Jihad in Israel continues. From Reuters, with thanks to Jeffrey Imm:
A SUSPECTED car bomb exploded in a town south of the coastal city of Tel Aviv today, killing at least one person and wounding up to six others, Israeli rescue and ambulance services said.
And from AFP: Israel seals Palestinian territories for Yom Kippur
As Yom Kippur falls during Ramadan this year, that is a prudent move.

Thank you Mr. Abbas. What a wonderful partner for peace Israel has. Maybe the US should seek Iran out as its partner for peace-it would make about the same amount of sense.

That is right ZY, because here we call a spade a spade.
If an abortion clinic was bombed over here in the states, we would immediately say that it was a fundamentalist christian group, because that is who blows up abortion clinics.
Over there, the people who want Jews dead are Muslims...
And I am sorry, is a terrorist act not criminal, or is the criminal act of blowing up a car to kill innocent civilians not terrorism?
Blow up a safe at a bank, criminal, blow up a car to kill civilians, terrorism fueled by Muslim extremism.
Let's just call it what it is.

In my quote, "The first thing you think on hearing something like this [...]", the "you" is the impersonal "you"--people in general, including myself. Far from decrying "Islamophobia", I was commenting on how the Muslims' actions are feeding the rational fear (no phobia) of Islam.

By "criminal act" I meant to contrast with "Islam-driven". Also, the acts of organized crime and Islamic terrorism, although sharing similarities, have different remedies (organized crime is on the wayside of society; Islamic jihad is the mainstream for all but a few in their societies).
In case you haven't gotten it, I'm as anti-Islamic as everyone here.
