1938 and Islam Forbids Suicide Alerts from Iran Focus, with thanks to Mackie:
Tehran, Iran, Feb. 13 – A senior commander of Iran’s elite Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) vowed that following the printing of insulting cartoons of Islam’s prophet Muhammad in European dailies, the Islamic Republic’s suicide volunteers abroad were being placed on readiness alert to attack United States and Israeli interests.Mohammad-Reza Jaafari, the commander of Iran’s “Lovers of Martyrdom Garrison” and a Brigadier General in the IRGC, said, “Now that America is after gaining allies against the righteous Islamic Republic and wants to attack our sanctities, members of the martyrdom-seeking garrisons across the world have been put on alert so that if the Islamic Republic of Iran receives the smallest threat, the American and Israeli strategic interests will be burnt down everywhere”.
He was speaking to a group of suicide volunteers in Shahr-Rey, on the outskirts of Tehran, on Saturday evening.

The information age tends to transmit far and wide stuff these islamo-nuts aim to ram down the throats of their homebase and probably didn't mean for foreign consumption... Like listening in to what Arafart was saying in Arabic after taking western aid (quite the opposite of the western translation he would give in English, btw).
The scary part now is that maybe the Iranians want this propaganda to get into foreign airwaves...
Pls go ahead and hev these iranian martyr bozos try their stunts. Once bombs go off in major western cities, moderate enablers and apologists of muzlim madness won't get the time of the day from an aroused citizenry. Or so the hope goes...

The bluster of the Iranian regime knows no bounds. It is however instructive that they are so upset that America appears to be winning the "hearts and minds" of Europe vis a vis the global Jihad. All they seem to be able to offer in response is suicide-cult threats. Did anyone in the audience notice that it was in Europe that the cartoons were published, and not the US or Israel? The Islamic regime is rushing headlong and with relish toward its confrontation with the US (and Israel, if they can manage it in time). Such hubris.

We can only hope that the IRGC gets a hold of a bunch of defective fuses...the kind that fail to detonate...or better yet...ones that activate early...like real early, say when the explosives are first straped onto the body...bastards!

I see many innocent muslims around the world being attacked and murdered if these threats are carried out in the west.
Westerners have just about had enough of the inactivity from so called "peaceful moderate muslims" who stand by with a smirk on their face every time terrorists cause another attrocity and do nothing to condemn it.
When western governments do nothing but pacify these neanderthals THE PEOPLE WILL RISE and there will be no police force big enough to stem the avalanch of western retaliation against muslims... their mosques houses and businesses will be burned to the ground, I fear their women will be raped and there will be nowhere to hide.
The fuse in the west is burning short.

Jaafari... Any relation to the guy tapped to be Prime Minister in Iraq?
As for the bold-faced portion above, Iran may be posturing to some extent, but the ample precedents of jihadist behavior make it all entirely possible-- indeed, quite likely.
Then, how does someone live in that mindset? It's unimaginable to the civilized, non-death-obsessed person. Does Jihad Human Resources give one of them a call and say, "Yeah, we're gonna have to ask you to go ahead and die today. Sorry about the short notice"?
Do they just keep those guys in barracks indefinitely, or do they manage to function in society? And how do they keep the fervor of "alert" status up, without second thoughts creeping in? Without a timetable or some sense of imminent deployment, which was in effect for both the Palestinian bombers and Japanese kamikaze, what kind of psychological engineering do they have to impose to be able just to throw the "killswitch" on one of those volunteers? Wouldn't they get a little impatient to carry out their "training?"
"Talk about stranger than fiction." If Orwell himself had come up with this story, his editor might have sent it back, calling it too far-fetched.

Re: "Iran’s suicide bombers threaten to “burn down” U.S. interests." I see such threats as a sign of weakeness from the 2nd of the 3 members of the Axis of Evil Club.
I have found that just as arrogance is a cover for insecurity, that threats and bravado are a cover for weakness. Real power is restrained.
At the end of World War II there were similar threats that emanated from Germany (of "Ware-wolves" and "secret weapons" that would "kill every American and Russian," e.g.). The threats became fiercer as the allies closed the ring on Germany and Hitler.
The truth is that the leadership of Iran (as much an enemy of humankind as the leadership of Nazi Germany-and potentially more dangerous), is being geopolitically surrounded, north, south, east, west(from Iraq in the west, Pakistan, Afghanastan in the east, etc.)-and its happening just as it happened with Hitler's Germany-but its happening sooner than happened with Nazi Germany because we do not intend to make same mistake twice.
The ring is getting tighter-and they know it.

In four days the United States erased a regime and its invincible army that the Iranians could only manage to stalemate over a period of eight years. Iran is a bigger country so maybe its total destruction may take a few days longer.

I guarantee that our military leaders are taking these statements as such.
My money is on the Chiefs of Staff to do the right thing now once the order is finally given. If we really want to gauge what's going on, we should just follow the whereabouts of our biggest generals. The more often they are in the White House, the more you can bet that they aren't just sipping tea and coffee and talking about the Winter Olympics with the President.

Portugal detains 'Islamic extremist'
PORTUGUESE police said today they had detained an Islamic extremist who is one of the Netherland's most wanted men because of his suspected links to terrorist activities.
The unidentified man had taken part in a terrorist training camp in Yemen and is thought to have had contacts with the alleged network of terrorists known as the "Hofstad" group, police said in a statement.
He was one of three men detained in Portugal over the past week who are wanted in the Netherlands in connection with a shooting late last year at a Rotterdam nightclub which left three people dead and another three seriously injured.
Two of the men were arrested yesterday while a third had been detained last week, the police statement said.
The Netherlands has already sought the extradition of the man who is suspected of having attended the Yemen training camp, it said.

Tom:
It would be advantageous if you would read the thousands of comments on the peaceful (civilians) and the violent Muslims (combatants). There is no difference.
The moderate peaceful Muslims have the same desire to conquer the world for Islam. They sit and do nothing to protest the murders of tens of thousands of innocents by their fellow Muslims. There silence is deafening in its support of the violence by their fellow Muslims.
When the Muslims bring the war to America, you will have three choices, you can fight and kill as many of the Muslims as you can or can surrender and become a Muslim or be executed.
Why do you think our federal government has been surveilling mosques with giger counters for the last few years??? Muslims have suit case nukes in America and will use them at the opportune time.
When this occurs, what will you do?? Are you prepared??? Are you ready??
I expect what is left of our federal government and our military to turn the Middle East into a sheet of glass. If they do not, then there will be a new government elected that will.
Innocents died in Japan from America's nukes to save the lives of American soldiers.
I and countless other Americans value our freedoms and our country a hell of a lot more than Islam and all of its vile and evil followers. If they do not wish to die in a war with America, then they need to defeat the violent Muslims in Islam. This will never happen for all of Islam has one goal in mind and that is to conquer the world.
The Texican,
Freedom. The only choice at any cost.

Tom,
Just because you can string two words,
"moral", and "imbecility", together, doesn't
mean that you actually have a point of any kind.
That kind of vacuous insult suggests that you're
just a plain old imbecile.
A nuclear attack on Iran need not target
civilians specifically, though, of course, many
will die, even in a conventional attack. Lots of
plans are now being tossed about, including the
destruction of Iran's oil production capability.
Oh well, it's a great old world we live in!
at February 13, 2006 10:30 PM
Regarding the "Enola Gay" issue, I think it's the distinction that's being made is that if we're induced to go to war, we in the West don't target civilians like the terrorists who go carry bomb belts into pizza parlors, or fly planes into office buildings.

ADN THEN THERE IS THIS DOUBLE TALK FROM OUR "PALS" THE SAUDIS!
Saudi Ambassador Comments on Bombings
By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
Filed at 12:11 a.m. ET
"The ambassador said bin Laden had created a cultlike attitude in which recruits ''devote themselves and sacrifice their lives without question.''
''Nothing justifies any terrorist act whether through suicide bombing or through any other activity,'' al-Faisal said.
NORTHING DOESN'T MEAN NOTHING,
"Still, he distinguished the suicide attacks carried out by Palestinian groups against Israel, saying the attacks were justified by groups like Hamas and Islamic Jihad as ''legitimate means of war under occupation.''
MORE DOUBLE TALK
On the issue of freedom of religion, al-Faisal acknowledged that officials needed to do better in a country where Christians and Jews are often forced to practice their religion in secret."
HERE COMES THE BUT
"But he also said Muslims felt a sense of injustice. Muslims, he said, believe in the prophets and holy texts of other religions. He asked why followers of those faiths do not do the same.
IN OTHER WORDS CONVERT TO ISLAM AND YOU CAN STILL BE JEWS OR CHRISTIANS
"''Why don't you accept our Quran as your book as we accept your Bible in its entirety whether Old Testament or New Testament?'' he asked."
WHY? BECAUSE THE KORAN MEANS THE LOSS OF FREEDOM NOT TO BELIEVE IN THE KORAN!

Great video!
I had the impression they wanted to say more. Even so it was very encouraging for some truth to be aired.
Having full knowledge of what the Qur'an and Sunnahs teach I wouldn't trust them unless they publically declared they have left Islam. Somehow, I think there is a hidden agenda in this or maybe I am just paranoid.

If all is so great in the kingdom of Allah why then is Jaafari not on the next cloud outta here.Sorry,my mistake, according to him you must first murder a few Americans then you are given a pass.Thank GOD (the christian ONE)our way to the everafter is paved with good and humane intentions,@Thou shalt not kill.Love thy enemy as you love yourself etc etc.

l am still waiting to see the peace in islam, where is it? one of few good things coming from this whole episode with the cartoons, that is awakening the sleepy Western masses, and many will question the very myth of peace be upon you by a muslim, and perhaps will find out whatis in the koran. if the political elite do not, the rest of the country will look for themselves. l dont understand how any literate Westerner can actually think islam is a relgion of peace.

That is the thing -
These Muslims are making it pretty clear that they want to dominate Europe and the planet with the religion.
And in Western nations we are all being encouraged to be open and welcoming - to a group that clearly has alternative intentions. They don't wish to join us - they want to take us over.
These poor hungry people who arrive on Europe's shores searching for a job - now want to take over the place.
___________
The people in Europe are saying - everywhere that we feel that there is a problem with the Islamic people here. When will our leaders being to listen?
Here's are some possible solutions for:-
____________
Islam in Europe
____________
A good idea would be to help the Islamic peoples to make their lives better in their own countries - so that they don't have to come here in such great numbers.
When they do come as refugees - see that Islamic people are housed in dispersed areas, which help them to integrate better.
Know that a significant majority - will not be loyal to their adopted country - no matter how many citizen tests they have been put through.
Invite them to go home to their former countries - with financial incentives and the support needed to set up a shop or small business or to own property - in their native homelands.
Regulate Islamic schools - to ensure that the teachings of these schools correspond with being a citizen of that country.
Ensure that the girls are not hidden away and never taught.
Make sure these girls are not being sold into marriage - under the age of 20 or even up to 25 to those without European passports. These are primarily financial transactions – between the male members of the families and some male in a non EU country. We are paying to this – in the perpetuation of poverty, from one generation onto the next.
Create very ‘open’ outlets for Islamic women who want to leave their families or abusive husbands. As their troubles are our troubles. If Islamic women become truly empowered – it is they more than anyone else, who can moderate that society.
Perhaps a government sponsored active Islamic women’s empowerment initiative. One that is careful not to be run under the Islamic law – one that allows Islamic women to better fit in with the rest of society, with the intention of introducing them to Western ideals. In this way they can make better informed choices, about the way they want to conduct their own lives.
France has already taken steps to halt the influx of low educated migrants from the Islamic world - We need the rest of Europe to take similar steps, to seriously curb the amount of these migrants arriving.
Actively spy on the Mosques – the West is our home. If these places have been built for the purpose of destroying our home or our way of life in that home, then we have to regulate their message.
The Koran’s doctrine should not override the laws of the Land – and all practicing Imams should be made to aware of this.

Ok Tom, what do you say about Iran's "fantasy" of wiping Israel off the face of the Earth? How do you feel about the innocents who were murdered on 9/11? Are you a muslim? Are you ready to be one? If not, you are an infidel and your life isn't worth squat.
We have been challenged long enough. The world has ignored this nasty disease called Islam long enough. It's time to take a stand and show what we are made of. Unfortunately, that means civilians will be injured or killed. Ethics has nothing to do with it.

Oh don't go to there level, turn the other cheek, and so on and so on they keep talking about throwing nukes at Isreal, and I agree that if they want to start throwing nukes that we should show them how it's done, becuase were really good at that,I know I spent four years in the Air Force and we were a Nuclear Armed Base, some of our B-52s were constantly armed with nukes and we had ICBM missle silos, and if people knew what was down there it would scare the crap out of them.
