Of course the converts at this point contain far more dangerous people, on the whole, than would a similar sampling of those born into Islam. For the converts willingly embrace this belief-system, and at this point there can be little confusion, as there might have been once, as to what that implies and entails. Those simply born into Islam, some of whom may be fearful of getting out, may include a larger number of people who are less enthusiastic about what is theirs by forced birthright than those who wilfully embrace the cult of mental submission that is Islam.

Islam never ceases to amaze with its claim of being "the fastest growing religion" considering its recruits are either unbalanced or the result of coercion. This sure speaks well for the quality and true faith of its adherents. Now southeast Asia will see an increase of mindless mayhem that always accompanies Islamania.

I agree with that except I would change the word 'often' to 'always'. No one in their right mind would convert to Islam if they knew what they were getting into. If they knew they would be almost immediatly called to jihad and expected to strap on a bomb. If they had actually read the Quran, and Hadith they would have discovered that the founder of this religion, Mohammad, was not a nice man and was far from perfect...and that he undoubtably invented the whole thing. If they knew the fraudualent and violent nature of Islam, and joined up anyway, there is something drastically wrong with the ole noggin. Just the kind of spacecadet jihadi recruiters are looking for...

My parents are Muslims, I have never heard them mentioning Jihad like you lot imagine.

I wouldn't say that Islam is a peaceful religion, far from it, but the vast majority just want to live till old age and have grandchildren.

This site reminds me of REDS under the BEDS, grow up and do something useful.

The same could be said of muslims who contribute jack to society but at least they grew up in non-thinking atmosphere, whats your excuse?

Grow up and understand that the Pope was not putting down Islam, but rather suggesting that there should be reason applied to religion. Grow up and learn that flying planes into buildings is wrong. Did your parents only listen to Friday sermons or were they capable of reading? If they could read, did they read or study the Quran? Did they read or study authentic Hadith by say, Iman Bukhari, or others? Have you studied or read any Islamic literature? if they did not mention jihad as we lot imagine, did they mention it at all? If so, what did they say?

And what sane person wouldn't fear the possibility of an NBC attack that's more likely to happen now than at any other time since the fall of the USSR? Discounting these possibilities would be incredibly foolish, especially since those who would do these things with no hestitation are constantly on the move.

I'd like to add the factor that these are not only misfits of our societies, but they now feel the strong need to prove themselves.

But.. this recent trend also opens the door for infiltration :-)

germaninamerica, I said that in my first posting because I am old enough to remember the cults that sprang up during the 1970s. Most of the recruits were teenagers who came from troubled backgrounds, felt alienated, and mostly needed to belong to something, anything. Runaways were the primary source for new members. Charles Manson is the best example of the cults of the 70s.

Islam has the characteristics of a 70s cult. Blind obedience, willingness to commit crimes, and the inability to voluntarily leave.

Fromme's Childhood Years: Lynette Alice "Squeaky" Fromme was born in Santa Monica, California on October 22, 1948 to Helen and William Fromme. Hugh the hippies generation of today now join the likes of islam? that is interesting to think at how low one must feel about themselves, particularly a women to become muslim. with men join such as the loser pictured on this website, must be for recognition, as they certainly cannot get it if they melt into the local population of Christians, but by becoming a serious devout muslim they do stand out.
l think these are the worst kinds of muslim, as they want to prove they real muslims and overdo their so called call to allah. l think l preferred the hippies of the sixties, at least they were relatively harmless with flower power.

On a note related to the topic, they must have been Roman Catholics (Philipines). The Roman Catholic Church should really make study of Islam a part of the religious studies. That would decrease the odds of someone falling prey to the Muslims groups looking for converts.

On the other hand, these people could have been nominal Catholics and accepted money to convert to Islam. In that case, education might not do much.

Westerners can be drawn to islam in the same way that dust can be drawn to something negatively charged. Islam is negatively charged.

But for that to happen to a human, that person must be at a point in their life when the ordinary world looks like it is not working for them. When a westerner wants to drop out of the game, he has two choices: Become undisciplined and wash out, or join a cult. Many join cults. Some join religious cults. Others, most recently, join islam. Unlike other cults, the advantage to islam is that it is bigger than the other cults, it has a complete program, it has instant respect, unlike a UFO cult, and it has real tangible political power.

So, you are pissed off with the world. But not ready to become a criminal. So you join a group of people that are also pissed off with the world. It is not a happy cult. It is an angry cult. And for taking you in, you return the favor by taking on their beefs as your own. Which is easy to do, considering that their beefs, the complaints about western society, are your beefs, in some convoluted way.

It was western society that failed you. Maybe you ended up in jail already. You are now part of the oppressed. When you get out, you will clean up your act. And the first thing you will do when you get out is to join a group of people that will not put you in jail like these other people did. Yes, it's regimented, this new life, but you need the discipline anyway, and at least now, it is discipline imposed by the people who are at odds with the very people that put you in jail. An enemy of an enemy is your friend.

Besides, it's kind of cool to have this new identity. New ethnic sounding name. Kind of like an alias. And some new threads. Corny duds, but in a cool Budhist way, although not really Budhist because you also get a funny little hat that says, "I'm gonna kick your ass." And you get this anti-bible to recite. And it is a cool bible, because it is all about how, if you stay the course, you can get back at those idiots that screwed you over. It has a badass element to it. Pious and nasty at the same time. Like the Hell's Angels in robes and sandals.

It's a new beginning. For the first time in your life you have a purpose. A kick ass purpose. You got new friends, a new identity, the mosque is like an anti-church, and money is not an issue. These people really take care of you. And the hummus is not too bad. You eat it with pita bread. No more of that white man's bread with yeast.

Things are looking up. You got self-respect and the respect of your peers. Islam looks good on you. You learn about zionism. You learn all about Jews. Makes sense to you. After all, wasn't that prosecutor a Jew?

There must be a vacuum in a society which some people need to fill by joining something which offers an inflexible and unyielding picture of the world; such is Islam.

I think men are drawn to Islam as a result of too much "culture of relativeness". In it there is no objective truth. There is no clear right and wrong. Nothing is purely black and purely white. This relativeness is part of what is ailing Western Civilization, and is also responsible for Europe's weakness to the threat of Islamofascism.

The West must offer something better.

Apparantly, there are enough Muslims with nothing better to do and enough time on their hands that they came up with a search engine which one could use to scour the Quran, the Hadiths, the Fiqh, the Usool and some other such references. This isn't some creation of FaithFreedom or Islam-Watch; instead, I stumbled upon it while navigating Islam-online, while hunting for Hadith references. In other words, it's what online Mohammedans use for references. And if they use it, that's what we should use.

Infidels can have fun with it. Clear the 5 search boxen that say 'observations', 'modern', 'scientific' and 'data' (not that you'll get anything if you search for ALL of those), and fill in a disgusting word of your choice, like stool (excrement or feces won't work - this 'engine' doesn't do too well with synonyms). Check the all books option under the Hadeeth, and then see what you get. A sample:

Volume 1 >> Fiqh 1.11 a: The urine and stools of animals that are permissible to eat

Both of these are considered impure. Ibn Mas'ud related that the Messenger of Allah, upon whom be peace, went to answer the call of nature. He asked 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud to bring three stones. 'Abdullah said, "I could not find three stones, so I found two stones and animal dung and brought them to him. He took the two stones and threw away the dung saying, 'It is impure."'
The hadith is related by al-Bukhari, Ibn Majah, and Ibn Khuzaimah. In one narration it states, "It is impure. It is the stool of a donkey." A little amount of it is pardoned though, as it is very difficult to completely protect one's self from it. Al-Waleed ibn Muslim says, "I said to al-Auza'i, 'What about the urine of animals whose meat is not eaten, like the mule, donkey and horse?' He said that they used to come into contact with these during their battles, and that they did not wash it off their bodies or clothes. As for the urine and stools of animals whose meat is permissible, Malik, Ahmad and a group of the Shaifiyyah says that it is pure. Commenting on the subject, Ibn Taimiyyah says, "None of the companions held that it is impure. In fact, the statement that it is impure is of recent origin and not from the early generations of the companions."
Said Anas, "A group of people from the tribes of Ukul or 'Uraina came to Madinah and became ill in their stomach. The Prophet ordered them to get a milking she-camel and drink a mixture of its milk and urine." This hadith is related by Ahmad, al-Bukhari and Muslim and points to a camel's urine as being pure. Therefore, by analogy, other permissible animals' urine may also be considered pure. Says Ibn al-Munzhir, "Those who claim that that was permissible only for those people are incorrect. Specification is only confirmed by some specific proof." He also says, "The scholars permit, without any objection, the sale of sheep's stools and the use of camel's urine in their medicine, both in the past and in the present, again without any objection. This shows that they are considered pure." Says ash-Shaukani, "Apparently, the urine and stools of every living animal permissible to eat is pure." There is nothing to prove otherwise.

The entire body must be washed with water, at least once, regardless of whether the deceased is a male and needed a ritual bath, or a female who was menstruating at the time (of her death). It is recommended that the body be placed on an elevated surface i.e., a table or a board. It then should be stripped of clothes, but his 'awra (private parts) should be covered. (Ash-Shafi'i says that it is better to wash the body of the deceased wearing a shirt, if it is thin enough to let water reach the body. The Prophet, peace be upon him, was washed this way, but it was done only in his case. The common practice has been to cover the 'awra and wash the body) At the washing, only people whose presence is needed may stay.
The washer, male or female, must be a trustworthy and pious person who will not broadcast what he or she might see except what is good.
Ibn Majah reports that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Trustworthy persons should wash your dead." A washer must utter his or her intention to wash the body of a specific person. Then he should begin by lightly pressing the stomach of the deceased so as to expel, if possible, any remnants from it, and then wash the body of all impurities. The washer should use a wash cloth or wrap his or her hand with it, because touching the private parts of the dead is haram (forbidden). Then he or she should wash the deceased as in wudu (ablution) for the salah (obligatory prayers). The Prophet, peace be upon him, is reported to have said: "Begin washing the dead by washing organs on the right, and those parts that are washed in ablution." This is in order to crystalize the mark of the believer's parts of the body always washed during wudu that will shine forth brightly on the Day of Judgement. Then beginning from its right side, the body should be washed with soap and water, three times. If soap is not available, then washing with ordinary water will suffice. If the washer feels that three washes are not enough to cleanse the body properly, then he may wash it five or seven times. According to a sahih hadith, the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Wash the dead body an odd number of times, that is, three, five, or seven, or more if you feel it is necessary." (Ibn Abd al-Barr observes: "I know about no one who recommended more than seven washes." Ahmad and Ibn al-Munzhir disliked to exceed beyond seven)
Ibn al-Munzhir said: "The Prophet instructed the female washers to wash the dead body more than seven times in case they felt it was necessary to do so, but it must be an odd number of times. If the deceased is a female, then her hair should be loosened, washed, redone, and placed behind her back. According to a hadith narrated by Umm 'Atiyyah the hair of the Prophet's daughter was done in three plaits. I asked: 'Did they loosen her hair and then redo them in three braids?' She said: 'Yes'." Muslim reports this in these words: "We braided her hair in three braids, on both sides and in front (of her)." In his Sahih, Ibn Hibban says: "They did so in compliance with the order of the Prophet: 'Do her hair in three plaits'."
After having washed the body, it should be dried with a clean cloth lest the shroud should get wet. Then some perfume should be applied to it. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "When you apply perfume (to the dead), apply it an odd number of times after washing it." This is reported by AlBaihaqi, Al-Hakim and Ibn Hibban, of whom the last two consider it a sound hadith.
Abu Wa'il said: "Ali had some musk, and he requested that it be applied to his body upon his death. This was of what was left from the perfume used on the body of the Prophet upon his death."
The majority of scholars are of the opinion that clipping a deceased's finger nails, trimming his mustache, shaving the hair under his arms or from his private parts is makruh (disliked). Ibn Hazm, however, considers it permissible.
The scholars are agreed that the body of the deceased be rewashed if the stomach excrete something (i.e., urine or stool) after it had been washed and prior to being shrouded. They differ, however, whether in such a case the entire body should be rewashed. Some hold that the body must be washed again in such a case. Others are of the opinion that there is no need to wash the whole body again, while still others hold that at least wudu (ablution) must be repeated in such a case. Some others hold that in such a case the entire washing must be repeated.
The opinions of most scholars concerning washing of the dead are based on the hadith transmitted by the group on the authority of Umm 'Atiyyah who said: "The Prophet came to our house when his daughter died, and said: 'Wash her three times, five times, or more than that if you consider it necessary, with water and sidr (lotus tree leaves), and after the last wash apply some camphor to the body, and inform me after you have done so.' So when we finished washing we informed him. He gave us a cloth that he wore around his waist, and told us to wrap her in it as a first sheet of shroud."
The reason for using camphor, as mentioned by some scholars, is its pleasant smell, since burial is a time when angels are present. Besides, it is cool and has a soothing effect, especially when the body stiffens, and helps keep various insects away from the body, thus preventing its early decomposition. In case camphor is not available, any other substance that has these or some of these properties may be used instead.

Most interesting about the Manson bit. I know most of this is OT, but due to my age I recall when it happened.
Apparently, the house where Polansky and his pregnant wife, Sharon Tate, lived previously belonged to one Mr Terry Melcher who is the son of Doris Day.

Terry, a music producer, refused to give Manson a record deal. Theory has it that Manson was so mad he decided on revenge. He went for Terry's house which was by now inhabited by Polansky-Tate.
After this incident all of Doris Day's family went into hiding - no wonder!!

Terry Melcher helped his mother a lot to regain her fame and wealth as she was ripped off by her hubby, Marty.
Without Terry Doris would have had a very hard time.

Terry has done a lot of interesting stuff. Active in that era which produced many great musicians eg, the Beach Boys, Mamma's and Pappa's etc,,much of the Laurel Canyon set.

Terry also did a lot of work with my "screen name" - Gram Parsons. It is quite a story, but not for Jihadwatch!

Here's a brilliant article about the 'disease' called convertitis which hits the nail in the head!It is actually written by a moderate Muslim , but it is so true what he says. I've known converts, and seen how they behave.

As for the converts to Islam I have known, every one was a female who either:

Had a history of mental depression, anxiety and agrophobia, and was 'saved' by Islam.

Converted to impress a man

Was a drug addict, alcoholic or addicted to gambling until Islam 'saved' them

had a history of joining religious cults

Was a self harmer

Couldn't hold a job down for more than two months or live in one area for more than 6 months due to their problems with social skills.

There behaviour was exactly like that in the article.

I firmly believe that converts are the most dangerous of the lot.

Absolutely correct! Converts offer two-fold challanges:

- Brainless soldiers for Islam and their conversion proves it.
- Hard to detect as most live a double life.
