Leonard Piekoff of the Ayn Rand Institute summed it up during the Slaman Rushdie affair; the validity of his words need no improvement.
"A religious motive does not excuse murder, it makes the crime more dangerous. It took the West centuries to move from medieval mysticism to the Enlightenment, and thereby discover the only safeguard against endless, bloody, religious warfare: the recognition of man's inalienable right to think and speak as he chooses. Civilization depends on reason; freedom means the freedom to think, then act accordingly; the rights of free speech and a free press implement the sovereignty of reason over brute force. If civilized existence is to be possible, the right of the individual to exercise his rational faculty must be inviolable.

"Allah's wrath is on its way." At least the jihadists and their supporters are forced to be a little coy about phrasing their death threats in the U.S. At least they don't feel safe enough yet to come out and call for beheadings like they do in other nations.
There seems to be a red dot on the foreheads of each of the four people on the poster, and I don't think it's a Hindi bindi mark. It looks like a drawing of a bullet hole on each of their foreheads. But I must be mistaken about that, since these are some of the vast majority of peaceful moderates from the Religion of Peace.
At the bottom of the poster, it says "Islamic Thinkers...", which, given Islams' prohibition against questioning the tenets of Islam, is kind of an oxymoron, like "Military Intelligence" or "former President-for-life".

HUH? There's a picture of Australian cartoonist Micheal Leunig on that placard. As far as I know, his only crime was to have one of his holocaust-themed cartoons fraudulently submitted to the Iranian "holocaust catooon contest"

Never mind his politics, it doesn't make sense. His cartoon was anti-Israel. Perhaps because he objected to the cartoon being used at all? I guess that deserves a death sentence all right.

The photo of the black flag over the White House is probably part of "freedom of expression," and, therefore, legal. But, is the poster with the faces and bullet holes in the forehead? Doesn't that go beyond the free speech limit, like yelling fire in a crowded theater?

A real shooting war showdown in the streets of USA is coming with these cockroaches unless we muster the political will now to impose the choice of oath of loyalty to the Constitution and the values enshrined therein such as equality under the law for all creeds, both genders, and all races, and freedom of expression, to name just a few. If they refuse, pack them up and ship them out to the nearest shari'a paradise. Think January 1492.

Here is my occasional reminder that I always keep in my favorites.
It has to do with an incident that also occurred in New York City a few years ago.

We have turned a corner in recent days if the reports coming out of Europe are true. The West has lost its patience with Islam. There might be hope for us all yet.
But don't slack off now. It's even more important now to spread the truth, to help others realize the danger we face to our civlization. So, keep posting on forums, keep sending letters to elected officials, keep hammering newspaper editors, and keep being vocal.
We will win this war as long as the majority of the West is aware of the true nature of Islam.

Allah can kiss my wrath.
And shall.
Freedom is not a rattlesnake you want to tread on.
It loves liberty, and will kill to retain it.
Look at all of dead "Gods" who played the same violent tyrant's game and went to oblivion.
Allah is being pushed toward the same cliff by his fanatical followers.
They can play in their own sandbox, but when they start trying to rule them all, they'll have to be sent back to Mecca to repent.

'Allah's wrath is on it way'
And the Dutch politician "Ayaan Hirsi Ali" picture finds its way onto a poster in New York.
Crack down on these people. They don't believe in freedom. And democracy is just another word for them, because they only live by one law and that is the Shari'a. Other than this we are just fooling ourselves.
___________
For those who don't know "Ayaan Hirsi Ali", was beaten by her husband in the name of Islam. She quit the religion, educated herself and together with Theo Van Gogh, wrote a film called ‘Submission’, on the violence against women under the veil of Islam – which the women are expected to submit to.
See 3 min clip of Submission

When Van Gogh was murdered in broad daylight - by a follower of Islam, a knife was then stuck through Van Gogh's chest pinning a letter addressed to Hirsi Ali ~ telling her that she was next. She is still a politician in the Netherlands ~ but has to live under police protection.
____
By including her face on the poster - citing that Allah's wrath is on its way, is a clear incitement to murder.
What is also interesting is that the guy who killed Van Gogh was seen as a nutcase and not representative of true Islam.
at February 18, 2006 11:08 AM
True representatives of Islam are all around us.
True representatives of Islam are in history books.
Violence is part of their plan: to intimidate where they can not cajole, because let's face it, Muslims aren't exactly known for a sense of humor.
The murderer of Van Gogh was definitely not insane. He was zealous: a believer in Islam and the text of the Koran.
The truth is as clear as the sun on a Spring morning.

"These people are going to outbreed everyone else. Then they can vote for whatever they want."
The problem is that they have already made their intentions clear.
If places like Europe don't start any social engineering programs – then we will have to consider what will a group of Muslims will vote for?
They seem very concerned about the way women dress. Most Islamic women wear a kind of uniform everyday. [Which they claim is their identity]
What would it mean for westerns - accustomed to freedoms - to be prevented from wearing what they wanted in areas of their country - which has an elected Islamic official?
Eventually all those smiling politicians - will be asked 'to convert or face the wrath of Allah'; as appeasement will no longer be required.

Pass It On said
a knife was then stuck through Van Gogh's chest pinning a letter addressed to Hirsi Ali ~ telling her that she was next.
That quote was taken out of context. "She was next" meant she would soon have a peaceful internal dialogue about the peaceful nature of Islam and... Oh I give up. I'm a horrible apologist for Islam. The real apologists make it look so easy, but it's really hard. I'll never make a good apologist, I'm such a failure.

Looks like the same guys that march every May Day and at every police brutality protest. It's not that they are so Islamic, they are Nihilists not Muslims.

“Allah’s wrath is on its way”
Qur’an
008.017
YUSUFALI: It is not ye who slew them; it was Allah: when thou threwest (a handful of dust), it was not thy act, but Allah's: in order that He might test the Believers by a gracious trial from Himself: for Allah is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things).
I hope they don’t hurt us!

Mackie, thanks for the reminder. I have that link on my favorites.
Okay, so New Yorkers should have counter protested with placards that had pictures of the trade center attacks, asking where is the outrage from Islam over those attacks.
Immigration officers need to be taking pictures and checking visas, greencards etc..minimally we should deport all that are in violation of immigration status.
