Iran’s president recruits terror master

1938 Alert from the Times Online, with thanks to JE:

IRAN’S president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, attended a meeting in Syria earlier this year with one of the world’s most wanted terrorists, according to intelligence experts and a former national security official in Washington.

US officials and Israel intelligence sources believe Imad Mugniyeh, the Lebanese commander of Hezbollah’s overseas operations, has taken charge of plotting Iran’s retaliation against western targets should President George W Bush order a strike on Iranian nuclear sites.

Mugniyeh is on the FBI’s “Most Wanted Terrorists” list for his role in a series of high-profile attacks against the West, including the 1985 hijacking of a TWA jet and murder of one of its passengers, a US navy diver.

Now in his mid-forties, Mugniyeh is reported to have travelled with Ahmadinejad in January this year from Tehran to Damascus, where the Iranian president met leaders of Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad and Hamas.

The meeting has been dubbed a “terror summit” because of the presence of so many groups behind attacks on Israel, which Ahmadinejad has threatened to wipe from the map.

I'm loving this. Every time this idiot makes the news he is digging himself further into his hole from which he will never come out. This guy is completely out of touch with reality.

I don't want to sound like a Christian religious nutcase, but the Book of Revelations talks about the anti-Christ coming from Persia who attacks Israel to usher in the End of Days.

I'm not sure if I believe in the concept of the anti-Christ and the end of the world, but this guy seems to fit the bill.

Also notice how this guy is only 5'4"? Notice how the bastards in history with messianic complexes are always the short ones? It's called Napoleon syndrome. These turds are always trying to compensate for being short by being tough guys and their bitterness for being little runts always makes gives them nasty personalities. My sister calls it little dick syndrome. I think it has more to do with their height.

Hitler 5'8"
Stalin 5'6"
Napoleon 5'6"
Alexander the Great 5'3"
Ahmadinejad 5'4"

Idi Amin was 6'4" but, then again, he ate a lot of meat.

Know what would piss Ahmadinejad the most? Not verbal abuse of Islam or the prophet. No. Call him a short little runt. He'd go ballistic.

No. Call him a short little runt. He'd go ballistic.

Could be the whole reason he wants to nuke Isreal; maybe some rabbincial student visiting Iran some twenty years ago, made mention of his diminutive stature?

Given the genocidal proclivities of Iran's leadership, the following article from Israel's largest newspaper totally stuns me:

http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3242590,00.html

Can someone explain to me what the Israelis are thinking.

"These turds are always trying to compensate for being short by being tough guys and their bitterness for being little runts always makes gives them nasty personalities." Hmm..interesting how an article about terrorists would lead to such a self-negating post.

As to the article itself, common sense tells me that the meeting between Ahmadinejad and Mugniyeh was not to plan a counterstrike, but a first strike instead. It seems to me that when folks of their train-of-thought strike, you have to overwhelm them with force. Anything less leads them to convict you for weakness, thereby justifying your destruction.

Our biggest mistake in Iraq, IMHO, was our retreat in 1991. It's going to take more force than any UN consensus can put together to beat these terrorists back.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad wow is only 5'4" is that with heels or without heels? can you imagine him standing next to Bush at the UN LOL.
l would not lump Napolean and Alexander the Great with Hitler,Stalin and Mahmoud Amadinejad. the latter were/are never were soldiers and leaders in battles. they were/more good politicians, got others to do their dirty work. then you have the tallest man in afgainstan according to mrs clinton, osama binladen, the man in the cave with a tape recorder, more like the latter.

Imad Mugniyeh is wanted by the American government for acts of terrorism that resulted in the deaths of American citizens. He is, apparently, in Syria. Apparently the Syrian government is not handing him over.

Query #1:

Why is there still a Syrian ambassador in Washington?

Query #2:

Why is there still a Syrian air force?

Query #3:

Why can the Syrian government, and even Syrian individuals, including both members of the regime, and also such new-born opponents of the regime as former Vice-President Khaddam, a sudden dissisent, now that he has moved his million in loot safely into French real estate, continue to be allowed to use the Western banking system freely, when the American government could apply pressure to seal it off from the Syrian government and those individuals?

Query #4:

Why has the Alawite dictatorship not been told by an American envoy that much as one appreciates the usefulness of those Alawites in protecting the Christains in Syria from teh "real Muslims," that appreciation is not unlimited, and the limits have been reached, and the only way for those Alawites to avoid being sufficiently damaged -- humiliated -- by the loss, overnight, of certain military assets (see #2 above), not to mention support for Kurdish separatists in Syria), will be to turn over Imad Mugniyeh.

Well, let's start with #1 -- tell us again why there are still diplomatic relations with Syria, if Imad Mugniyeh is known to be there?

What member of Congress wishes to mention this in Congress -- wishes to mention Queries #1, #2, #3, and #4?

Mugniyeh is considered the most dangerous terrorist the West has ever faced.
He is very very intelligent and has been compared in capabilities to the KGB operatives of the past cold war.

This meeting shows not so much that Iran is plotting a terrorist campaign , but that their Nuclear program has an end goal which is completely unacceptable to the West and especially to Isreal. Therefore , they know that a strike will be inevitable, thus obviously they are making plans to retaliate.

ALL the peaceful politcal exchanges that have taken place between Iran and the West are made meaningless with this visible deception, and as such Iran has no credibility.

The U.S. Government knows how serious and very dangerous this situation is for Isreal, but Russia and China, (who incidently are NOT free societies) are not concerned with the welfare of Isreal as they conduct little or no business with them.

The IAEA's report is due this Friday 28th, and it will be intersting to see what Iran has been
pretending to do !

We should have got them both when they were together! Or their jet should have had a "fuel pump malfunction" during the flight....

It's good that Inad Mugniyeh is taking on greater challenges, having survived the Lebanese Forces and assassination attempts on him by the late Elie Hobeika.

Time to take on Syria

so iran's nutjob top banana is a half-pint. why not send half of a used pint of milk or yogurt or anything to this crumb or 26 playing cards because he obviously is playing with half a deck? maybe a screw with a nut because he is either missing a screw or has one loose. since he has become one of the biggest heels in town maybe we can start sending him heels from shoes in the garbage.
