Retired FBI Agent: Al-Arian Not An 'Asset'

The whole world is waiting for the Michael Jackson verdict, but there is a trial going on in Tampa that might turn out to have more world-historical significance. An Al-Arian Update from the Tampa Tribune, with thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist:

TAMPA - A retired FBI agent testified Monday that he gave up on efforts to turn Sami Al- Arian into an ``asset'' in 1992 after determining the University of South Florida professor wasn't being truthful.
Manny Perez and a fellow agent first interviewed Al-Arian as the first Gulf War approached in 1991. FBI headquarters requested it, Perez said.

Al-Arian said he opposed violence as a solution to problems in the Middle East, Perez said.

``We asked if he was a member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and he told us he was not,'' Perez said....

Perez, who retired in 2000, testified that he met with Al- Arian four more times in person, including once at Al-Arian's attorney's office, and had one telephone conversation in 1992. The professor ended the call by asking if he was under investigation and, upon hearing he was not, requesting not to be contacted anymore.

He said FBI headquarters requested the contact at least twice and that he was told to ask about Bashir Nafi, a man who came to visit Al-Arian and worked with his think tank, the World and Islam Studies Enterprise. The indictment identifies Nafi as an Islamic Jihad founder and a fellow board member.

Al-Arian told him Nafi was not a part of the Islamic Jihad, Perez said.

How would he know?

Defense attorney William Moffitt asked Perez whether he thought Al-Arian could be used as an asset, a person who provides information to the FBI. That was part of the plan, Perez said, but ``by the third interview I was convinced ... that Mr. Al-Arian was an active member of the [Palestinian Islamic Jihad],'' Perez said under cross examination.

Well, MJ has been declared innocent (however I only heard up to the 10th indictment (sp)). Maybe he's a closet muslim?

I would like to take the time to apologize
for a misleading statement I made in a earlier
JW posting about Ibrahim Hooper's assertion that
the vast majority of Muslim in America denounce Terrorism as shown by the online survey "Not in the name of Islam" that has close to 700,000
signatures that can't be verified because of
CAIR's stance to keep them undisclosed.

My original attack pointed out that of the 5,000,000 Muslims in America that Hooper claims to represent is only about 0.0008 % of the Worlds
total selfprofessed "Good" Muslims,I mocked the 700,000 endorsement in denouncing terrorism by Muslims since it was a pathetic response from American Muslims.
I just went to CAIR's website and examined the Petition for qualifications to sign it,the
real tragedy now is that there is a drop-down menu to select what Country you're from if outside the USA.

CAIR has mislead the Citizens of the USA that continue to be called "Racists" and "Islamophobes" while no factual evidence is presented by Mr.Hooper.
CAIR presupposes all white people can't be Muslims since they you "Racism" to defame and sue
whomever presents a view they perceive as offensive and in turn hurt their feelings,CAIR also uses "Islamophobe" to silence people while the word isn't even in a dictionary to give it creedence.
The recent BOGUS servey is a ruse to publish a document that will be cited later as if it factual,CAIR-Canada has been caught producing the same "National-Survey" and pawning it of as factual.
Less than 500 people out of the self-professed 1 million Arab's and Muslims in Canada responded
and the vast majority were from their online
reporting form that encourages complains which
helps justify Government Grants for the fight against "Racism" and "Islamophobia",some weren't Citizens,40 percent were the radical Student types,and not one example mentioned why the person was contacted by Police ( driving offence)
or the Color and religion of the Officer they met with.

for Transcript, 300 pages are there but the first and last hour are very damning since Ms.Khan swore on a Quran and then gave false testimony about CAIR past and ther present efforts to aid and abet Terrorists in the West.

I can see the smirk on Al-Arian's face in my sleep. I pray that the feds have their ducks in a row in this case. I want to see that lying piece of fecal matter rot in prison..hopefully ADX or Marion. Am I being a little harsh...well..I..naaah.

This figure is false. It is pulled from the air, no doubt innocently, by the poster who used it. But any of the grossly exaggerated figures -- CAIR likes to use 7,000,000, and now Muslims like to prefer, blandly, hoping no one will challenge them, an absurd figure of 1.5 billion Muslims in the world.

These figures do not add up. The best estimates give at most less than 3 million "Muslims" in America, of whom more than half are so-called Black Muslims. And these, as the Muslim authorities at Al-Azhar know perfectly, are not exactly completely orthodox in either their beliefs (certainly not while Elijah Muhammad was alive) nor in their practices (the use of music at certain functions).

No one should repeat the exaggerated claims. Everyone should be constantly vigilant about this.

And when you see a newspaper article that peddles this stuff, or still worse, tells us -- incorrectly -- that 20% or even, my god, 1/4 of the world's population is "Muslim" make sure you inform them that this is nonsense.

Add up the Muslim populations of the various countries yourself. Be sure to deduct for non-Muslims. You may, if you wish, accept the highly inflated population figures for Saudi Arabia (of the Saudis themselves, not of the wage slaves who come temporarily). You will not be able to come up with a figure higher than 1 billion.

And even that must be far too large, for we have no way of knowing if, indeed, all of those people whom Muslim governments count as Muslims really are Believers. How many of the tens of millions of so-called Muslims in Iran are still Muslims at all, and how many are secret apostates, would-be converts to Christianity or Zoroastrianism or something else? We don't know.

And whereof we do not know, thereof we should not accept the figures supplied by Muslim propagandists.

But this does not mean that demography is not a problem. In Western Europe, given the low native birth rates and the high Muslim birth rates, a slow but inexorable islamizing of Europe will be inevitable unless Europeans, out of nothing more than loyalty to those who created the civilization that Muslims could not have created, dislike, and will do everything to change or destroy, end all Muslim migration, take steps to expel all Muslims who give any sign of trouble, encourage non-Muslims to have children, and create an atmosphere that will make the conduct of Muslim life more and more difficult, and especially where its women are concerned, may cause Muslims to voluntarily leave, for fear of sullying their women, and hence their own "honor." These things can be figured out. It is not beyond the wit of Infidels to protect themselves.

Below is the link from above,Dr.Khan and Deem Bahdi refer to "Jewish-Terrorists" but say that Islam gets blamed for most fo the terrorism because when Palestinian children are murdered by Israelis the Media doesn't see it as an act of Terrorism since it's only palestinians.

Deem Bahdi failed to point her anti-Israel bias from her yaers working in the Middle east with the widows and orphan caused by the Jihadists slaughtering "The Jews" for Allah,she fights for Women's rights and equality but Sheema Khan supports Sharia Law and CAIR is demanding it in Canada for Muslim females.

Not that I'm any great fan of Sherrin Abadi, but the 2003 Nobel Peace Prize Winner is in Canada and denouncing Sharia law, and Sheema Khan really is a nobody, talking from a very small dias to very few people who see wearing the hijab, etc. as an indication of liberation in women.
