Hot on the heels of the Bunglawala Brouhaha comes this: Lola Elzein of the Arab American Political Action Committee seems to have sent a series of threatening emails to Debbie Schlussel, the fearless columnist and activist who has exposed a great deal of jihadist activity. The emails are fiendishly obscene -- they're the kind I don't post here when I receive them, but you can read them at Debbie's site. I asked Debbie why she thought Elzein sent them, and she responded that the emails were traced to Elzein's IP address, and that after Elzein was apprised of this, the emails stopped coming, and the "Haters of Debbie Schussel" club she had started on Facebook.com was taken down.

To those who believe that all or even most Muslim Arabs in America are peaceful, you must ask yourself why they elect leaders who not only support terrorism, but, themselves, make violent threats against other Americans.Take the case of Lola Elzein a/k/a Lola Ali Elzein, who has cyber-stalked me and threatened my life and the life of my family. She's not the first Muslim to do so. She is Secretary of the Arab American Political Action Committee--the Muslim group whose endorsement President Bush vehemently sought in 2000 and 2004 (and got in 2000). (She's also "Special Projects" Committee Chair for AAPAC--perhaps threatening me is a "Special Project.") Ms. Elzein is a Muslim Lebanese student at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where she headed the Arab Students Union.
I do not know Ms. Elzein. I have never contacted her. I did not ask her to contact me. But that did not figure into the equation. First she tried to get me to meet her for lunch with some BS e-mail. Then she sent other angry e-mails when I did not respond. Ms. Elzein's repeated, deranged e-mails got progressively more violent and threatening, with threats to me and my family. She also apparently posted violent threats on my website under the name "JEWISH LEADER."

Ms. Elzein is another brainwashed muslim women. even living in a Western country, they still cannot take off the oppresive yoke. l hope they are taken to court for their threats!

What amazes me is that Ms. Elzien used her OWN EMAIL ADDRESS. Doesn't she know that IP addresses are TRACEABLE back to the PC that sends them? If she had been IP savvy, she would have at least gone to a public library, used one of their internet PCs and an anonymous email address like hotmail or yahoomail.
Why isn't she arrested for deaththreats? Isn't that a felony offense? Where is ICE and the FBI?

Obviously, the threats need to be taken seriously. However, we need to keep this in mind:

It is indeed possible that someone other than Ms. Elzein sent the threatening emails (e.g., someone who had access to Ms. Elzein's computer).

Ahh... the non-joys of cyber-stalking. I once posted on an old MSN Space of mine about the deplorable treatment of woman in Islam, and then had to deal with a moron named "Abdul" for the next two weeks who took offense at what I wrote. At least in the end he went away. It must be nerve wracking to have to deal with it on a full time basis, but intimidation is a tool of terror and terrorist. Let us not give up the fight.

Is the use of the Internet to harass or threaten a crime? If so, this series of e-mails received by Debbie Schlussel should be investigated, the person responsible discovered, and then not only prosecuted, but of course put on a Watch List, along with those with whom she is willingly associated. This is not the case of a single spoontaneous outburst. This is systematic, the expression of a hysteria and hate that cannot be ignored. Investigation, trial, and punishment (including prompt deportation in the case of non-citizens) would be salutary.

Let's face it.. Threatening people is what muslims do. Are muslims supposed to discuss things with inferior peoples? No. Muslims are supposed to subjugate the godless ones and teach them tough lessons in respect if they forget their proper place in the order of things. Allah commands it.

Communicating a threat by posting on a website with the intention of the target seeing it or e-mail is no different from telephone, snail mail, or taking out a billboard. I don't know if the law treats them the same, but the medium of communication doesn't seem like it should matter as much as the intent of the sender and the content of the message.
This fine flower of mohammedan upbringing [Lola Elzein] should count her lucky stars that more people don't take to heart the maxim "the best defense is a good offense" as well as taking all threats seriously. Fools like her could find themselves on the receiving end of some very unpleasant, antisocial activities. Funny how the mo's toss out threats, but it never penetrates their thick skulls that it can come back and bite 'em in the rump.

She's here as a guest (though she probably feels she's entitled to be here) and she commits crimes (if indeed she sent the emails from her computer). As someone already posted, where are the FBI and ICE? One can only hope they have an ongoing investigation and that's why they're silent on this.
Can you say Visa Violation and Deportation? Would she dare do this in her own country (to non-Jooos, of course)?

Here is the law as it is applied in the state of California regarding such threats.
Under Penal code 422, this would be defined as terrorist threats (a felony). But also note at the bottom of this defined penal code, the federal Government recognizes the same under Subsection 12 of Section 2510 of Title 18 of
the United States Code.
Thus the FBI or local law enforcement is within its right to file a criminal act against Lola Ali Elzein and should clearly do so.
California Penal code (422). Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which
will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, with
the specific intent that the statement, made verbally, in writing, or
by means of an electronic communication device, is to be taken as a
threat, even if there is no intent of actually carrying it out,
which, on its face and under the circumstances in which it is made,
is so unequivocal, unconditional, immediate, and specific as to
convey to the person threatened, a gravity of purpose and an
immediate prospect of execution of the threat, and thereby causes
that person reasonably to be in sustained fear for his or her own
safety or for his or her immediate family's safety, shall be punished
by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed one year, or by
imprisonment in the state prison.
"Electronic communication device" includes, but is not limited to,
telephones, cellular telephones, computers, video recorders, fax
machines, or pagers. "Electronic communication" has the same meaning
as the term defined in Subsection 12 of Section 2510 of Title 18 of
the United States Code.

Mahdi Al-Dajjal is absolutely right. The Muslim is taught from earliest childhood that his/her Muslimness makes them better than us since we won't worship Allah. But we are raised to be decent and tolerant of others so we can't imagine that Muslims would have so little respect for what we think and what we believe.
After all -- we respect them enough to allow them into our country, allow them to practice their religion freely here, and allow them to enjoy the rights we have fought and paid for and which we love. Nevermind that Muslims never fought for those rights in America, we still let them come. Nevermind the fact that Muslims never paid for those rights and privileges, we share our freedoms and our wealth with them. How do they repay us?
With hatred.
So it comes as a complete surprise to many of us when we learn that the Muslim don't care at all if we love our freedom and our country. For Muslims, Islam is everything. Muslims will always use the gifts we give them to stab us in the back. They are taught that this is their god given right and duty. They are taught to destroy those who don't believe in Allah until Islam rules the world.
This woman isn't an extremist. This woman isn't crazy. This woman isn't a victim of male oppression in the Muslim culture. She is being a good Muslim, and doing her small part for Islam in America.

One hopes that those who in the future will have to judge Lola Elzein's applications for schooling, or for employment, will, through googling, be able to see revealed now that it has been permanently posted at Debbie Schlussel's website, the quality of Lola Elzein's thought and the content of her world-view. Let employers, and school admissions committees think carefully about admitting, or hiring, anyone capable of letting fly, one after the other, this series of hysterical and menacing missives.

What's this all about?~
That she lives so close to me is frightening. That she still walks free, without a peep from the Department of Justice or U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy III--while they went after a quadriplegic veteran who sent far less threatening e-mails to an extremist Muslim cleric in town--is an outrage. I am posting Lola Elzein's deranged rantings in the hope that while the Justice Department is doing nothing, perhaps potential employers will google Lola Elzein's name and discover what an unstable and violent person she apparently is.

Where is ICE and the FBI?
Debbie Schlussel is very critical of the FBI and ICE. Not only abroad but local to her as well in Detroit, calling individuals out my name on many occasions.
I'm pretty sure the local authorities for these two pathetic organizations are not exactly jumping up and down to come to her defence and arrest those who threaten her.

I hope Ms. Schlussel brings suit against Lola Elzein in criminal court under the Hate Crimes Act. I hope she generates enough publicity that what MS. Elzein has done becomes a matter of public record.

Thanks for posting this. It's a very important story. Whatever this woman's knowlege of IT is, the story shows a craveness, an impudence, an almost certainty there would be no consequences to these threats. The demands for submission to Islam are more and more open.

Theoretically, you are right. Somebody else might have used this woman's computer--and even if that were true, it doesn't let her off the hook.
Yet if you follow the sequence of emails from the earliest to the latest you see an escalation in the fixation on Debbie, as the writer gets frustrated by the lack of acknoledgement/submission.
It's Lola all right.

Why is it so much easier for Muslims to hate than to love? Why do they value death above life? Is it genetic or that is indocrtinated into them from birth? IIRC, as soon as a Muslim bomber, er, I mean bambino, is born, a verse from the Koran is to be whispered into the baby's ear.

If a person sent such emails to the president, senator, congressman, government employee:
THE FBI WOULD BE STORMING THEIR HOME AND PLACE OF BUSINESS WITH FULL STRENGTH FORCE.
THREATS LIKE THIS BY A SCHOOL KID TO A TEACHER OR ANOTHER STUDENT WOULD BE HEADLINE NEWS.
Just why hasn't the local police force or FBI not taken this as serious and arrested the perp. Could it be islamic fear........
