Islamic Extremists: Iraqi Vote 'Satanic'

Just as I predicted before the Iraqi invasion began. This is not to say that a democratic state cannot be established in Iraq, or that it might not perdure. But it will, like Turkey, always be under pressure from the adherents of political Islam, and will have to buy its continued existence via a mixture of force and concessions. From AP:

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Soldiers, patients and prisoners began voting Monday in national elections, three days ahead of the general population, while insurgents denounced the balloting as a "satanic project" but did not threaten to attack polling stations.
The early voting went ahead despite the sound of detonations rumbling across the capital and at least 15 deaths in ongoing violence....

In a rare joint statement, Al-Qaida in Iraq and four other Islamic extremist groups denounced the election as a "satanic project" and said that "to engage in the so-called political process" violates "the legitimate policy approved by God."

The groups vowed to "continue our jihad (holy war) ... to establish an Islamic state ruled by the book (the Quran) and the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad."

However, the statement contained no clear threat to disrupt voting as in the run-up to the Jan. 30 election and the Oct. 15 referendum on the constitution.

The authenticity of the statement could not be verified, but it appeared on a Web site that often publishes extremist material.

Here they go again!!! The political process is "satanic". All this from the praticenners of that "religion of peace" that would blow up their own people to spread Islam. If the way we do things is sooo satanic, why are so many of them coming over here by the droves? I mean, they get to excersise a freedom here in "our COUNTRY" that they can't use in their native countries, FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!! They put down the Bible and Christianity and suffer no reprecussions. Recommend killing Jews, and there is slience. Even from the United Nations that great body of the defenders of peace. But say any thing about Islam or the koran, everybody from Tehran to Hollywood to Kofi Annan is out for your head. But we're the "Great Satan". I say this as a former Marine, from the bottom of my heart, GET THE HELL OUT OF MY COUNTRY!!! Stop soaking up the freedoms that I sacrificed part of my life to defend. And trying use those same freedoms against this land that I love. Please, leave this "Great Satan" and go back to those Islamofeces that you think are so noble and just in denying others from being free from a system that oppresses and subjigates. Please, CAIR go back to what ever cave that you come from, in the name of Islam and Allah.

Foxy... if you haven't figured that one out, you really are in touble. There are many many advantages to move to the West. Let me elaborate for you as you having trouble figuring it out!

1) Goverment policy is refusing to recognize terrorism’s correlation to a religion, striving not to eliminate but to “understand”.

"Intelligence" indicates that the number of British Muslims actively engaged in terrorist activity, whether at home or abroad, or supporting such activity is extremely s m a l l and estimated at less than 1 percent” Given that Britain is home to somewhere between 1.6 million and 3 million Muslims, that is only about 30,000 British Muslims. But it is small compared to the total amount.

2) Youth centers funded in part by governments and the European Union with all facilities for the kids.

3) Great understanding from the Police.
e.g. the Bedfordshire Police (in the UK) issued an 18-point guide on how to handle Muslims suspected of terrorist offenses.
Officers must only use rapid entry only as a last resort and to stand aside when people are praying so as not to disrupt them. Officers are not to touch holy books, Korans or religious artifacts unless they are Muslim officers in a state of ritual purity. And England’s finest are encouraged to remove their shoes when entering Muslim homes, “especially in areas that might be kept pure for prayer purposes.”

I mean back home (ME or PAK) people would be beaten & dragged for minor offences, let alone the major ones.

4) The US in particular doesn’t have a comfortable means of dealing with a religion that is perceived as a security threat. Instead politicians have been consistent in saying that there is nothing inherently threatening about the religion—that, Islam and terrorism are incompatible and that's all we need to hear.

Like British leaders, U.S. officials have gone out of their way to demonstrate solidarity with Muslims—even to the point of insisting that Americans learn to appreciate Islam. I mean we must be the most mis-understood religion on Allah's earth. The West is simply helping the public understand.

5) From home to home....Pakistani-Muslim-turned-Anglican-priest Patrick Sookhdeo says, “British Muslims now have sharia in areas of finance and mortgages; halal food in schools, hospitals and prisons; faith schools funded by the state; prayer rooms in every police station in London; and much more. This process has been assisted by the British government through its philosophy of multiculturalism, which has allowed some Muslims to consolidate and create a parallel society in the UK.

6) Now this is our home...no longer the West “It is said that within 10 to 15 years most British cities in these areas will have Muslim-majority populations, and will be under local Islamic political control, with the Muslim community living under sharia”

So all the above is dandy...if the indeginios minority British get along with the muslim majority...so where is the problem.

Well sneaky cynics ... will remind you of the 30,000 I talked about earlier....that they want to return to the classical Islamic view,....that the world and all mankind are divided into two: the House of Islam, where the Muslim law and faith prevail, and the rest, known as the House of Unbelief or the House of War, which it is the duty of Muslims ultimately to bring to Islam”

They (may) say that the goal is to establish an Islamic state in Britain where Muslims will govern their own affairs (and perhaps as the finishing touch), everyone else’s affairs as well.

I mean can you believe those horrible sneaks...surely they are missing a trick here...surely

Islam will be tamed by teaching them democracy in the West...the trick therefore is not to curb muslim immigration ...but to let more in.

Hmmmmmm, not to sound one-sided but by their own admission, Islamic leaders have maintained that Islam and Democracy are incompatable. What then?

Again, I don't really feel like turning this into an abrasive statment but demographic jihad IS a clear and present threat to the west. One need only look to see multi-culturalist France running into trouble with their immigrant population.

It is the main problem. The Muslim presence, the overbreeding that increases that presence, the continued immigration which has not yet been successfully stopped, and the seeming inability to prevent Da'wa among the most obviously vulnerable parts of the population -- the economically and pscychically marginal, who yearn for a Complete Explanation of the Universe and Regulation of Life. And if, in addition, they rightly perceive Islam (what Islam itself is all about hardly matters, which is way merely reciting the Shehada will do -- one has become a recruit, signed up for the Army of Islam, without reading or needing to read the fine print) as a way to express their alienation from the circumambient society, that makes it perfect.

In return, the most advanced people born into Islam will leave it, when they dare, when they cease to fear for their safety, or cease to worry about ostracism from family and friends. This is not always easy, and the mental freedom, the ending of any necessity to participate in, or defend, nonsense and lies, may not be deemed in every case to be worth it.

My sentiments exactly. But this isn't going to happen on it's own. We must continue to expose these DJ's (demographic jihadists) at every opportunity. We must press our government to stop all forms of muslim immigration, monitor mosques, and stop the preferential treatment that is only encouraging them to breed at a faster rate.

For these brainwashed individuals ultimately seek the demise of our way of life. The muslim poster above who arrogantly states the answer to our problems is to let more muslims into our countries is typical of the DJ mindset. Well this deluded poster needs to open up her burka and let in some air to sober her up. For a growing number of infidels are fed up with these parasites and are organizing to reverse the infestation. I hope you join in this effort.

I am not aware of any war that has been ended by holding an election. Can any of you name one? (If an election is held, at all, it is after one side has won the war.)

It appears that our Iraq policy is no more than wishful thinking. Wasn't the fighting supposed to end after one - or both - prior elections?

Saying that Democracy will fail there, based on the ranting of lunatics, makes about as much sense as condemning all Christians as unable to think, because a few like Jerry Falwell or Pat Robertson are completely insane. But then that's what people on this site are good at, making broad generalizations based on the obvious insanity of a minority, that *are not even from the country they are discussing*. Glad the rest of the world is more optimistic. If you where right, we might as well all commit suicide, because even nuking the entire middle east into a parking lot won't end it.

Robert, is that a concession that democracy might work in Iraq, albeit under constant pressure from Jihadists? If I remember correctly, your past writings suggested that it is unlikely that democracy will take hold in Iraq, and now it appears you are suggesting Iraq may in fact allow the democratic process to work...

Is this not tacitly acknowledging that Bush's policy in Iraq may actually work?

Although I share your view that Bush whitewashes the roots and motivation of Jihad, I have believed that the democratization of Iraq was a worthy cause, and you now appear to share this position..Or maybe I am just misinterpreting u...or maybe not.

I do not want to sound like a catholic manual, but Islamic breeding success is no mystery.

1- Young women are more fertile than older women. Muslim women are married, on average, at much younger age than their infidel counterparts.

2- Female promiscuity increases the rates of STD infections that could render women infertile: a fact that disproportionably affects western societies.

3- The sacristy of committed male partners, the rates of divorce, drives up the marriage age of western women and reduces the total number years when a woman is married or having a committed partner.

3- Contraceptives and abortions dramatically cut down the birth rates, and also they have been shown in certain studies to negatively impact future fertility.

4- The social and economic structure of the West makes it necessary for women to devote the most fertile years of their lives to the pursuits of education and career.

5- The availability of casual and non-committed sex to male Westerners, the gender role confusion and the male frustration associated with it, the steep cost of divorce and the devastating effects it on the financial wellbeing of men in uncertain economic times, all combine to increase the anxiety of many western men about marriage.

6- The consumer materialistic culture, among other economic realties, has made the cost of raising a child quite expensive. How could our grandparents and great-grandparents have raised such large families on so little!

7- The decline of religious and traditional family values in the culture have caused and/ or exacerbated all the previous factors.

8. Scientists have suggested that our rich diets have reduced fertility in developed countries.

But Roger on the western diet's.. just look at the west most of it is a lazy, out of shape two legged pig farm, with butts hanging down and out, bellies over belts, and thighs so thick that people can't walk without building up callouses between them.

The last pig farmer I saw in the news, was a guy in Vancouver, Canada that slaughtered women and made sausages out of them....
