Tiny Minority of Extremists Alert: "Nigerian Muslims Continue Protests: Anti-Israel and anti-American sentiment is high," from OhMyNews, with thanks to Twostellas:
For the second time in less than a fortnight, millions of Nigerian Muslims took to the streets across the country on Friday to protest Israeli attacks on the Lebanese faction Hezbollah.Under the overall command of Sheik Ibrahim Zakzaky, the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, the July 28 protests were especially well attended in all the northern parts of the country.
In Kaduna state, in the heart of northern Nigeria, the protest was led by Malam Muktar Sahabi, one of Sheik Zakzaky's followers. Thousands of Muslims, including children, chanted "death to Israel and America" in the state capital.
In Sokoto state, Malam Munir Sokoto led an 8 a.m. procession that chanted anti-Israel slogans and called on Muslims around the world to rise up against Israel.
"We came out and took to the streets protesting against Israeli attacks on Hezbollah, under the command of our spiritual leader Sheik Ibrahim Zakzaky. We will continue to protest for death or success," said Sokoto in a phone interview.
In Kano, over 1 million Muslims took to the streets, dragging American and Israeli flags on the ground, and proclaiming a jihad (Holy War) against the Jews of Israel and those in Nigeria. They promised to take revenge soon for what they described as "Israeli illegal attacks on innocent Lebanese."
"If Nigerian Muslims will rise against Israel as Sheik Zakzaky commanded us, certainly the Jews sheltered in Nigeria would run on their heels," Sheik Turi said.

Isn't this the same Nigeria that outlawed free Polio Vaccinations (claimed they sterilized their children),, the same Nigeria that has bee receiving tons of free food and financial aid from various US organizations for several years, received a lot uo US support in its developement of their natural resources and shipping.
What a bunch of ungratefull,and somewhat ignorant people.
It is good thing I did not accept their plea to get millions of money out of the country and into my bank account,(one of the internet scams they originated).
Perhaps our PR people have been sleeping.

It is time for the Ibo and the Ogoni and the other Christianized tribes of southern Nigeria, where all of Nigeria's oil wealth is, to reconsider whether this time, the attempt to push back the Jihad from the northerners who take most of the revenues for themselves, might not -- this time -- have a better chance of success. The Western world abandoned the Biafran cause, and while Muslim states did everything they could to help Muslims suppress the Christians who desperately wished for Free Biafra, with Egyptian pilots having fun strafing helpless Christian villagers and killing tens of thousands. Meanwhile, not wishing to endanger its relations with the central government, for purposes of oil, and appearing to accept the notion that it was "important" to keep "the largest black African country" in "one piece" even if tens of millions of Christians did not wish to remain, seeing their oil patrimony stolen in order to pay for a Muslim-dominated military, nor to endure the pogroms against them -- see Ogonsi -- that collectively made up what Colonel Ojukwu, in his Ahiara Declaration of 1969, correctly identified as a "Jihad."
During the Biafra War, only two journalists took the side of Biafra and distinguished themselves: Frederick Forsyth, and Renata Adler (in The New Yorker). During the Biafra War, only two countries in the entire world stood by the Christians of Biafra -- Ghana, and Israel.
What will happen next time?

And yet when it comes to the millions of their suffering African-Muslim brothers and sisters in nearby Darfur, hardly a peep.

As the Muslim tide rolls in, world opinion continues to defy logic. When the Muslim tide knocks on your door, you must choose either death or slavery, black africans know about slavery.

Capitalize on their stupidity and rake it in with a flag store carrying USA and Israeli flags.
Then start buying ammunition with the proceeds.
Also put a chemical in the flag material that explodes on contact with flames. Every dead jihadist is a good jihadist.

i think the Ibo and the Ogoni and the other Christianized tribes of southern Nigeria would like to do something, but they are out gunned, poorly trained and have no viable source of resupply. They may want to do something but they would continue to die in large numbers. They are in the proverbial between a rock and a hard place. Unless something happens soon, they are dead.

The hell of it is that there probably aren't 3 Nigerians who've ever met a Jew. Islam must lose it's status as a religion and be classified as a geo-political movement like communism, nazism and all the other "ISMs" that have plagued humanity.
