This has been happening all the time, all over the Muslim Middle East. An Armenian from Haleb told me that, years the civil war in Lebanon, he was visiting an area of Lebanon right on the border with Syria. Passing a Druse village, he saw, right outside, dangling from a pole, the body of a very young boy, a Christian boy (under the age of ten), with some kind of warning placard affixed. Though I have known him for years, he never had spoken of this before, but did so this summer, apparently prompted by my approvingly recounting Walid Jumblatt's criticism of Hezbollah. He did not think this an isolated case. He did think that I still did not quite get the ways that prevail in the Muslim Middle East, even by quasi-Muslims such as Druse who can naturally be affected by, and adopt, the same ways, or reflect the same atttitudes.

Reading this news in the morning ruins the rest of my day, perhaps the rest of my week.

How dare we judge the religious practices of others? Freedom of religion is a right that should extend to ALL faiths, Islam included. We should be more tolerant of the customs and practices of other cultures, and not be so close-minded when we learn about alternative methods to show spiritual faith.

If beheading a young boy is approved by a "holy scripture" as a way to earn favor with a monotheist deity, who are we to criticize or second-guess its validity? Just because Islam (a great and noble religion with a rich heritage) condones; murder, terrorism, slavery, rape, deceit, pedophilia, body mutilation, female subjugation, polygamy, totalitarian rule, and forbids; alcohol, music, dancing, dating, gender equality, wearing gold or silk, interest payments, modern art, etc., it doesn't mean it's necessarily BAD!? Some bloggers have told me not to post verses and that some will be offended--oh well. If they kick me off here, oh well--but I want to say one thing for sure--the day is coming when a huge portion of the world will be forced to "islam" (submit!) or to be martyred. To be sure there are vicious murderers in more "places" than islam--so I am not sure that the mass martyrdom foretold in Revelation is from the jihadis. We have seen Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Idi Amin, Saddam Hussein, Pol Pot,Castro, and on it goes with muderous tyrants of OUR TIME. But one thing is for sure--the mass martyrdom foretold in Revelation will be based on REFUSAL TO SUBMIT TO a LIE on pain of death.

I'm military. Know one fellow who said during his Iraq tour, there was a village of Christians who armed and barricaded their village... Some idiot politicaly castarated U.S. Army officer disarmed them because he didn't want the muslims to feel the Christians were being favored... End results was that a muslim militia shot up and murder bombed the Christians...
We have a "cultural diversity comity" that had a program where the muslims got to put on a taqiya and kitman fest that would've made Gobbels & Reifenstall proud... The enemy must be IDENTIFIED or we will loose!

l wonder if the liberal media can send over some grief conselors for the boys's grieving friends and family? when you hear about a death happending over here to a student usually an accident which is of course a great loss, you have this wave of media telling all about these so called experts to come over to help for a lost loved one. how do you ever compare that to a young boy of 14 being heheaded just because he was a Christian! where is this f@@@king Naseem! where the Fuc!@#! can she/he explain how an innocent child is beheaded! what kind of monsters who would do this to a child! islam is needs to be totally destroyed. l first had hopes of islam becoming reformed with democracy, now each day l get enraged with this senseless killing of innocent children and civilians by those who follow this death cult. for the appologists, l pray that one day you get what comes to you guys.

Does our Dept. of State read here? Does our White House read here? My belief is that they do. So my question to them is this: " Tell us please, why we, in the West should accept "islam" and just why we should embrace islam as a religion of peace?" I await an answer as I await our election next Tuesday. Please reply.

Churchill's powerful century-old insight in Islam stands the test of time. Islam really didn't change its ugly nature. There is nothing new about Islam. Just like Pope Benedict cited a 14th century Byzantine emperor in his controversial speech at the University of Regensburg in September, "Show me just what Mohammed brought that was new, and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached."

I'll keep this piece of info of yours as Churchill's Islamic fact sheet and Churchill's "their finest hour" speech as a wartime motivational speech.

Murder stories like this ought to bring the moderate peace-loving Muslims around the world into the streets in protest.They should be disavowing any murderer who uses Islam as an excuse to kill like this.They should be tossing the radical imams out and doing everything possible to stop extremism.

Apparently, this cannot happen.The hate continues.

The only hope that a decent Muslim has is to denounce Islam.Otherwise, they will only become part of the ever-increasing body count.They need our prayers more than our hatred.

I'm convinced the "moderate" Muslims secretly admire the terror their brothers-in-arms can inflict upon non-Muslims. The more heinous, shocking, and revolting the act, (can't get much worse than beheading an innocent 14 year old boy) the more proud, these sociopaths become.
