I interact with Mennonites on a couple of forums, these people are anything but Leftists, as Front Page describes them, unless Leftist has as a definition in their eyes as equating to AntiZionist or anti Israel.

Their desire for peace (if they ever originally had any) has been watered down to unconditional hatred of Western civ and support for the evil ones. I am so thankful for these Peacekeepers.Violence and Peace can not co-exist just as light and darkness can't exist in the same area.

If you want peace in your family do smack your spouse around to get it? Of course not, you may get your spouse to be submissive but do you truly have peace and harmony? NO

If you have issues with your employer do you walk into their office and beat them up or do you set down with them and try to work things out?

When our vets come home do they get to live a more peaceful life. Have you ever heard of post-traumatic stress, suicide, etc. Have you ever woke up in the middle of the night trembling with night sweats? Sounds like great freedom doesn't it?

The fact of the matter is that we adults can not get along because of one reason or another and we are willing to send our children off to DIE because of our mistakes and greed.
