As a Catholic I am constantly being insulted by others, including other alleged Christians. Sometimes the remarks are extremely offensive. In fact I have been accused of Satanism because I am a Catholic. However, I have managed to laugh it off.

I think that the major thing that is wrong with this person, and all who think like him, is that they sin because of their idolatry of Mohammed. They do not worship Allah as God. They worship Mohammed. They think that the words of Mohammed are divine truth, when in fact they are the words of a deplorable man.

Thank you for letting us know how this person is threatening you. I will remember you and pray for your safety each day when I attend Mass and receive the Eucharist.

Report: Oil discovered in Dead Sea area

Oil has been discovered in the Dead Sea area, Dr. Eli Tenenbaum, an official from Genco, the national company responsible for drilling in the region, reported on Wednesday. Tenenbaum stated that the amount of oil could reach commercial levels.

"We noticed that the pressure in the area was very high and when we opened the tap, oil started flowing freely for several minutes," Tenenbaum told Channel 10.

Tenenbaum said that the workers washed their hands with the "black gold" when they made the discovery. "We hope it was the first of many [such discoveries]," he added excitedly.

Not far from the drilling site, the crew spotted an oil reserve that Tenenbaum described as "very attractive," which they believed contained between four and six million barrels, worth an estimated 300 million dollars.

The operation began 10 years ago but was put on hold since it was not deemed economically viable. However, due to the recent soaring oil prices the discovery of new oil sources became necessary.

Genco was drilling at a depth of 2000 meters.

Infrastructure Minister Binyamin Ben Eliezer said it was "just the beginning" and that is was vital to find out whether the oil field was commercially viable or not.

"It is an encouraging sign," he said. "We are checking the entire area and we are opening the whole region for drilling. We will give our full support to any company that wants to try."

He is known for remembering and quoting from vaious Hindu scriptures to prove that Mohammad is the last incarnation of Hindu God 'Vishnu' and arrival of Mohammad has been predicted in various Hindu scriptures.

With the above talk about pigs, I just remembered something.

Recently we had a local get arrested for murder. It seems that he cut the victim into pieces and fed him to the hogs. There were no traces that the CIS team could find.

These e-mails that Robert are getting will not stop. Unless and until someone gets successfully prosecuted and spends some time at Leavenworth or Supermax. Even if it is a prank, using a toy gun to rob a bank is still armed robbery. What is really irritating is that CAIR says jump and the FBI director jumps. Robert gets what very well could be a real threat and the FBI seems to sit still.

The announcement that the FBI was investigating the Pig's Head in the Mosque incident in Chattanooga made the news. I'll bet the FBI keeps this quiet. We don't want ot upset Ole Hoop, do we?

I'll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere possession of which is a crime in

I'll care when Abu Musab al-Zarqawi tells the world he is sorry for hacking off Nick Berg's head while Berg screamed through his gurgling
slashed throat.

I'll care when the cowardly so-called "insurgents" in Iraq come out and
fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques.

I'll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of nirvana care about the innocent children within range of their suicide bombs.

I'll care when the American media stops pretending that their First Amendment liberties are somehow derived from international law instead of the United States Constitution's Bill of Rights.

In the meantime, when I hear a story about a brave marine roughing up an Iraqi terrorist to obtain information, know this: I don't care.

When I see a fuzzy photo of a pile of naked Iraqi prisoners who have been humiliated in what amounts to a college-hazing incident, rest
assured that I don't care.

When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank that I don't care.

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat,and fed "special" food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is
complaining that his holy book is being "mishandled," you can absolutely
believe in your heart of hearts that I don't care.

And oh, by the way, I've noticed that sometimes it's spelled "Koran" and other times "Quran." Well, Jimmy Crack Corn and ---- you guessed it -
- I don't care ! ! ! ! !

If you agree with this viewpoint, pass this on to all your e-mail friends. Sooner or later, it'll get to the people responsible for this
ridiculous behavior! If you don't agree, then by all means hit the delete button.

Thus having the opposite effect of the intended statement? It could mean "delivered to..." But I would associate "delivered from". I don't know if anyone has thought of this, but the ever so charming and homicidal romeosay might be doing the book a service so to speak.

How often do authors get death threats? Generally, how often do authors get scary death threats from psychotic Muslims? I'm guessing not that frequently.

As the book is promoted by the publisher, it might be useful to think about including some of these threatening emails with the press releases. That will generate interest in the book and may indeed lead to greater media exposure- for the book, as well as make the public aware of the tactics of some of the followers of the ROP.

Medical science states, that bi-polarism can be inherited, and the research is showing that their brain is configured differently, with chemical inbalance.
In Scziophrenia & bi-polarism, the subject is not able to persive reality. Normal people when they incounter the abnormal (sound,sight,situation ect), are able to reason it out. Not so with the above subjects.
Why am I saying all this?? well Islam is a 1,400 year old case study of peoples who speak, think, react, live, with a "forked brain". Their brain is not wired correctly.
Thats why they can say in the same sentence "Islam is peace, and I'm coming to kill you, to chop off your head!!" - they persive it as normal, peacefull. Just like a woman who hears a voice in her head say, "put your baby in the oven, its evil, God wants you to kill it".
I don't think there is enought Prozac or Lithium out there to help these people.

I don't know where you Americans get the impression from that we Brits (and Europeans) are unarmed. Gun control does not mean the absence of fire-arms. It simply means that those you possess are properly registered and accounted for and their firing profiles are known to the law enforcement agencies. This means that legally held weapons - the vast bulk of weapons in Europe, can be quickly ruled out of police investigations into murders and homicides - or alternatively, accurately counted in and the exact weapon used in a crime, and its legal owner, pinpointed. Not, necessarily, a bad thing.

However, let us not discuss gun control and its implications for our societies here on this thread where the header posted by Robert is really about moslem lack of self-control and the prevailing moslem tendency towards violence no matter what.

I will say, however, in response to limes point, that the British people's approach to government is culturally so different from the American approach to government that I think that you would have a very hard time fathoming it. We do not view government as 'other' in the quite the way that you in the USA do.

As far as your point, credit man, is concerned I would like to point out that many Americans on this site seem to feel that the demise of Europe is imminent. You may well be correct, but I find it hard to believe given that there are 560 million people in Europe and only 32 million moslems (at the absolute most) and that most authorities which can be trusted put the figure at nearer to 20 million. Certain countries may be at a greater risk than others of a moslem attempt to take over, as moslem settlement in Europe is patchy but as a whole Europe cannot be threatened by a 3.2% minority poulation unless our politicians cave in - which is, of course, exactly what this site demonstrates that they do all too often - but then, so do American politicians and you have an even smaller percentage of moslems than we do!

Perhaps America might fall to islam first. Who knows! (LOL)

This is somewhat off-topic. We were taught in a State licensing class for engineers that property rights laws originated with the Catholic Church. Supposedly dying people were offered salvation if they agreed to sign over their land. The Church enacted laws that protected Church interests in the assigned lands of dead folks. This is taught by a government-sanctioned body.

I love the Fifth Amendment and would like to attribute it to the place where my wife gives money weekly. Take death threats seriously and report them to law enforcement officials.

I have two more recommendations:

Peoples, there are few worse sights than someone openly writing death threats...but please do not treat these as empty threats...the red mist amongst some muslims is all too real.

I have seen Dr. Niak in action...he is not to be underestimated...he does have a vast knowledge of Islam, Hinduism and Christianity. I have seen him take many debaters to the cleaners...and he almost has a cult following because of his knowledge. He is a smart and articulate man whose 1st language is English...he always debates in English...he makes full use of media facitilies....and researches his material very well.

He is very persuasive and bombards his opponent with verse after verse from the Koran, Bible or Vedas from memory...underestimate him at your peril.

Romesay ofcourse feels very threatened by the likes of Mr. Spencer...he knows that he would lose any debate on Islam (or it's founder) with Mr. Spencer...looks like he would like to see a debate though ...with his hero, the unflappable Dr. Niak.

How does one critique a book without reading it.?One of the problems with Muslims is that they refuse to listen to the truth. They blindly follow those who spout off with "Islamic flowery responses".

What a shame that I have missed the opportunity to reply to the one who does not get any.(RP - probably no one wants to sleep with him).

However, I will answer the challenge about what I do or do not know about Islam. First of all, I do possess a copy of the Koran, so I do know what is written, and I do know that Allah is the Arabic word for God. I will not tolerate the nonsense that some fundamentalist christians put about that Allah is the same as the Moon God. That is not and never has been justified, and it is not to be found in the Koran. I will always speak against such nonsense. I see the problem of our view of God coming from perception. That is, a Catholic like myself views God as a Father, who is Loving, Merciful, Just and Compassionate. As a Catholic I have freedom in Jesus Christ and because of Jesus Christ. I have been freed from the slavery of sin. However, the Islamist perceives God in the form of a Master/Slave relationship. There is no room for the closeness of a father/child relationship within Islam. Mohammed taught that Allah wanted death and destruction if people did not convert to Islam. Whilst the Medieval Christian church reacted to the threat of heresy and Islam by taking steps that made it look a totalitarian regime, we have to admit that the Church today has evolved from the Medieval thought and has apologized for those errors. I still believe that the Inquisitions were necessary to not only root out the heretics but also to protect those who were being unjustly accused by their neighbours. Only the worst of the anarchists were in fact handed over to the civil authorities to be dealt with in the appropriate manner. I also believe that the Crusades were necessary in order to stop the march of the Moors into Europe. I make no apology for believing and accepting this position.

Second, I do not withdraw my remark the Islamists are idolators who woship Mohammed above or equal to Allah. The resason that I do not withdraw from my statement is that I am not relying upon the Koran to make the remark. Rather, I am making a comment based upon what I have observed, and what I have heard in statements made by the mullahs and leaders fo the Islamic community. In other words the Pope Rage, and the cartoon rage are indicators of the three year old mind at work, for the people who raged upon the streets are idolators. What is happening is that the notion that there are to be no pictures of Mohammed, has led to a standard of behaviour that rightly should be condemned around the world. The riots only came after the Danish imam went to the ME to drum up support, or to use the cartoons as an opportunity to make a play for the tiny kingdom of Denmark. The Danes, by their refusal to back down showed that they are not eunuchs in the physical sense.

It is idolatry to carry on about not making any image of Mohammed. The very notion that if a non-Muslim makes any comment about this brute, that they face strong action from a bunch of infants, from a percieved slight against Islam and its adherents.

When God gave Moses the 10 commands, He said "For I am a jealours God." and He also says "Thou shalt not have strange gods before me. The Muslim might deny that he or she commits idolatry, but any reasonable person can see the effects of the overemphasis that is being placed upon Mohammed. There is a myth industry that is built up around him, and those myths are just myths. They are not truth. The pilgrimage to Mecca also involves idolatry because of the worship of a black stone.

ive got it! it just came to me! the new PR slogan for islam: "Islam, the Religion of Peace, spreading Death Rape and Injustive every it goes!" and how about "Muslims, Spreading Violence, Terrorism, Hate, Intolerance, and Theivery everywhere They go!"

Hows that sound, y'all? i think its pretty accurate.

Id like to add a few other terms to the above pr slogan for islam, add the terms inhumanity and butchery. i think they fit in nicely.

You don't know muslims. They will rip apart US you know why? because America has insulted their religion.
I would not mock this poor man, they do not see themselves as mad, they see us as pathetic for not sticking up for our beliefs. Just as we don't understand how they can destroy other humans for what we see as a slight, they cant understand why we don't believe enough to do something about it when our own are mocked. They do NOT and cannot understand democracy..

I cannot for the life of me see why calling us names or them names gets us anywhere, where does that get us by being insulting to them or them to us, We know that they cannot see that Mohammad kept changing his mind on things when it suited him for his own means and riches while his followers fought to make him rich with one fifth of the booty, they cant see that one of his main aims was to destroy those who had mocked him and then to take over countries using the excuses that he was ordered by god to destroy nations saying that they were evil, while all the time he was taking their lands and booty!!! he knew that people wouldn't follow him to death if they knew that he was just a man so by saying that it was a divine instruction he knew that people would be more likely to follow him, Mohammad said himself that he was eloquent of speech!!! in other words he could manipulate people..... we must respect their lack of knowledge until like many other muslims who decided to fully read their books instead of just listening to the clerics, they realise how Mohammad changed things. God is not a God of hate, revenge and horrors he is a God of love peace and tolerance, the Bible is totally the opposite of Islam...What god would want people to believe in him only because they are forced to or die..the God of the Christians only wants people who believe in him it is a free will, not forced...
I don't believe in being insulting as they shouldn't to us.. we have so many wonderful intelligent posts on here and we claim that we are better than them because we are a democracy but we dont show our intellects by being insulting..

If you get back to this article, maybe we can clear up some misunderstandings about British vs US gun control. We speak the same language so much so that my brother’s 1959 Vauxhall had an owner’s manual with two pages of translations, bonnet equals hood, boot equals trunk, etc. I believe that what we call semi-automatic, you call self loading. If JW/DW will indulge us this chance to understand one another’s laws, here goes.

What I am covering apples to those state laws that I am familiar with, Arizona, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Texas. As I see them these are the differences between US and UK laws:

1. In the US, a buyer is not required to justify the need to own a firearm. Membership in a hunting or gun club is not required.

2. The type of firearm is not limited except that machine guns and other fully automatic weapons are more rigidly controlled with a more in depth criminal history check, fingerprints, and an added tax..

3. Handguns are not restricted in any fashion, except some cities, such as San Francisco prohibit them. Furthermore, self loading rifles and handguns are not prohibited.

4. Endorsement or permission from local police is not required.

5. There is generally no registration of firearms. The local police do not have any information about who owns guns. The only record that I own any guns resides with the retail stores where I purchased them.

6. If Pelayo decides to sell a firearm to, maybe Alarmed Pig Farmer, and we live in the same state, there will be no record of that transaction.

7. This is a huge difference - In 38 states, an individual with an untarnished record can acquire a permit to carry a concealed handgun.

8. Another big difference is that use of a deadly (offensive in UK) weapon in self defense is not a crime.

The perception of the lack of gun ownership in the UK comes from the idea that a British citizen must have a justification for one, must have it registered, must have permission, and will most likely be in a lot of trouble if it is used (fired) in self defense..

In the US, if an individual has no criminal or mental illness record that would prevent him or her from owning a gun, the ability to purchase a gun is not otherwise impeded.

It is taken for granted that gun ownership in the US has the component of self defense.
