Iranian general: "We have to keep this sacred hatred of the enemies of Islam alive in our hearts until the time of revenge comes"

"Until the time of revenge comes": a time which the Iranian regime would like to hasten as much as possible, as their self-assigned August 22 deadline on responding to the nuclear issue draws closer. From AFP: "Top Iran general says hopes to avenge Muslim deaths"

TEHRAN (AFP) - The head of Iran's Revolutionary Guards said he hoped the Islamic republic could one day "avenge the blood of innocent people in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan".
"We have to keep this sacred hatred of the enemies of Islam alive in our hearts until the time of revenge comes," General Yahya Rahim Safavi was quoted as saying by the semi-official Fars news agency.
"I hope our nation can one day avenge the blood of innocent people in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan," he said, adding: "I ask God to arouse the dignity of Muslims and destroy America, Israel and their associates."
[...]
"I ask God that the crimes and atrocities of Zionists hasten the annihilation of this regime. Hezbollah and Lebanese people are invincible and this cancerous tumor... should die," he added, calling on "clerical leaders in the Islamic world (to) clarify the duty of Muslims against Israel."

Patriot8,

In the end, the true God, not allah will in the end get the last word and the last laugh.

The Iranian General's lawyers clarified that he was intoxicated at the time of his remarks and was in no way responsible for them. The Iranian General blamed his utterances on his recent relapse into alcoholism and without directly acknowledging what he was on record for having said, claimed that he was in no way anti-semitic because it was against his religion to be so. ;P

Folks, something big is going to happen, either on or just before August 22.

Anybody like to place their bets on what it will be? My guesses: Either the test-firing of a nuke (sold to the Iranians by the North Koreans); or the use of WMD against U.S. troops in Iraq.

Notice how he calls for America to be destroyed. When they call for Israel to be destroyed, their argument is that Israel does not belong in the middle of the arab world. They say it should be moved somewhere else, like America, for instance. But then, they call for the destruction of America, too! They don't want us out of the middle east, they want us off the planet. And I am sure that if we abdicated the planet, and went to the moon, they would come after us.

August 22 is going to see a nuclear attack on Israel. What amazes me is that Israel seems to be resigned to let it happen. And America seems equally apathetic about it.

You know, I disgused this with my 75 year old father, who is familar with the arabs, with the jihad, and has travelled in those parts of the world, and he doesn't think anything will happen. He is sure of it. He doesn't believe that they are crazy. He says the Ayatollahs run the show and they are not crazy. This time my father is wrong.

As the "Church Lady" (Dana Carvey) on Saturday Night Live used to say:

"Now who do you think has 'sacred hatred'? Would it be...Satan???"

Contrast that to the Biblical injunction of loving one's enemies, and I think you get a clearer view of who exactly Allah is...certainly not the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Posted by: eve_anne_gelical [TypeKey Profile Page] at July 30, 2006 10:14 PM

Steven L. and August 22, why do you say something big is going to happen or Israel is going to get nuked? Those are quite grandiose statements and why that particular date?

Posted by: Bonniea [TypeKey Profile Page] at July 30, 2006 10:44 PM

Oh, I see now. It's just a deadline regarding Iran's nuclear program. They don't have enough centrifuges to make a nuclear bomb at least for 5 more years. Each bomb takes hundreds or thousands of centrifuges and each centrifuge takes a long time to make. If Iran would nuke Israel, they would have to know in turn they would be nuked by us, so I don't think they will go that far, nor do they have the capability at this time.

"avenge the blood of innocent people in Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan".
-- from the article above

Sudan, Nigeria, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, Indian Kashmir, Pakistan, France, Spain, England, Germany, Belgium, the United States, Canada, Argentina, Kenya, Tanzania, Russia, and points east, west, south and north -- all places where Infidels have been killed, for being Infidels. Oh, and I almost forgot -- the Infidels killed: in Israel (Jewish victims of terrorism in Israel; in Lebanon, with the many casees of massacres of Christian villagers (in Damur and several dozen other villages and cities north and south); in Iraq, the Christians murdered in the three main cities of Baghdad, Mosul, and Basra, and even in Ramadi, where only four Christian families remained by 2003, and all of them now gone, their men killed, their women taken by Muslim men as their "wives"; in Afghanistan, where Hindus were persecuted, forced to wear identifying garb, and under the Taliban, some of the very few remaining killed, just as in the 1930s the Jews who had been involved in the lambswool trade were driven out of Afghanistan almost overnight, expelled on pain of death (see Byron's "The Road to Oxiana"), and of course the Christians who were threateend and killed by the Taliban.

A very tentative list of "innocent people" whose blood some might think needs avenging, leaving out so many victims over the past 1350 years of Muslim conquest and subjugation of non-Muslims, including 60-70 million Hindus murdered in India, and mentioning only those of the past few decades.

bigcatgirl13106 - as the Bible says, as the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob says,

"I shall bless those that bless you...and curse those who curse you"

While I am an Aussie - I say God Bless USA (and Australia!)

I have been told that this Bible verse actually means to "turn my face upon" and "to utterly turn my face away"

I suppose these mad Muslims are going to discover what it means to poke "God in the eye" - by attacking his people.

They are slow learners though. You'd think that they would have learnt after '48; or '50's; or '67. Obviously Allah can't take a hint.

Bonniea read up on the situation:

August 22

Also Bonniea, keep in mind that Iran may have nukes from Russia, either bought or stolen. That is my belief. Their nuclear program is meant to supplement those and also to make the world think they aren't ready to strike.

Here are links to something that Iran would surely like to do to us, and that perhaps they are preparing to do to us: EMP.

http://empcreport.ida.org/

http://www.fas.org/irp/congress/2005_cr/h060905.html

A wiser head than mine tells me that this requires an H-bomb; fission devices have too low a yield. I wonder if those are available yet on the black market.

" Sacred Hatred " is not only in their hearts , it is all that fills their brains as well.

As for August 22, this present situation in Lebanon ( and to a lesser extent in the vacated West Bank ) was kicked off for a reason. To distract from something else. A distraction orchestrated by Iran. They are up to something.

In an interview about Lebanon, Benjimen Netenyahu alluded to " mad mindset " in Iran and how much longer the world will tolerated it. And said the time to stop Iran is now.

Israel knows Iran is up to something also and ole Benji was giving us a cue that it is time to take out Iran now.

I really don't think this White House will take that cue. It is so affraid that Iraq will blow up in it's face, that is will allow Iran to slip one in on Israel.

I personally think Iran will use some sort of convetional exspolsive similar to napalm, or a lesser ( much lesser ) version of our Cookie Cutter bomb. None the less , it will be designed to light up the night sky with fire and kill thousands of people.

Remember that comment that Madhat made in April about Israel being a rotted tree? He said that it will be "eliminated in one storm". That to me implies a massive nuclear attack. Iran can not fight Israel in a prolonged war. It will have to be a one-shot deal. And this is what the president of Iran has hinted at.

Posted by: August22 [TypeKey Profile Page] at July 31, 2006 12:51 AM

Dhimmisoftheworldunite,

Has your "wiser head" considered the tiny country with really crappy neighbors? Seems like you wouldn't want the yield to be too great or to pop it off too high (except those neighbors prefer to live in the 7th century).

Posted by: Concerned Citizen [TypeKey Profile Page] at July 31, 2006 12:59 AM

If they don't have a nuke yet, or if they are afraid to use one, I think they will utilize EMP attacks that will take out our power grid and cripple our economy and ability to do anything for a long time. They could use this against the U.S. or Israel or both, it would take a long time to recover and yet people wouldn't be killed so they couldn't be accused of genocide. It seems perfect for them.

Posted by: Cali [TypeKey Profile Page] at July 31, 2006 1:02 AM

Would a dirty boimb have an emp? I am guessing not because of the conventional explosives being used. Just something I though of.

Posted by: BIRDDDOG [TypeKey Profile Page] at July 31, 2006 1:55 AM

For those wanting to rouse the media's attention to the pending calamity of 22nd August try contacting your local betting shops and see what odds they will give you for a nuclear strike on Israel and on a specific date. This will unnerve the bookies and once enough wagers are taken all bets will be off. This is when the media will take a passing interest.
As for me I'm not the betting type. However I just might have a flutter if I saw Ahmadinejad having the full body wax and bathing his stawberry and plums in a bowl of rose water.

Here's a section from a Arab/Muslim website about the attack on women and children, seems now the victims were also 'handicapped' , next they'll claim they were there giving blood for orphans with cancer and aids.
Where the hell are all the adult male bodies , the odds of random bombings that only injure children and females is for sure a 12 digit number :1 for the chances.
**********************************************

QANA, Lebanon, 31 July 2006 — Mothers hugged their dead children in a final hopeless embrace as the wrath of Israeli fire power was again visited on the Lebanese village of Qana, turning houses and a shelter into twisted and dusty piles of rubble. Rescue workers using only their bare hands recovered the corpses of 56 civilians and searched through the debris, just 10 years after more than 100 refugees were killed in the same village by Israeli raids.
Among the buildings hit in the two hours of raids on the southern village yesterday was a shelter with a cellar underneath where 63 people had taken refuge — including a group of physically and mentally handicapped people.
“After the bombardment there was dust everywhere. We couldn’t see anything. I succeeded in getting out and everything collapsed. I have several members of the family inside and I do not think there will be any other survivors,” said a distraught Ibrahim Shalhoub, 26.

Hizballah and their supporters: fanatics, dishonest brokers, and bullies –not heroes

Demonstrate immaturity and self-centeredness, only able to express an interest or concern for their own survival
Show no remorse, for the fate of non-Muslim Lebanese or Israeli civilians
Continue to shoot missiles into Israel
Speak of revenge, instead of a way out of the conflict
Fight among Lebanese civilians, while Muslim Lebanese civilians praise martyrdom
Seek to ‘win’ the conflict at any cost, rather then to acknowledge Israel’s military capabilities

The West created Israel. The West also created Muslim regimes, countries, and borders.
Many people were displaced. It is a folly for Muslims to perpetually focus on Israel as their primary affair, rather then the religious, economic, and political reforms, desperately needed, in their own countries.

How many other religions are comfortable with using the word "sacred" to modify the word "hatred?"

Atrocities,eh.What about countless beatings, stonings, amputations, hangings and torture carried out by Islamic Republic of Iran? How do those fat Mullahs sleep with ghosts of murder victims-probably snoring after a huge meal and forced sex on their latest child wife acquisition.Personally I don't believe they have nuclear capabilities otherwise they'd be threatening more loudly than nervous sabre rattling. However all security should be tightened especially in U.S and Israel
and no Western target should believe themselves safe from fanatical suicide bombers. Nuclear power stations are obviously what these bastards have in mind with their latest rants, followed probably by electricity grids/petroleum storage tanks, maybe attempts on ships[soft target passenger ships].

Despite the Lebanonese PM claiming that Lebanonese people are different that Hezabollah, the Iranian lunatics seem to think otherwise as in "Hezbollah and Lebanese people are invincible"

I think the Iranians and the Lebonese share the same goals, Death to the US and Israel and total devotion the the death cult known as the Religion of Peace, Islam.

Nothing has changed in Lebanon since they bombed the Marines in Beirut years ago, the hate is still there.

We should have nothing to do with these people (accept maybe a tatical strike).NO aid, No money, no recognition, no support, no security, no embassy, no tourists, no arms, just NO NOTHING>

It is Allah's will. Que sera, sera. Or is it Doris Day's will?

Posted by: JanuaryMan [TypeKey Profile Page] at July 31, 2006 7:43 AM

It seems to me that the Iranian regime has way too much time, words and money invested in the general's way of thinking to be nothing more than bluster. That regime has been building toward this conflagration for at least a year or two. They know they can't win a full conventional war but this doesn't seem to matter. They have to force the issue because they're committed and because more than a few really believe all of the brainwashing.

It's going to take more than regime change to turn people's heads around at this point ( imho).

People will need to be put down in the dirt and have their faces rubbed in it before they'll change to a more realistic way of thinking. Just think of the Germans under National Socialism. Do you think they could have been dissuaded after a certain point? No way.

This will be an easy war to understand and support once the major piece battles get underway. I don't see how things can change course now. I'm not an expert in political science or military history, but I have lived long enough to know negotiations won't always work and we've reached that place with Iran as far as I can see.

Hi Concerned Citizen,

I think you are right. My conversation with the better-informed person was about a strike on the US.
Israel is tiny and could be hurt by a smaller device.

I don't think that Israel will go down without a ferocious fight. You have probably heard of the "Samson option." I imagine that their strategic forces are hardened against EMP.

Let's hope that Israel's theater missile defences are in good working order.

Muslims do not worship GOD. They worship Marduk, the moon-idol of the Babylonians and other Mesopotamian peoples.

God does not hear Muslims (especially ones like this guy), nor cater to Islam's agenda of military conquest, human sacrifice and blood rites, and cannot honor their requests if even if He could!

Islam is playing al-lah's favorite tune "5 Billion People Screaming at Once as the Earth Goes Dark." The real God is on a different frequency altogether.

May GOD deliver every human being on earth from Islam! Amen.

ps-January Man: please leave lovely Doris Day out of this!!!! (I LIKE Doris Day!!!!!).
