I have been pointing out that the Lebanese government has never been able to stand up to Hizballah, and so Lebanese troops patrolling the border with Israel are likely to be simply Hizballah troops. Or maybe Hizballah will simply face down the UN openly, and do whatever it wants. "Hizbollah pushes past guards in show of force," from the Telegraph, with thanks to LGF:
Hizbollah mourners on a funeral parade shoved aside anti-tank barriers at a United Nations base in Lebanon yesterday in a demonstration of their new political strength. The party had been told it would be allowed to bury three "martyrs" at the Naqoura town cemetery inside the UN Interim Force in Lebanon (Unifil) compound, but only if there was no flag-waving or political sloganising.
When the chanting procession, several hundred strong, reached the gates, it found the way barred by cruci-form steel tank traps. Mourners argued with the French guards, but failed to gain entry.
advertisementA mob of young men then dragged the barriers away and the UN opened the gates. "They will eat us alive," said a middle-aged official as the throng surged in.
A column of black-shirted men carried the three coffins to the graveyard. They waved yellow Hizbollah banners and portraits of the movement's leader, Hassan Nasrallah, and yelled anti-Israeli and anti-American doggerel.

I have only comment to make--which of course you lovers of freedom will proceed to "summarily delete"--and then I leave you to your American stupidity & ignorance. HOORAH FOR HEZB-ULLAH!!!

Hey,why are there only two pall bearers at a hezbolah funeral?
Because a trash can has only two handles.

Vargold, I see that your comment remains, and gives fuel to your slack ass comments. We love your attention to detail in your obvious hatred of the big boogie man that is coming for you. If you ever knew freedom, you might get an education. If you where a man, you might fight without civilians. These are easy answers to hard questions of your manhood! Throwing stones and hurting women I see as a weakness that you are so ever loving to reveal.

Wow Robert, you are one busy guy! Kudo's to you for locking up all these media stints, the exposure is sure to rev up book sales and interest in this site, so much the better for the West. You efforts are appreciated.
On this topic, there's no doubt in my mind that the UN boys didn't think to look at the "corpses". Remember the Pallywood film, and the doctored photos in Lebanon, and the placing of already dead bodies to be 'discovered" in front of the western press? Muslim sleight of hand could be at work here too, in the form of placing some sort of weapon instead of a body. Just brazenly walk by the UN with the weapons hoisted on high, carry them to their destinations, to be used later, or detonated later.
Thoughts like this seem insane, until one ponders what has already happened in this asymetrical warfare. No thought is too nefarious or wacky to put past jihadi's. Perhaps they should have at least checked to see that these were dead men. They could always apologise later, but at any rate, they were clearly too afraid to act. Israel has every right to be afraid for their future, with this bunch "protecting" it.

Ya, hurrah for hezbollah, these brave men who hide behind children. Real men, they are. Gallant and courageous. So dang impressive to let your women die in your place. And such men of integrity! Lie, deceive, murder. What shining examples of supreme humanity. Their god must be one heck of a god to have them grovel under the legs of five year olds, whose life these heroes freely sacrifice to such a god. Some superior religion.
In the west, we understand these things very clearly. We call it evil, animalistic barbarism, depravity and sheer cowardice. Hurrah for hezbollah and all those who hold them in esteem. Seldom have so few sunk so far and been such a shame to the human race. I sure wouldn't want to trade fates with you...as I would hate for a MOAB to land on ME.

I think Vargold's post should remain. We should give such supporters of terrorist organizations a chance to speak their minds. That way, people can see how asinine they are. We all know that once the fighting starts again, Hezbollah will run into a building with plenty of women and children from which to fire their rockets.

Oh yea and Hezbollah can go suck an egg.
Typical French reaction to kids with pop guns, run away.

Radical Islamic funerals like those for the Ayatollah Khomeini and Yasser Arafat are a real spectacle. One sees mourners wailing, the coffin being passed hand over hand, the corpse being dropped out of the coffin. People beating themselves with chains, whipping themselves with sticks and thorns, blinding themselves, much screaming, and utter confusion and chaos.
I guess I don’t blame the French for letting them in, as you either need to kill them all or let them pass.

Vargold, you refer to the posters here with a sneer as "lovers of freedom"; well, we all know that Islamist savages, like yourself, disparage freedom of thought and crave for the servitude and narrow confines offered by your repressive hell-sourced religion. And with regard to American "stupidity and ignorance" (incidentally I am British), you know doubt see this as standing in contradistinction to, say, Islamic wisdom and Islamic enlightenment (pardon me whilst I suppress my laughter).
I do, however, hope that your post is not deleted; in fact, I hope you come back with more of your bon mots because you are indeed a useful exhibit for the prosecution. Meanwhile, Vargold, may I suggest that you take a ride on Bouraq to the farthest mosque (at least, that is the politest way of putting what I mean, and today is, after all, August 22nd). Either the winged horse (Islamic tradition) or a Boeing aircraft (product of American "stupidity and ignorance") belonging to the Indonesian airline also called Bouraq will do. But then again, we wouldn't want someone like yourself on an aircraft, would we? So, perhaps the winged horse would be the better option.
Incidentally, American "stupidity and ignorance" got them to land on the moon; Mohammed, on the other hand, performed a miracle and split the moon in half. Well, I suspect it was really a camel hump that he cleaved rather than the moon. But it does seem, however, that this rather unpleasant man has succeeded in splitting the world in half: dividing those who desire freedom and honour their fellow human beings from those who despise freedom and glorify slaughter and terror. You are on one side of that division, myself and the majority of the other posters on this site are on the other.

vargold,
You are somewhat correct in your blind madness, though you don't realize it. America was stupid for telling Israel to agree to a cease-fire. We should have insisted that Israel totally destroy Hezbollah. I'm confident Israel could have wiped Hezbollah out if the USA hadn't caved into pressure from the UN and the current Israeli PM wasn't so incompetent.

Vargold,
You and yours can puff your skinny little chests out and continue to engage in typical islamic bantering; afterall your culture produced all the greatest technical achievements and scientific discoveries which have benefitted mankind like no other age....no, wait, that was us. You guys have contributed nothing but suffering and agony since the 700's. Islam is purely pathetic and its followers are simpleton sheep. But keep on with the verbage, for one day you and yours will wake up to realize exactly what the most powerful military machine in the history of the world can actually do!

Ha!! The UN cannot stop a funeral procession, we know now that in the event of a real assault. The UN troops would wither, die , and surrender. What a pathetic show of force the UN is. Hezbollah just tested the UN and know now Hezbollah need not fear the UN. They went home and laughed into the wee hours of the morning.

The UN has always been a talking shop for second rate countries and their corrupt politicians ...most of them never pay their share and of course its led by that shining paragon of incorruptible virtue Kofi Anann ??
Oil for food scandal..etc
Why on earth any decent country wants to put its young men at risk....by leaving them in a shitstorm with little or no means of protecting themselves much less controlling this kind of terrorist group..it beats me....maybe the mouthpieces who extol such high ideals and morals should put on the blue helmet themselves and sit in the front line...Political Cowards thats what the UN is ..grey suited B.sta.ds
with big mouths and no courage.
