A Charlie Brown Jihad

CharlieBrownJihad.jpg

Good grief! I mean -- Allahu akbar! Charlie Brown and Linus become mujahedin! Over at the Jawa Report (thanks to Steve).

Very funny.
Spread this around.

Robert:
That's not Charlie Brown but Linus. Further, this is from the TV movie: Charlie Brown's Christmas special where Linus recites the Mark's Gospel of the 3 wise men who see the star and follow it until they find Jesus. There they offer him myrrth frankincense and gold.
So sorry, Linus isn't a jihadi but merely dressed as the shepard in the traditional Christmas plays schools used to put on.

Too funny!

Xavier, if you'd watch the movie before commenting, you'd see Charlie Brown, Lucy, Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts gang.

Xavier:

Indeed that is Linus. No claim was made to the contrary. You'll note my remark: "Charlie Brown and Linus become mujahedin!"

I suggest you actually watch the video over at the Jawa Report, and you will see that this is in fact a parody of the Charlie Brown Christmas special to which you refer.

Cordially

To minimize the apparent confusion, I have changed the image above.

OK...that was a good laugh!

In following world affairs, one can easily become discouraged by the escalating dhimmitude and violent jihadism. The failure of peaceful Muslims to separate themselves from the death promoters is no laughing matter either.Poking fun at them should be encouraged. It can lead to divisions within Islam by exposing hypocrisy and bringing the truth into the public forum.

Thank God I live in a country of free speech.I don't think a good Muslim can ever embrace this concept since it must also include speech that may be offensive to their religion. Can a Muslim in America ever really tolerate the speech we take for granted and assimilate into the melting pot?If they follow their religion, they can't accept this type of humor. How sad intolerance is.

We need to laugh, and right now. Good call, Robert.

I can't think of a better target for some good old-fashioned offensiveness than violent jihadis.May they all toss the Quran and convert to Christianity immediately!

LOL! That was funny. Though, as a Peanut's fan, I don't know whether to laugh, cry, or be offended. I think I'll laugh. Just wish the reality was only as real as this 2D animation. Unfortunately, it isn't.

Peace.

Get ready for lots of whining and marching around the world and a couple of bus burnings in Paris.

What if they do? How do we it's not part of Taqqiya?!

I busted my gut laughing at this one! Too funny because it hits so close to home.

I shared the link with a very liberal artist type friend I used to know. She is Catholic but VERY PC and what i call a dogmatic liberal.

I don't think she'll be laughing at this one! But there's always hope that one day these multikulti get it and understand that jehad is serious business and threatens each and every one of us alike.

Here's a brief children's animation that appeared on Mad TV recently that shows the consequence of building a bridge between Christianity and Islam.

(some, albeit minor, skewering of Catholics to keep it "balanced" apparently)

ABC needs to run this. It'll breathe new life into an old classic.

Robert:
Thanks for the clarification. The original still that you had placed at the website led me to believe that it was the original Christmas special.
The new still is much clearer- an atomic bomb eh? What parasites blasphemers they are.

Perhaps we should something similar to their cartoons :)

I'm Catholic and I just laughed my butt off. Too bad that cartoon isn't fiction, but non-fiction.

Peace.

That's classic! The prison jihad reaches Linus van Pelt: "I converted to Islam after I got arrested selling hash to Andy Capp."

There was an irreverent artist in San Francisco a couple of years ago who was goofing around with his "Bert is Evil" site. On it he had photoshopped images of the lovable muppet (sometimes with his pal Ernie) with assorted evil characters from history and around the world. He had Bert and Idi
Amin, Bert and Kim Il Sung, and--here we go--Bert and Osama bin Laden. This was pre-9/11. There wasn't really any point to this--he was just being a bit of a wise-ass.

Well, post 9/11 there was a pro-bin Laden demonstration in Bangladesh, and the fervent Jihadis got their pics of bin Laden off the internet. There are priceless pictures of enraged Muslims marching through the streets holding up pictures of their vile hero--and his buddy, the muppet. Apparently, non of these geniuses noticed his little felt-covered pal. Made them look even more moronic than usual, though.

The only problem was that the poor artist was terrified that someone was going to come after him (he seems to be OK now, though).

Can't make this stuff up.
