But it was only out of "fantasy," the defense lawyer claims, that the Mrs. wrote a letter offering herself and her son for "martyrdom," and praised her cleric husband's plans to wage jihad. From The Scotsman: "Mother on terror charges for failing to report husband's alleged jihad plans"
A YOUNG mother appeared in court yesterday charged with terrorism-related offences.
Not just any "young mother," but one whose highest aspiration for her child is death as a mujahid.
Bouchra El-Hor, 23, is charged with concealing information and failing to disclose information in relation to her cleric husband Yassin Nassari's alleged preparations for jihad.
It is alleged that between May 12 and May 30 this year she was in possession of information which she knew or believed might be of assistance in preventing terrorism which she did not disclose.
She was arrested with her husband at Luton Airport when they arrived from the Netherlands on 30 May. She was released and interviewed again yesterday when she was charged under section 38b of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2000.
Prosecutor Karen Jones claimed that El-Hor, who has Syrian and Dutch nationality, wrote a letter praising her husband's alleged plans for jihad and offered herself and her son for future martyrdom. Wearing a burka which covered her eyes and hands, El-Hor spoke only to confirm her name and date of birth at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Glyn Lloyd, representing El-Hor, said: "It is indicated that she will plead not guilty."
Mr Lloyd said that the letter was a fantasy and El-Hor, of Ealing, west London, had no plans to carry out any jihad.

A dangerous fantasy is still dangerous. Much of Islam is gripped by the fantasy of world domination - it doesn't mean they are not going to blow up planes to feed their fantasy.

The UK is out of control, yet it is also one of the finest nations in the Free World.
Why is it that they have these draconian hate speech laws (seemingly applied mostly to Christians who are critical not of men of race but of Islamists for their religion which is stolen from Christianity)... yet they have such an ill tempered and wicked population of Muslims?
What is more deporable then the Islamist... who leaves his own country, which his religion has ruined - as it curses all land where it goes (proof is in the land) - and he comes to live off Christian land where the grace of God has blessed the land because of the few righteous walking among the people.
Does he approach this new wealth with admiration or respect? He approaches it with a heart as Cain, full of jealousy and murder! He sees the splendid wealth the Lord has bestowed upon his brother and he is filled full of bitterness.
He plots murder, his wife plots murder, and he teaches his children of these things so they too might plot murder.
Why not repent of their cursed, blasphemous cult, instead, why not break the glass of poison which curses their soul instead? Why not seek godliness and righteous and turn from the worship of murder and Satan?
But so God has made them: Cain.

Britain has some real problems with the Islamic movement right now, so many of them down to our stupid "PC" culture.
I wonder if she can convince the courts of her innocence, wouldnt be surprised after the acquital of the sister and wife of a suicide bomber who went from UK to do his work in Israel.
1 bright spot though is that many people I know and work with who are generally very tolerant individuals are coming to see this threat from militant Islam for what it is.

You've noticed it too mate?. Have you ever asked for an opinion beyond your circle of work colleagues and acquaintances?. I often do and am pleasantly surprised by the response of a majority of the people I meet. The natives are definitely getting restless. I notice that the most pleasing responses come from people living in those areas that have always been considered as industrial / working class, the grittier cities and areas that have strong regional identities. In Liverpool, chez moi, we're known for welcoming people who respect us and our way of life but, as you may know, we react rather badly to suggestions that we change it to suit anybody else.

Oh i've noticed it.
From a wide variety of backgrounds too, not just working class.
Dont think our politicians and the PC crowd have worked it out yet though ;-)
A great (but sobering) article in the Times today (I sent a link to Robert earlier)
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,6-2349195,00.html
1 quote from the piece
"Islam is not even a religion in the conventional sense of the term. It is a transnational political and ethical movement that believes that it holds the solution to mankind’s problems. It therefore holds that it is in mankind’s own interests to be subdued under Islam’s rule. Such belief therefore makes an absurdity of the project to “democratise” Muslim nations in the West’s interests, an inversion that Islam cannot accept and, in its own terms, rightly so. It renders naive, too, the distinction between the military and political wings of Islamic movements"
A bit like Communism or fascism then...........

Every single family of every single suicide bomber or Mujahideen knows about the plans of the Jihadi. That is why houses are flattened in Gaza and the West Bank because it is in Muslim culture to discuss plans for an attack with the family. In some cases it is the family which instigates and chooses which member of the family the Jihadist is going to be, which son or daughter. Complicity runs throughout the family. I laugh when a Screamin' Mena comes on saying that her little Ali would never hurt anyone. It was probably the mother or father who was responsible for who carried out the attack and when they get home it will be to rapturous applause and ululation for the Taqiyya.

This is a great prosecution - because it begins to pressure "moderate" muslims, a vital move in the anto jihad.

If you want to believe anyone who kills for Allah is normal, then let them keep on killing; someday everyone will wake up.
