An update to the article below. From the WebIndia:
Unidentified terrorists killed around ten persons in three different incidents in Rajouri on Sunday night, despite the Muttahida Jihad Council's (MJC) chief Syed Salahudin having decided to suspend terrorist activities in the quake-hit Valley for the time being, as a condolence over the loss of lives. While five members of two Hindu families were massacred in Rajnagar in the Budhal area, four Hindus were killed in Gabbar village, and one Muslim in Kulhar village.
Budhal is said to be the worst quake-hit area where about 100 houses collapsed and 20 people sustained injuries.
Police said that terrorists barged into two homes in Rajnagar village in Budhal, about 200 km north of Jammu, around 11 pm, and killed the people with sharp-edged weapons.
Stating that it was a clear act of terrorism, Rajouri SSP Jaipal Singh said: "We are investigating". The police are yet to ascertain the terrorist group behind the killings.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan-based Online News agency reported that the MJC on Sunday decided not to carry out jihadi activities in the quake-hit areas in Jammu and Kashmir. Participants of the meeting reportedly expressed their deep sorrow and sympathised with the quake victims.

They are the freedom fighters. They are fighting for the liberation of Kashmir. Pakistan is providing only Moral & diplomatic support to these Mujahideen's.

That`s ok. More retribution awaits them. Their fellow countrymen are finding it out for aiding `jihad`. Last count was 20,000 and still climbing.
Also many muslim martyrs would have died and tunnels closed in.

The earthquake on Saturday is understood to have caused a massive damage to major militant outfits running training camps in Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir (PoK), security sources said here today.
According to central security agencies, the camps of militant outfits like Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashker-e-Taiba, Tehrek-ul-Mujahideen (TuM), Hizbul Mujahideen and Al-Badar had been damaged to a great extent.
All these areas fall within a radius of 10 kilometres from the epicentre of weekend's tremor.
The sources said a wireless intercept of TuM today said one of the outfit's building around Muzzafarbad had been damaged and some militants were buried under it.
They said majority of the training camps were located near the epicentre of the quake with Lashkar's office and hospital in Muzzafarabad being completely razed to ground.
The Harkat-ul--Mujahideen's training centre and Balkote and Batrasi, Jaish-e-Mohammed's camp at Auttuck, Al-Badar's at Oghi, Lashkar's at Mansera and recruitment camp of Hizbul Mujahideen at Jungle-Magal had been damaged to a great extent.

LOL "JanuaryMan" (http://profile.typekey.com/JanuaryMan)
That's why I said that they should publicize or communicate the temporary halt to terror operations more here at http://www.jihadwatch.org/archives/008494.php#c131342.
Maybe the lines of terror communication got cut off as a result of the earthquake.
Here is more fun stuff. The Cybercast News Service is running a poll on Osama's fate.
http://www.cnsnews.com/welcome.asp
What do you think happened to Osama bin Laden in the Kashmir earthquake?
He survived
He was killed
He wasn’t in the region
You can go and vote there at http://www.cnsnews.com/welcome.asp or see the results at http://cnsnews.freepolls.com/cgi-bin/pollresults/452

Was kinda surprised to see the victims' religion stated explicitly as in "4 Hindus killed in budha" etc. India's mostly free and fair media suffers from the same disease that western media suffer from - that of stifling political correctness and a heightened suspicion of the majority religions (Christianity and Hinduism respectively) in their countries.
Then I saw that the news is web based, hence less afflicted the political correctness flu that mainstream media ail from.
Its this free and fair small media that is the real hope of the future as big media slip up on their real role in society.

This is interesting, and you can't beat the "Logic!". If it is in America, it is punishment of being unfaithful. If it is in Kashmir, it is punishment for not waging the jihad strongly enough.
