New York Muslim Leader Backs Iranian In Saying Holocaust Is 'Exaggerated'

Sheik Fadhel al Sahlani comes out for the Thug-In-Chief. From the New York Sun, with thanks to all who sent this in:

The leader of a large Shiite mosque in Queens has joined the new Iranian president in disputing the Holocaust, saying the Nazi massacre of an estimated 6 million Jews during World War II "has been exaggerated."

"The numbers which have been mentioned are too much," the spiritual leader of the Imam Al Khoei Islamic Center in Jamaica, Sheik Fadhel al Sahlani, told The New York Sun. Sheik al Sahlani, who said his mosque has a membership of about 3,000, said that the killing of innocent Jews during the war was "an injustice" but that the extent of Nazi persecution needed further examination. "The numbers, the reasons, we have to study more," he said.

In that light, Sheik al Sahlani voiced his support for Iran's proposal to hold a conference on the Holocaust in Tehran, saying there is "nothing wrong with studying more." The conference is likely to include scholars who deny that the Holocaust took place.

Undoubtedly the Iranian conference on the vastly exaggerated, perhaps even never-happened, calculated mass murder of Jews some sixty years ago and the urging of a new and final genocide of this primary target of Mohammed's ire to hasten the Islamic end of days.

The future scenario envisioned by the conference attendees: Once Iran, under the leadership of its president (so aptly labeled "Thug-in-Chief" by Robert), has "wiped Israel off the map" (after it could not be moved to Europe or elsewhere) a conference will be held by to deny that any Jews were murdered in a preemptive strike as such an entity as Israel or Jews ever existed.

Only problem is what to do with the "Palestinians" that occupy Judea, Samaria and Gaza as well as the "Israeli"-Arabs who would all share the fate of the rest of the population of the entity whose existence was vastly exaggerated. And then, what about the "noble sanctuary" and other Islamic "holy" places?

One solution would be to remove all these obstacles to the extermination of Jews before the Iranian strike.

In that case a strike by whomever to preempt the Iranian preemptive strike would be in order.

Your honor, I submit the "Imams" quotation as exhibit A in my contention that a moderate muslim is one who has converted to another religion. My experience has been that even " moderate muslims" hate and have a seething jealously of the jews.
The denying of the holocaust, or any attempt to "re-examine" the holocaust by denziens who obviously hate the jewish people, is hate speech, and should be treated by the local authorities as such. Is hate speech protected speech ?...I ain't a lawyer, and I don't know. But it shouldn't be.
This "high priest" of Islam is just another towel-headed national security risk, and should be deported ASAP. A closer examination of his "sermons" would most likely cross into the territory of sedition, and cannot be tolerated by a free society.

DEPORT THIS PIECE OF FILTH AND HIS CONGREGATION
A MODERATE MUSLIM IS ONE WHO HAS CONVERTED TO ANOTHER RELIGION
ISLAM IS OPPRESSION

Wait a second, I thought the Holocaust was a "punishment from god"?

What qualifies these arrogant muslim pseudo-historians to dispute the historical facts of the Holocaust? Sixty years after the fact, they are determined once again to revise history.

The only possible motive for their desire to generate doubt about the extent of the pogrom is to further dispute the legitimacy of Israel. A conference of muslim demagogues to "study" the Holocaust is ludicruous. It's only purpose would be to further inflame the ignorant muslim hordes against Israel, and foment more muslim hatred against the Jews.

If Israel does not address the nuclear situation in Iran, nobody else will. Afghanistan and Iraq, both of which were far less threatening than Iran, are more than we can handle, and the U.N. won't do a damned thing but talk about it until it's too late. The crazy mullahs were bad enough but the new president appears to be truly mad. He is frightening and capable of anything.
