Tiny Minority of Extremists Update from the Yemen Observer, with thanks to the Constantinopolitan Irredentist:
Waves of anger have been rising here in Yemen and in the Arab and Islamic world over Israeli atrocities in Lebanon. Thousands of Yemenis, MPs and leaders of political parties, and civil society organizations staged a demonstration on Wednesday in Al-Sabeen Square to condemn Israeli aggressions and terrorist acts against Palestinians and Lebanese. The crowd called for Arab governments to declare Jihad and remove all borders in order to defend their brothers in Lebanon and Palestine. Demonstrators carried placards with slogans denouncing Arab leaders’ silence towards what they described as Israeli arrogance. They were chanting, “Arab leaders, the reason is the dollar”.
The protesters also raised pictures of Arab leaders such as the late Egyptian Jamal Abdul Nasser, Palestinian Yaser Arafat, Hamas leaders Ahmad Yasin and Abdul Aziz al-Rantisi, in addition to pictures of Hizbollah leader Hassan Nasr Allah, and placards with slogans for the resistance in Lebanon “No god but Allah, we are all Hizbollah”, and “We are all Hizbollah, we are all resistance”.

When they're calling for Jihad, they are probably referring to the peaceful1 inner spiritual struggle that we always hear about and not some mandate to kill all non muslims.

let the arab remove their borders, something the Saudi would never want, as the muslim arab horde could then ask for their oil money.

Celsius,
Yes... the inner spiritual struggle... but they'll kill all the non-muslims anyway just to prove their fidelity to their satanic deathgod allah.

“No god but Allah, we are all Hizbollah”
Seems their god lalah has been taking a bit of a kicking lately. Maybe they should try invoking al-Lat, al-Uzza and Manat, the third, the other. Perhaps their intercession should be hoped for? Lalah never had any problem with infidels back in the day. Even if he 'prefers the company of men' it's good to have female freinds. Just my humble opinion.

Islam is now out in the open, the vocabulary entirely that of Islam and only Islam, yet in the Western world, we still find assorted collaborators with Islam, those who would prevent an understanding of this by Infidels in the imperilled Western world. Quite a group of them was assembled by The New Duranty Times today. With the sole exception of Richard Perle, who did not explain the centrality of Islam, the war that those prompted by the tenets of Islam are making on us, the rest gave the usual semi-plausible advice of "don't talk to your friends, talk to your enemies" -- i.e., reverse course and "talk to" Hezbollah, which is the same thing, and these dispensers-of-advice must now this, will be taken to legitimize Hezbollah, a terrorist ogranization, and in so doing efface the strenuous effort, at long last undertaken ov erthe past few years, to identify and to do everything conceivable to de-legitimize such groups, whether they are called Al Qaeda, or Hams, or Lashkar-e-Toiba, or Gemaa Islamiyya, or Hezbollah, or Ansar al-Islam, or a thousand other names, of groups or groupuscules all prompted, in their main attitudes though not always in what may be the present focus of their efforts (Lashkar-e-Toiba is intent on winning Kashmir for Islam, but that does not mean it does not wish to also win all of India for Islam, or destroy Israel, or take over Spain, or help Islam everywhere, so that everywhere, as must ultimately be, "Islam will dominate and is not to be dominated
And in urging such negotiations, the same sly apologists (the slyest being
Robert Malley, who somehow has been given control of the Middle Eastern part of the Internaional Crisis Group -- one wonders if those dealing with Darfur and the rest of the Sudan have yet realized that Malley is an apologist for Islam, and it is Islam, and the Arab supremacist ideology within Islam, that explains both the genocide in the southern Sudan, and the massacres in Darfur -- perhaps John Prendergast and others ought to stage a little coup, and throw Mr. Malley out, for one cannot begin to comprehend what is happening in the Sudan without understanding Islam, and that same understanding, that Malley wilfully lacks, or refuses to find relevant, needs to be exhibited by those in control of the Middle East part of the International Crisis Group, for what that part is worth.
There is more in the same old same old vein: bring back The Quartet, make Israel negotiate with those who live only to kill her, make Israel give up Hezbollah or "Palestinian" prisoners, push Israel back to the 1949 armistice lines, etcetera etceterum.
To be expected. Not to be given a mooment's thought. Their time has passed. It now belongs to those, and only to those, who understand the war against Israel correctly -- as a Lesser Jihad, and who understand, correctly, that any negotiations are phony, and any treaty emerging even phonier, becuase as Majid Khadduri and others have noted, no permanent peace treaty can ever be made by Muslims with Infidels, and the model for all such agreements is that of Hudaibiyyah, which Muhammad supposedly made with the Meccans in 628 A.D.
No taking the central fact of Arab social, intellectual, economic, political life into effect -- Islam -- then no taking of whatever seeming nostrums, often sinister in their effect, offered by the Malleys and the rest of them, all more or less rowing in the same galere.
Guides, at this point, to nothing and nowhere, as is the paper that printed them.

Meanwhile, their country is a fetid dustbowl, but jihading is so much easier than living like civilized human beings!

The tiny minority of extremists seems to be getting bigger and bigger. The irrational are identifying themselves one by one.
When the umma gets to critical mass, far-sighted people will have to apply the principles of Natural Selection for the benefit of the human race.
In the meantime, islam is a very efficient system for identifying the shallow end of the gene pool.

It's notable that the Yemenis are the ones asking for the erasure of all borders, since they have nothing, and hence everything to gain. Would Saudi Arabia be okay with its borders with Yemen, Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Iraq and Jordan being opened?
I'm all for the Arab league, or better still, the OIC all becoming one country. So let's say war breaks out between the US and Iran, then Paki nukes should get taken out, the Egyptian and Syrian armies disintegrated, Turkey declared an enemy, Mecca and Medina being captured and de-Islamified, so that Jerusalem, Ayodhya,... get way way demoted in the pecking order of the Jihadis.

Hugh, I am non plussed that our dhimwitted President who has on the one hand, the forthrightness to acknowledge that one Iranian backed, supported and loyal organization (Hezbollah) is Terrorist, shakes hands with(al Maliki)wastes our precious treasury and blood to to support and prop up another Iran financed, founded, supported and loyal organization the government of Iraq (aka SCIRI and the Da'wa Party).
Totally insane. Both the Government of Iraq and Hezbollah have the support of and are loyal to Iran, both are extensions of the mad Mullahs of Iran, both are Shi'ite theocracies.. and Iran has already become a Taliban country (except for the northern Kurdish region which is free of Shi'ite and Arab nonsense).
Yet Bush supports one Iranian satrapy (at great expense to U.S. families, tax payers and unity) while declaring another Iranian satrapy (Hezbollah) a terrorist organization.
Go figure.
I've already vented my spleen on this to some MSM outlets..the inconsistency and internal contradictions are so glaring that only a zombie or a moron could miss them.

In islam there is no concept of borders, Muslim are one Ummah ... and these issues shall unite them once again ... If this war spreads ... this will again re-unite the muslim into one ...
Jihad is giving your life for the truth.
