If l were the government lawyer l would say that Turkey was not a muslim land. the only recognied "muslim land" would be it birthplace ,"Saudi arabia", all other lands were taken over from the Christians,etc.

Always helpful to have the statements made by Muslim defendants, and their lawyers, in Muslim lands. In Turkey, in Indonesia, and elsewhere, the lawyers and defendants feel no need to obscure or hide the teachings of Islam. They are forthright. In the United Kingdom, in France, in Spain, in all of Europe and North America, they will, not wishing to harm the "cause of Islam" and its steady uninterrupted march within the Lands of the Infidels, in places where Islam has not yet been permanently established, and the time not yet ripe for revealing too openly the truth (and counting on lazy Infidels not to find out too much -- and so far, those lazy Infidels have been happy to oblige) about Islam.

An interesting comparison can be made (how about a fat Pentagon grant to make it) between the words of the lawyers and defendants in terrorism trials in Muslim countries, and in non-Muslim ones.

Send checks to Robert, Pentagon, and I'll hop right to it. Or, if you wish, simply start a dman bidding process, and have one of those parasite organizations so good at getting millions of dollars for its "studies" of this and that to apply, and win the grant, and then with due portentousness, in the time-honored think-tank or Center for Thisandthat manner, to present what could be dashed off by any sensible person in a day or two, but will take months, and a team, and fancy bound folders, and a press announcement, and distribution "on Capitol Hill," and all the rest, in keeping with the lumbering elephantiasis of official and quasi-official Washington, when quicksilver methods and minds are called for.

If non-Muslims go into Muslim lands and it is considered every Muslim's obligation to fight them, why not reciprocate the sentiment?.......oh I almost forgot - isn't this what we did in Afghanistan and Iraq?

I'm so glad I'm not French. Anyway -

If Muslims go into non-Muslim lands and attack, then non-Muslims have the right to defile Arabic codes of honor, humiliate and invade Muslim lands in retaliation. Infidel reciprocity on every level from hot warfare to chilling social discourse. After all, an eye for an eye seems to be quite within the bounds of Sharia law. How many unarmed, non-military personnel were murdered in Madrid, London, New York, DC, Bali? Anyone know how many militant and armed infidels were slaughtered? Anyone? Not many or any I imagine so to this end there is nothing wrong in getting into a winning fist fight. I saw nothing wrong in literally yanking the mind trust of each nation right out and throwing it in the trash as consequence of attacking the modern world. Let this be testament to what happens when sympathetic Muslims breed hatred for non-Muslims.

What we cannot forget is that this is asymmetrical warfare - One or more nation states engaging an enemy without border or origin. We are vulnerable in that anywhere and anytime, we are at the mercy of a Jihadists choice of "soft" targets. Therefore in order to insure long term survival against militant Islam, "Muslim obligations" and other assorted Islamic gibberish - we too should attack Islams most "soft" and indefensible target. Allah.

Allah, for one, cannot defend "himself" so why not take a shot right at the heart of Islam and disprove Allah? Muslims need only blame their fellow Islamikazes for the threat their powerless god faces. Disprove Islam to the rest of the world and the spread of Islam ends forever.

Defeat the concept of Allah or threaten to inoculate the rest of the world from Islam and within a half century, Islam will be an extinct mythology.

Disproving Mohamed and his silly little friend "Allah" is bloodless. It will take the fight right out militants (since they will find no sympathy) and shove Islams violent and subversive nature into a dark and obscure little hole.

P.I.G. and other such texts are already doing this very thing - weakening and softening up the foundations of Islam with the truth.

If Muslims object to this line of thinking, maybe they should start to reject the militant underpinnings of Islam and re-join the human race in peace.

Everyday there are muslims killing and bombing in countries where they have recently arrived, they seem to be the only ones who cannot accept the simple existance of people of a different religion.
They are ther ones who wish to change the customs of their host country. I cannot understand how polititians are so blind and are ready to give away the liberties of the locals and their rights to profess the religion of their choice.
When I became a US Citizen I had to swear to uphold the US Constitution. How can any one become a US Citizen if they at the same time have to jihad, and how on earth name can this lawyer say that jihad is the equivalent to pray??? Killing, bombing, killing infidels...what is this ? is this a religion of peace?. I believe that our polititians have a duty
to think of the good of the country and demand that the Constitution is No.1., not the rellgions believes of some people.
They can believe, pray the way they want but firstly they have like you and me, respect the Constitution. Where are those concerned that children sing a Christmas Carrol because the separation of State and Religion is not respected according to them? Where are they when this lawyer goes saying that these people they have the right to jihad?
Their rights ends where the rights of others begin.
I am wrong?
Are we so used to find out each day of bombings, killing, decapitating that we are not even shocked anymore...

It is no surprise that CAIR sides with the Jihad ‘heroes’
over the interests of the rest of America’s citizens. If we all turn into crispy fritters one night, after a mini nuke goes off in one, or many, of our Western cities, CAIR will find that many Muslims will perish
(Muslims also died at their workplace on Sep 11, 2001),
but CAIR does not mind, it is all about being a good loyal Muslim,
