Fawaz Damra update. From NewsNet5.com, with thanks to Anthony:
CLEVELAND -- An Ohio mosque leader may be leaving the country earlier than expected.NewsChannel5 learned that Imam Fawaz Damra's appeal was dropped in the Court of Appeals.
That means his citizenship remains revoked and the deportation process could begin soon. A judge revoked his citizenship in September 2004.
A jury convicted Damra last year for lying about connections to terrorist organizations on his application for U.S. Citizenship....
Damra is the leader of Ohio's largest mosque, the Islamic Center of Cleveland, in Parma.
Why did they accept him as their leader? Why didn't they reject him because of his terrorist ties?

Will the mosque be closed, or does it get to remain open, with the same mental merchandise, more or less, like one of those stores that sells Oriental rugs and is forever having "going-out-of-business" sales but you eventually realize it is under the same management. Since the "same management" are those same pesky passages in Qur'an, Hadith, and Sira, from which khutbas are, after all, composed -- you didn't think they would suddenly be full of Christian theme-words, did you, like "mercy" and "compassion" and "peace" and how "all men are brothers" (whether or not all Christians take it in, or mean it, is quite another matter -- we are talking about the raw material, the materia prima, from which the ethical tossed salad is made). The ingredients for the khutbas, if you leave out all the, from the Infidel point of view, naughty bits in the Muslim canonical texts, is rather thin -- and no one wants to lose mental or emotional weight in attending the mosque of his choice. Give him that old-time religion, and in Muslim terms, that old-time religion does not mean the kind of theing that the Ministry of Religious Affairs that Ataturk set up to write every carefully-composed khutba, had in mind.
It's a problem. How do we deal with it? One way, the way favored by everyone nowadays, is to pretend the problem doesn't exist. It is simply non-existent, so forget about it.
Good strategy. Now about that Avian Flu that is winging its way closer to our shores...or that comet that is due to hit the earth in 2017....

Well it's a start. Anybody preaching hate does not have a right to be here. But you're right the fact that these people accept this kind of behavior is telling. Can you imagine Christian preachers getting up to the pulpit and spewing this type of talk on say a daily basis. The American people would be on them like white on rice.
Why is it that we are willing to give Muslims a pass?

How much did all the procedures cost the tax payers just to kick out one terrorist. Millions, I bet. How are we going to kick out the other 100,000 other hardcore fanatic roaming this country. Even if the muslims and the ACLU did not fight us tooth and nail, by our legal system, it will cost us a fortune to clean up just a few "nests".

Nice to know you guys can revoke citizenship. This is the perfect case for it. It needs to be done way more often. Other countries need to follow suit too.

Yeah, good questions, given all this talk about moderate Muslims being so shocked at the London attacks and all. You'd think they'd see scum like Damra as part of the problem.

is the same expectation as a German speaking out against what was happening in nazi (German for national socialist a.k.a. totalitarian dictatorship) Germany
terror acts/mental conditioning/psychological neutering (if you're PC brained-washed and accept it without question) against the civilized world are conducted as a warning to its own as well
