Then I'm sure the finally-satisfied Muslims would start paying reparations for plundering North Africa, the Middle East (excluding Arabia), Pakistan, Turkey, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc., etc., and return to the region of Mecca/Medina on a permanent Hadj, happily giving back those lands that Mohammedans stole from their original inhabitants during the 1300 years of Islamic Imperialistic war.

Why bother saying al qaeda or jihadist ?? Simply put it is the muslims. Each cowardly act shows that they are the real enemy.
Non of them can live in a peacful country in peace.
Their hearts have to be churning with hatred, to fuel their cause - more hatred. They are sick, and their actions are sickening.

Just making an ironic remark on the place Hitler originally proposed as a place to deport all European Jews to- Madagascar- in the late 1930's.

Most likely as psychological warfare trick to calm the Jews who were being herd onto cattle cars ("Gee, Sarah, I heard we're going to Madagascar, so calm down, the Germans are the most cultured people in Europe, they'd never do anything to outrage the world by hurting us...")
