confirms it by the hateful slurs towards homosexual in the media by Muslims questioned on this issue.
How Ironic that Islam and the Quran is forced on non-Muslims in the public system under "Racism and Islamophobia" classes to tech tolerance ever since the 9/11 attack,yet it's now the MUSLIMS that are intolerant and want their religion to trump the Human rights code in Canada.
Muslims love to run to CAIR with claims of a Hate-crime to prove intolerance and racism,now their dishing out overt bigotry and ignorance of
Western values that attracted them in the first place. CAIR is fighting for Sharia-Law in Canada and Theo van Gogh is a warning for Canada to review our Multiculturalism policy of importing bigots and intolerance.

2. There are a number of other Jihad centers in the SAME IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORHOOD.
3. You've lost the game if you have a school situation as described. The only question left is how badly have you lost.
THE ONLY WAY TO WIN THIS WAR IS TO GET EVERY DAMNED FUCKING MUSLIM ***OUT*** OF OUR COUNTRY ASAP.

Baffles me too, could be that there exists a power elite class that actually runs things in gov't behind the scenes, like in roman times. Screw the people they think, get them fighting amoung themselves over stupid things like religion and race etc while the elite induldge in all their perversions and corruptions. Actually, chains of family relationships dried up for most Europeans about fifty years ago; and since the 1960's, US immigration law (made by our Congress, with the State Dept. only doing what it is told by the law of the land) has favored family reunification and skills--not national origins. In the 1990's, we started a visa lottery program for underrepresented countries, largely because a bunch of Senate Dems like Ted Kennedy hoped to revitalize the Irish and Italian ghettoes that made Democratic political machines in urban areas such potent forces. What they got were Nigerians and Ghanaians, with smatterings of others. Also, re the political hopes of people like Kennedy, before our Stupid Party (mine--the Republicans) discovered the anti-immigration line, it was starting to make big inroads among Asian immigrants (entrepreneurial, and more often than thinking that "Marxist" was English for "bloodthirsty-thieving-bandit-who-just-won-a-civil-war").
Being an American of a somewhat checkered heritage myself (although mostly white) and being able to read Confucius, Moses, and Paul in the original languages, I think of myself as multicultural. I'm pissed at Leftist "multiculturalism" because it's actually "anti-culturalism" that rejects the West and can't get beyond holding hands and singing Kumbaya with anyone else--and goes on to make a hash of things when it tries to go beyond.
As for the people teaching children to kill their neighbors, by all means, lets make some arrests and convictions.

Former LWF: Christ died for his sheep (in John 10). Problem is, we can't tell these by ethnic or racial origin; only by faith manifested after they're called by the Word and Holy Spiirt.
But I'm also more an advocate of a more pro-active mission to Muslims, especially when they're in the West, rather than answering terrorism with terrorism. Also, I'd limit the legal action to possible charges of incitement to various kinds of violence levelled at the imams of a few mosques.
