HAMAS Targets Spain

I have pointed out for quite some time that in traditional Islamic theology, any land belonging to the Dar Al-Islam belongs to it by right forever. Thus jihadists believe they have a natural right not only to Israel but to Spain. Dr. Rachel Ehrenfeld has more evidence of this in FrontPage:

Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos’ efforts earlier this year to remove HAMAS from the European Union’s terrorist list, have done little to change HAMAS’ agenda. It is not only Palestine that children in the West Bank and Gaza are asked to liberate; now they are asked to liberate Seville. The HAMAS children’s magazine, Al-Fateh, in a recent issue, (No. 66), tells the children about the city called Asbilia (Seville) and calls on them to free it, together with the whole country, from the infidels and to reinstate Muslim rule.

This is how the magazine has the city Asbilia (Seville) telling its story to Hamas’ children: “Salaam Aleykum my dear beloved. I would like to introduce myself: I am the city Asbilia, the bride of the country Andalus (Spain). In the past I was the Capital of the Kingdom of Asbilia… the Arab Muslims, led by the hero-commander Musa bin Nusair, conquered me in 713, after a siege, which lasted one month.

“In the year 97 of the Muslim calendar, the ruler of Andalus, Ayoub bin Habib al-Lahimi moved the Capital to my sister city, Cordoba… in the year 646 of the Muslim calendar, Ferdinand III besieged me and conquered me after a siege which lasted one year and five months, and that was due to the strength of my fortifications and my walls. This is when the Golden Age of the Muslims ended, and Asbilia (Seville) was lost by the Muslims.”

And the story goes on: “However, Muslim cultural expression and symbols still remain witness to the superior Muslim culture on my soil…I yearn that you, my beloved, will call me to return, together with the rest of the lost cities of the lost orchard [Andalus] to the hands of the Muslims so that joy and happiness will fill my land, and you will visit me because I am the bride of the country of Andalus.” (emphasis added)

This telling story comes at a time when Hamas, in English, states that its interest is “to liberate occupied Palestine.” However, this story to liberate Spain, in Arabic, in a form that children can easily relate to, describes the Fatwa issued by Yusuf Qaradawi on December 2, 2002.

The Egyptian-born Yusuf Qaradawi, an al Azhar University-educated member of the Muslim Brotherhood, who resides in Qatar, is one of the most influential Sunni clerics. The Fatwa, which the children’s story reiterates, follows the Muslim Brotherhood’s teachings -- which also serve as the basis of HAMAS’ Charter.

Qaradawi, calls on Muslims to conquer Europe, saying: “Islam will return to Europe as a conqueror and a victor after being expelled from it twice – once from the south, from Andalusia, and a second time, from the east, when it knocked several times on the doors of Athens.” Qaradawi ruled that Muslims should re-conquer “'former Islamic colonies' in Andalus (Spain), southern Italy, Sicily, the Balkans and the Mediterranean islands."

Indeed, the activities of Radical Islamist movements in Spain are nothing new. Imad Eddin Barakat Yarkas was sentenced last September in Madrid, to 27 years in prison for aiding the 9/11 attacks from Spain, and 16 of his co-conspirators were convicted for belonging to al Qaeda. On December 20, 2005, 16 additional al-Qaeda operatives on Spain were arrested for allegedly sending volunteers to wage Jihad in Iraq. These arrests are only the most recent since the March 11, 2004 train bombing in Madrid.

In a series of speeches about the importance of confronting al Qaeda terrorists in Iraq, President George W. Bush acknowledged that their aim is to “establish a totalitarian Islamic empire that reaches from Spain to Indonesia.”

However, this ideology is clearly not limited to al Qaeda’s terrorists. HAMAS’ children magazine, Al Fateh’s call to return Seville “to the hands of the Muslims” is no different than that of al-Qaeda’s call to establish the Caliphate. Evidently, HAMAS’ interests also extend to the liberation and Islamization of all occupied former Muslim territories, according to the dogma of the Muslim Brotherhood from which HAMAS originated.

Apparently encouraged by successful Jihad against Israel, HAMAS is now raising the ante, going international. Just as they have indoctrinated a generation of Palestinian children to commit suicide attacks against Israelis, they are now expanding their targets to include the rest of the Caliphate -– beginning with Spain. It is only a matter of time, before today’s Palestinian children, and others exposed to HAMAS’ publications start offering themselves up for the next stage of Jihad in Spain.

Yep, so much for electing Zapatero the submissive. The Spaniards foolishly believed they would be left in peace if they did Bin Ladens bidding by electing Zapatero, but they've been given that most painful of lessons - give into Islamists once, and they'll keep coming back and demanding more, until they've taken your freedom and your life. The list of demands Islam makes on the infidels is endless - both in volume and in length of time. The cult of PC must be ended in all infidel lands - NOW!!!, otherwise Islam will achieve its goal of submerging the entire planet into a bleak and watery Dark Ages grave of intolerance, despair, misogyny, backwardness, brutality, bestiality and sadism - all in the next 100-150 years. Just think back to the days when we were kids and had dreams about what the 22nd, 23rd, 24th and so on centuries would be like - we had dreams of the most amazing things - interstellar travel just like on Star Trek etc - an amazing futuristic world. Never did we imagine that those centuries might well mean a return to the barbaric and hellish ways of the 7th century. But that looks on the cards, as Islam has a long history of destroying every civilization it has come into contact with, as John Wesley put it during the 18th century: "Ever since the religion of Islam appeared in the world, the espousers of it... have been as wolves and tigers to all other nations, rending and tearing all that fell into their merciless paws, and grinding them with their iron teeth; that numberless cities are raised from the foundation, and only their name remaining; that many countries, which were once as the garden of God, are now a desolate wilderness; and that so many once numerous and powerful nations are vanished from the earth! Such was, and is at this day, the rage, the fury, the revenge, of these destroyers of human kind." These are words that are just as valid today as what they were when they were written around 250 years ago (Wesley lived from 1703-1791), and if the likes of Pelayo and Frederick and Isabella could come back to life, read about this, and see Spain today, they'd weep.

Baghdad and many other cities in Iraq all have an Al-Andaluz street. And the same is true -- perhaps others can fill in with the names of streets and squares all over the Arab countries within Dar al-Islam, where the names are not mere memorials, but something more immediate, in the history-haunted consciousnesses of Arab Muslims (for whom the Americans are now beaving, they like to say, just like Hulego and the Mongols in 1258 -- a disgusting parallel, but telling that what happened in 1258 remains so rhetorically vivid). The American consulate in Jiddah sits on the corner of Andaluz and Palestine streets (just tell the taxi driver you'd like to be dropped at the corner of "Palestine" and "Andaluz")-- have any of the Americans who have visited that building bethought themselves, and wondered what the "Andaluz" part was all about (we know, alas, what the "Palestine" part is all about -- the never-to-be-ended intention to eliminate altogher, after first shrinking to ludicrous dimensions, the Infidel state of Israel).

Thesis topic: Arab Toponyms and What They Tell Us. If you are a graduate student at Georgetown, Columbia, Harvard, Yale, and another few hundred schools, however, a little advice -- choose another topic.

I just finished reading a new book Knowing The Enemy by Mary Habeck. It is truly both informative and frightening.
The "education" of Palestinian children makes sense if we understand salafist ideology.

Recommend this book to your friends who are not
aware of who and what the enemy really is.

I declare that ALL of the middle-east is exclusively mine, because I found a book in the library that says I have a natural ability and right by nature to do so.

In the name of "Bozo the Clown," may his name be forever blessed, it is now my divine right!

House of Saud, move over!

Wait till this sinks in and people realize that Greece, Rumania, Crimea, Hungary, Sicily, Bugaria, India and Yugoslavia all must be surrendered to Islam. Why can't Christianity make the same claim to Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Turkey, Iraq, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon?

Posted by: georgelarson [TypeKey Profile Page] at December 30, 2005 1:26 PM

And soon they will consider that they have their claim to possession in perpetuity of the area of my family and childhood home in East London, and my husband's family home in Yorkshire.

georgelarson, you forgot to mention France. Oops, almost forgot, that country is already in the process of surrendering to Islam.

Hey Spain, want to take back all that anti America crap? Hamas now has it's sights on you. (And how about you Canada? That Muslim that was elected called it a "victory for Islam"!!!) The Spainards elected a spineless, lingiune back, prime minister thinking that the Islamofeces would leave them alone. WRONG!!! You're in worst trouble now than before they blew up you trains. the Islamofeces don't respect you now. And they are coming to reclaim what they think is their land, SPAIN!!! But not to worry, we (the United States) will save you from the nice terrorists. Don't look to the French. They'll only surrender faster than Jar Jar Binks (My give up, my give up). Don't count on Germany. They're too busy releasing imprisoned Muslim terrorist to Syria, so that terrorist groups will release a fellow Muslim hostage. Yes, your only hope is America, with it's big guns, airplanes and ships. Yep, Zapatero may now have to ask the "Cowboy Commander in Chief" of the free world for help. How about that? Canada, you'd better watch your ass as well. You've got an Islamic rat in your House of Commons!!!

Nitwit FREEPERS. Yeh win the hearts and minds of the Spaniards..call them names and insult them.

Makes you feel better, superior doesn't it, but nothing like losing the war and the battle.

FREEPER's are the dumbest shits on the face of the earth outside of Muslims.

Keep up the barrage of epithets and the west will surely lose the war the Jihadi's started aeons ago.

I was reading an article in "Asharq Alawsat" (Arab newspaper/website published in London) about a widow of a jihadist. In the English version of the article she spoke of living in Southern Spain. In the Arabic version, she spoke of living in "Occupied Al-Andalusia".

Those are very typical dichotomies of what the English-language Arabic websites convey versus what is written in Arabic.

BTW, Mr. Spencer, I also studied Arabic with Dr. Cortes at the University of North Carolina. He was an excellent professor. I was a mediocre student.

Spirit Of 1683,

I agree that Zapatero is submissive, for he took the opportunistic measure of removing Spanish troops from Iraq, thereby depriving the US of support.

But it would be a great error to assume that his opponents, the Partido Popular (PP), are better.
They are no pro-US and pro-Israel saviours, for they are the inheritors of Franco's policies and are very anti-Israel, and only very reluctantly, for the sake of convenience, become allies of the US.

The rank and file of the Partido Popular reeks of pro-Arabism (Franco, as former friend of Hitler, was pro-Palestinian and never had relations with Israel). Among the PP supporters there are any number of Al-Andalus admirers (those who think that Muslim Spain was paradise) and very few wholesome believing Christians.

So it would be an illusion to think that by supporting Zapatero's opponents one is advancing the cause of those who are firmly against the expansion of Islam in Europe.

Remember that Aznar, the former PP party boss and then Spanish leader, tried to cover up the evidence of the islamic terror attack in Madrid and tried to blame the Basques. How can you count on people like that to deal with the threat of Islam over Europe?

Posted by: rocky [TypeKey Profile Page] at December 30, 2005 10:50 PM

Looking at this, Israel's move to withdraw from Gaza looks somewhat brilliant. Due to the fence, Hamas can't penetrate Israel, but after claiming a victory in Gaza (even though Yassin & Rantisi got smoked), they are now setting their sights in Europe.

What strikes me is how they have picked anti-US countries, like Spain, as their first target, rather than Eastern European countries that were not only part of the Ottoman Empire, but also allies of the US in Iraq, like Bulgaria. If that's how they are going to proceed, it's only a matter of time before the governments in these countries collapse in favor of more anti-Islamic governments, and (hopefully), there will be fewer allies of the Arab league and the OIC in the UN, particularly from Europe.

From "Isabella of Spain - The Last Crusader" by historian William Thomas Walsh:

"King Fernando replied, 'We must first drive the Turks off the shores of Italy.'
He referred to what all men knew, the imminent danger that overshadowed all Christendom as the conquering Mohammedans advanced through the Mediterranean. Something like a chill spread through Europe when it became known in 1479 that the Grand Turk, Mohhammed II was besieging Rhodes.
Since Venice had abandoned the crusade in 1479, sacrificing Christian Albania in the treaty of Stamboul to preserve her own trade with Levant, the only remaining Christian naval power that offered any obstacle to the Turkish mastery of the Mediterranean was that of the Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem, who had withstood the Moslems on the Island of Rhodes for a century, and had made themselves the terror of the infidel pirates. In 1480 Mohammed II brought all his thunderbolts to bear on Rhodes with the intent of ridding himself of so troublesome an enemy; but all his armament could not prevail against the heroism of Pierre d'Aubusson and his knights, who fought off the invaders for two months and at last repulsed them after a furious battle in the great breach opened by the Moslem artillery.
Having failed at Rhodes, the Great Turk dispatched his fleet to Italy. They sailed along the coast of Apulia, and on August 11, 1480 actually took by storm the city of Otranto in the Kingdom of Naples. Of the 22,000 inhabitants, the barbarians bound 12,000 with ropes and put them to death, thus helpless, with terible tortures. They slew all the priests in the city. They sawed in two the aged Archbishop of Otranto, whom they found praying before the altar. On a hill outside the city, now known as Martyr's Hill, they butchered many captives who refused to become Mohammedans, and threw their corpses to the dogs."

The struggle continues. Those who will not learn from history are destined to relive it.

You are a lot, lot mistaken Rocky, it´s false that PP were franquists. In PSOE there are more franquists, in addition, Franco wanted relationships, he saved jews in II World War, and Israel refused.
Zapatero is anti-semitic, anti-american and anti-christian but if you want to trust in him respect PP, you are very mistaken.

The position of the authentic Spanish people,
are in this old articulate, that I and some more people made and don´t get to spread in Internet at its moment:_________________________________

Spain is going through difficult times after the terrorist bombing in Madrid on March 11th. The new Spanish government has since let our western allies down and lays on its knees in front of the Islamic terror. In return, anger and criticism against our country grow amongst our natural allies

Needless to say that us, Popular Party voters, regret and mourn all the allies casualties in the war against terror. Neither former prime minister Mr Aznar, nor the recently elected new party leader Mr Rajoy would have fled Iraq as cowards. Spanish troops withdrew shortly after a new government was elected. The socialists, led by the fool Mr Zapatero, took advantage of the post terror attack atmosphere. They are strongly supported by a multimedia corporation called PRISA which holds 80% of the Spanish mass media and their tightly-knit relationship suggests that PSOE-PRISA are the same thing.

Since the very day of the attack, PRISA media spread false news with the aim to create a climate of distrust, leading the citizens all over the country to join the riots and demonstrations against the legitimate government ; their clear goal was to mislead the population into believing that their government was lying and trying to hide information about the bombing. Once the feeling of being lied to had spread, it was much easier to have the polling result changed.

PRISA´s media and the socialist party´s lack of loyalty had already brewed a “coup d´etat”, the day after the massacre.

Two days later, an honest government, loyal to its allies, was defeated.

Moreover PRISA managed to flood not only Spanish but also Europe and USA press with half truths, by means of their well-placed agencies. Meanwhile a few independent newspapers are releasing worrying, shocking news. PRISA and Mr Zapatero´s government are continuously trying to hide information and to undermine the Parliamentary Commission investigations created to clarify the March 11-14th events.

While there are plenty of unknowns, every week new information questions who was really responsible for the train bombing. Although there were police informers involved, and judges who had tapped the terrorists' communications and were controlling their whereabouts a few days short of the terrible date, the government was not informed. High police officers, deputies, and Intelligence agents who maliciously provided the government with wrong files whilst giving the correct ones to the political opposition.

Still today Alqaeda has not claimed responsibility for the slaughter, the only thing that can be assumed is that the goal was a political takeover aiming to split the Coalition Forces in Iraq.

The consequences of media helping the Islamic terrorists could be devastating for the freedom and Western democracies. PRISA group, by means of the numerous agencies they control, has a strong influence in many latin American countries, even in the USA. For instance, it is surprising that the WARNER Corporation does business with PRISA dispite the fact that they consent and do not condemn the terrorism against US army or American interests.

Unfortunately, our enemy lives in our own backyard and we will not get rid of them unless strong measures are taken. The first step to achieve this is to cut any commercial relationship with PRISA.

Last but not least let us remember that not all Spanish people agree with a government that is a friend of the terrorists. Our hearts and thoughts are with the allies troops fighting against terrorism in Iraq, Afganistan and anywhere else in the world.

Posted by: Isle66 [TypeKey Profile Page] at December 31, 2005 5:53 AM

The liberation of Spain is a great Christian victory that still eats at Islam. The Reconquista puts the lie to the myth that once a people become Muslim they can never be re-converted. Andalucia was successfully de-Islamized by the policies of Blessed Isabella of Castille and this should be an example for us today.

In fact, many of the Muslims and their offspring who converted to the Catholic Faith (even under pressure) became great leaders of Cristendom. Saint John of the Cross was the son of Muslims "forcibly" converted to Catholicism and he is the father of Spanish poetry as well as one of the greatest doctors of the Church. His co-worker in the Faith, Saint Teresa of Avila was a grand-daughter of a converso out of Islam.

Perhaps, if the West can return to its Christian roots and confront Islam head on, we will see this kind of glory again.

May the thousands of Holy Martyrs who died during the Muslim oppression of Spain, intercede for her salvation.

Hey, is there anywhere that this cult doesnt think belongs to them.... I have heard that they believe that either all of Australia or parts of Australia belongs to the also,,, Indonesian children are taught that we are part of Indonesia, and that one day we will belong to them. scary eh....

Posted by: Gaye [TypeKey Profile Page] at December 31, 2005 10:19 AM

Islam can very easily be defeated if all the non Muslim countries cooperate. Spain expelled them after 700 odd years. The west should stop all this nonsense of political correctness and call a spade a spade and kick out the Muslims from their lands, they have overstayed and abused the generous nature of the West. Muslims are the most ungrateful of all humans as their religion teaches nothing of value except revenge, murder and so forth.

Isle66,
I was watching Spanish TV [which we get on the Israeli cable TV service] the day after 3/11. I saw Aznar and the interior minister saying that it was probably the Basque ETA. I don't know whether or not Aznar was being fed with false info by his police and intelligence, but surely he should have thought that an attack of the 3/11 magnitude resembled 9/11 more than it did the usual ETA attacks. Maybe if Aznar and his government had been more honest, and frank with the public they could have turned the event into support for themselves.

Posted by: Eliyahu [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 1, 2006 12:11 AM

The Islamists are picking European Nations in the order that they originally fell.

Modern Spain and Portugal fell first, hence why Spain and Portugal are both number one on their list, while Greece, Serbia, and other Balkan Countries are pretty low on the list of priorities.

Naturally since Islamists are mindless they plan to do everything as their ancestors did, and so are also targetting France, and will try an attack on France before setting their sights east.

It should be remembered that during the first Jihad against Europe France had a backbone, and that France saved the Western World from the rule of Islam when Charles Martel defeated the Muslims at the Battle of Tours. It is also worth noting that Sarkozy is very popular, and his support for the United States and Israel is high.

On Spain, Franco's old party is as anti-semitic now as it was when Franco was alive, why would any sane person support it?

Posted by: Druze [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 1, 2006 5:04 AM

I like that "superior Muslim culture." Isn't that awfully ethnocentric? Almost racist, for crying out loud? Is that "superior culture" why the Arab countries produce so little, besides oil and natural gas, that the rest of the world buys?

Posted by: Eliyahu [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 1, 2006 8:42 AM

And the Qaradawi who wants to reconquer Spain for Islam, isn't he the same Qaradawi who is such a close buddy of RedKen, IslamoNazi mayor of London?
When Ken invites Mr Q to London, isn't that an insult to a fellow EU member state, to Spain? Why doesn't the Spanish govt [el gobierno de Su Majestad el Zapatero Real] protest to the British govt [el gobierno de Su Majestad Carlos Principe de Gales y de tonterias] about invitations to someone who has called for war on Spain? Isn't Ken aiding and abetting a warmonger? Or does he think that Spanish independence is a small price to pay for peace in our time?

But then you have Senor Moratinos, Span foreign minister, defending Hamas, the enemy of his own country. Moratinos once said, after shuttling between Damascus and Jerusalem, that he had heard "the drums of peace" in Damascus. This extraterrestrial minister, foreign to the Planet Earth, cannot formulate a reasonable metaphor. Perhaps "drums of peace" works on Moratinos' planet, but here on earth it does not seem to be quite right. It's more of an oxymoron.

Posted by: Eliyahu [TypeKey Profile Page] at January 1, 2006 8:56 AM

You are right Mr. Eliyahu.
But previously ETA tried to attempt in Madrid, (Christmas of the 2003) against the same train station, with the same system of explosives (luckyly that time the police was able to stop the attack), Chance?.
Another detail, is that some material authors of the attack of the 03/11, are musulmans who and affiliated to the PSOE. Chance?
And finally (but not all, we know more evidences) we know that before the attempt, the torroists was controlled by the police towards weeks or months, by units whose police heads was very near to the PSOE. Another chance? Too much for my pleasure.

Aznar don´t lie to the public, his government was giving information in real time, and it was his mistake. No other government in the world, give to his citizens this class and quantity of information, after an terrorist attack.
In Spain we had an autententic “coup d´etat”.
With all the information that we have today, we now that material authors of the attempt was Islamists, but is not clear at all who use them.

(Sorry for may poor english)

Mr. Druze you said that:

”On Spain, Franco's old party is as anti-semitic now as it was when Franco was alive, why would any sane person support it?”

Franco is die, the only anti semitic persons in Spain was the voting and members of the radical and old political left, headed by the treasonous Zapatero.
In links below, you can see PP´s people, front the Iran embassy in Spain last 11-11-05.

That Spain is a target isn´t new, remember Khomeini last will. In Pakistan you´ll find an University called Qurtuba (Cordoba), and you only have to type “Andalus” in google and search…
I think that the real problem in Spain is the lack of trust in our politicians. There is a feeling of hide anger against them, people think that they only care about power and money, that they are a “class” apart of us. Our democracy is quite young, but this could be a growing cancer that could kill it.
About pro-arab (better, pro-muslim) feeling…, well, before Perejil/Leila island issue, and later, Madrid bombings, it was quite usual see teenagers with a “palestinian” around their necks. Now it is difficult find just one in the street markets (before that, it was usual).
You´ll see in the news that now, Muslims can learn Islam in the schools, and so. Outside that look smart, but inside Spain it doesn´t look so smarter. Before, a Mosque can build without problems, but now they are facing problems, not with politicians, but with the neighbourhood (http://www.mezquitanogracias.com/). Perhaps Zapatero is going to have the same mistake than Aznar, be deaf of what is cooking inside his country.

I´m sorry for my poor (awful) English. Please, be mercy with me, I´m just learning.

rocky, tu eres un gilipollas mentiroso, como todos los de tu ralea. y ahora un poco de verdad:

Besides what isle and Franze have said I would like to add more information. Obviously not all Spaniards agree with our silly president Zapatero, or the stupid foreign affairs Moratinos. And there are millions of Spaniards (mostly young people) pro-US and pro-Israel. You only have to visit our antiZP blogsphere. We attended to demonstration against Iran and in defence of Israel last December. Almost all the antiZP (anti-socialist) blogs advertised the demonstration and people living in Madrid attended as you can see in the links provided by isle.

Right-wing Spaniards are pro-US, pro-UK and pro-Israel. Mr. Aznar speech in Jerusalem last year against terrorism is another proof.

I only would like to give you more information about Madrid Terrorist Attacks 3/11. Now we have more information about the investigation and the truth is that de socialist in Power are boycotting the investigation. There are a lot of proofs relating Madrid terrorist with socialist and every day it seems more a Coup d´état than a Terrorist Attack.

Isle provided you information about what the socialist and PRISA did those days, but here you can download in English the first chapter of El Mundo investigations about the terrorist attack, that shows what I wrote before:

http://www.indignados.com/descargas/el_mundo_investigation.pdf

Here you can read that some Americans now think that what I stated about the Coup d´état is true:

http://www.nationalreview.com/gaffney/gaffney.asp

And finally, If you want to know the real situation in Spain I recommend you this on-line newspaper:

http://www.spainherald.com/

All the information you get from Spain comes from PRISA, the information monopoly that work for socialists and communists in Spain.

Well, Spaniards like me need help from outside to fight against terrorism, but too to fight against our dictatorial socialist government. And the information is the only weapon that we have.

Thanks,

HLH
